There are many rules a priest can’t break. A priest cannot marry. A priest cannot abandon his flock. A priest cannot forsake his God.I’ve always been good at following rules.Until she came. Then I learned new rules.
My name is Tyler Anselm Bell. I’m twenty-nine years old. Six months ago, I broke my vow of celibacy on the altar of my own church, and God help me, I would do it again.
I am … altar of my own church, and God help me, I would do it again.
I am a priest and this is my confession.
Priest is a full-length standalone with an HEA. For Mature Audiences Only
So well written. I really enjoyed this book.
Guess I can’t get past the priest and screwing on the alter. Not romantic, sexy or daring just trash writing.

A different perspective about religious right. The priest is presented as just a man who struggles with decisions and a freat grief! Entertaining!
Boreing teaf could not get into the plot deleted without finishing
Loved the introspection between the characters.
It was too much like it was making fun of religion I didn’t like it
Did not like. deleted from kindle. Poor character development.
I was not crazy for this book had to force myself to finish it
Since I was raised in the Catholic church, I enjoyed this read and every unholy thing about it.
Just bad. Horrible premise. Annoying characters. Only made it about a quarter through before I gave up. And I never give up!
Very good.
What a read. Not for the faint of heart, for sure, as the material is pretty eye-brow raising. Good story, intense characters. I loved reading this story and was pleased with the ending.
The premise of the book hooked me – especially the way Tyler struggled to do the right thing – showing his frailty as a priest and a man. I totally believed in Tyler. But so many of the situations between him and Poppy were completely unbelievable (dirty sex on an altar IN a Catholic church???) and Poppy came across as very manipulative and unreliable. Some of the characters were so well drawn (Ty’s brothers and parents, his friend/confessor, the bishop and his parishioners) but Poppy kind of ruined it for me. In my opinion, this book had serious potential to show how difficult choosing a life as a young priest is – a life of celibacy and the struggle with falling in love – but it fell off the rails.
So many ways to describe this book……, romantic, darkly sensual, cannot put it down! Cannot wait to read the next one!
This was almost too hot for me
Love conquers all
It was a very different type of content. Mixture of religion and steamy romantic.
Good book
It was both appalling and thought provoking. Hard to imagine that this would really happen and that you could turn it into something spiritual.

Interesting story. Told from the man’s view. I enjoyed this. it kept me interested to the very end. I recommend, if you aren’t easily offended by the Catholic stereotype.
