Sci-Fi action-suspense and a hot reverse harem romance!
I love her descriptions of the characters in this story, both the main and the secondary. Cassia, Erik, Brexin, and David form the mated group. They are well developed and completely believable within the context of the story. The story flows at a fast pace and is engaging. This is an action, suspense, sci-fi, very steamy romance. Erik and Cassia as the two who are the first of the four meet and develop a connection. But even at the very beginning you know that there are dangerous subplots lurking for these two in Piper’s storyline. Soon Brexin and David are added to create the foursome. But then tragedy strikes and the foursome must close around each other and protect and save one of the group. In between all this action and intrigue is a lot of spanking and domestic discipline! I recommend this book.

I absolutely loved this book and was honored to have been able to read and review. It was such a phenomenal read and had amazing characters as well as an amazing story line. I just could not get enough of it and once I started reading it I could not put it down. I recommend that you read it.

It’s dirty, twisted, captivating and so confusing, so many layers.
A curtain of lies and power-hungry machinations is lifted … bring some time with you, it’s worth it!
Piece by piece, it is brought together and at the end results in an explanatory picture, comprehensible in character. The small pauses are filled with delicate interludes that certainly don’t suit every taste, but connect everything well and are shameless, dirty and delicious.

Who is the Monster?
Piper always tells a great story. The story is good verses bad. She is through with her details. A there were a lot of details to absorb. This made it hard to read. The characters are strong and some are just plain old stubborn. There are a few twists that I wasn’t expecting; but all in all I enjoyed the book.

I really tried to enjoy this scifi romance. It was overwritten with so many characters it was hard to connect to them. I didn’t care about the main characters. The sex scenes were peppered with violence. I thought I was a fan of books with BDSM, but I found myself turned off by it in this book.

Cassia along with the others on Earth 2 were lied to from the scientists as well as the alien king. Her and her mates figure out the treachery and with the help from the king, another scientist they save the alien race along with the hybrids. Great story and interesting characters.

Primitive is a real page-turner! Cassia, Erik, David, and Brexin’s relationship is highly charged and filled with sexual tension. She loves them completely and they love her with the same passion. THERE IS A LOT OF SEX! That being said, the story is incredible. I wanted to find out how the book ends and couldn’t wait to find out.
I’ll be reading more of Piper Stone’s books!

The author does a wonderful job of world and character building in this story. I love how the female is feisty and intelligent and the males are sexy alphas. There are a lot of secrets and lies that have been told that the female, Cassia, was unaware of and so she arrived on the planet with completely different ideas and expectations than what she was greeted with. The men may be the strong ones and seem to be in charge but it’s Cassia who has the real power as she is their only hope of surviving.

This is erotic romance, that means it’s shamelessly dirty. If this is not your cup of tea, be aware that this book is smutty, with lots of menage action (reverse harem with no m-m) which I greatly enjoyed, but I understand some people prefer sweeter romances. This is more for readers who enjoy hot sexy scenes, lots of them, group sex and even a little of corporal punishment like spanking and caning (nothing extreme, though), dominating alphas and submissive heroines.
That said, there is also a story in there, a story of a dystopian future with a hopelessly doomed Earth, mad scientists experimenting on humans and aliens alike in a different planet that’s supposed to be the new Earth; the plot gets more and more complicated and the premise is interesting, but it was difficult for me to follow it (it maybe the heat, we’re melting here in Spain).
So, if you are looking for some hot science fiction-y action, with rough, dominating alphas focusing on one (lucky) female, this is for you

This is written in the future of the Earth. Cassia is being sent to Earth 2 to perform a job. Unfortunately she has not been told the truth and is in danger as soon as she arrives. Her group is attacked and she is stolen away by Erik, a man she has a mysterious connection to. Later she is ‘rescued’ and she is immediately suspicious about this colony. There is a HEA and the book is very well written, I was in suspense most of the book trying to figure out what is going to happen!

Lies, manipulations, control, deceit, power trips, aliens, mystery, intruigue, misdirection, genetic engineering, lust, discipline, forced mating and maybe love. This story is a well written sci-fi tale that is complex, layered and keeps you turning the pages till you hit the end!
The heat between Cassie and her “men” is flammable, the customs of their unions are hands on, sexy, controlling and masterful.
With many elements of honesty and dishonesty in play, hidden alliances, humans, aliens and more become Involved in a fight for survival of the fittest! A fantastic read!

I actually enjoyed reading this rather unusual yet entertaining futuristic Sci-fi romance with some dark undertones. I found the plot very intriguing with some very unique & unexpected situations. The characters are complex individuals & some of them are at times quite brutal yet at other times rather loving & protective.
There is: a human scientist (Cassia Bloom) is sent to earth to help with the genetically engineered men only to be captured & claimed by three men (Erik, Brexin & David), experiments, devious scientists, aliens, humans, hybrids, twists & turns, intrigue, suspense, adventure, action, memories, mystery, secrets, torture, deceit, betrayal, manipulations, discipline, spankings, forced non-consensual scenes, matings, discovery, confrontations, conflict & strangely enough there is love, attractions, compromises, contentment, steamy scenes & a well-earned happy conclusion.

This story was epic.
I could see every moment and action sequence in my head like a movie. Piper never shorts us on details. The passion, and sometime savageness of the characters was breathtaking. I couldnt this book down for more than a few minutes at a time. Enough to eat…

I have read all, if not all, of Ms. Stone’s books and I must say that this is hands down my favorite. There is action, suspense, intrigue, dark romance that she is known for, and so much mystery amount all the twist and turns off this plot that at times I wondered if I was reading a sci-fi or a dark romance. She really went the extra mile to take what could have been a simple story and turn it into a great take about two species trying to survive and what they would to accomplish it.

This is an excellent story, set in the future where a doctor likes to try to play God. This is a hot, steamy reverse harem romance and has a great storyline to boot. I love all the characters in this book and enjoyed reading this story. I highly recommend it for all sci-fi and dark romance lovers out there.

A great sci-fi read that is entertaining and keeps your attention. Cassie and her three mates are trying to save two civilizations before an unknown disease ravages the inhabitants, destroying their ability to reason and become violent. The book also describes the sexual encounters between Cassie and her men and they are very erotic and graphic. There is also one man who is determined to have complete power who is behind all of the secret experiments involving the DNA manipulation. There is a lot happening in this book and that is what makes it interesting. It is a great read and I would highly recommend it.
