OMG, Simone Leigh, you had me holding my breath and tears falling down my face. This is such an emotionally packed storyline with twists and turns that literally took my breath! I don’t even want to give one tiny bit of this book away, IT’S THAT GOOD!!!! If there as any way to give more than five stars, I’d do it in a heartbeat. I can’t wait for “Fatale.”
Still totally hooked on this series. This episode of the saga is also, like the others, is impossible to put down. I was totally grabbed by this storyline. There is no sexual content in this episode. Beyond question, this book is a thriller with a gripping turn of events. There are several, well-paced out high tension points in the storyline and I was practically transported in the book along with Klempner into the dilapidated building for his showdown with Baxter. The reader can almost feel the cobwebs touching. The whole length of those chapters is totally visceral. There is no putting this book down and it is essential reading in order to understand the storyline. I can’t wait for the next installment.

I honestly thought at some point that Simone Leigh would start to falter a bit with the story of Charlotte. Michael and James but she certainly has not. In the current offering, the past continues to haunt the present and people are out for blood. Will the trio every find the peaceful life they so want? You will have to read and find out. Start at the beginning so that you don’t miss a thing. You won’t be disappointed.

While the ending isn’t as abrupt as some of the installments, I was sad to realize I’d have to wait for the next part. The story is very fast paced and suspenseful. Klempner is slowly realizing that love and family exist for him. What comes next for this hodge podge of a family? I can’t wait to find out! Once I picked it up I couldn’t put it down til I finished it, I thought it was that great of a read!I always look forward to seeing more from this author in the future, because I really like reading her books and this series. This well written short story that is part of a much bigger story is one of my favorites. These characters are very well crafted and grow with and every book. The supporting characters are also very well constructed also. These characters are likable and they are very realistic in their reactions. The villains are also well constructed so that you hate them as if they were your enemies. I love all the stories tied to this group. A must read series

Prey is the sixth book in the ongoing saga of The Master’s Child series. This book finds James’ other daughter, Georgie, kidnapped. James must go to search for her but at the same time he leaves Charlotte and baby Cara at home. Charlotte understands why he must leave, but at the same time she is having a hard time with it and mixed in is a bit of jealousy. Everyone knows that Baxter is involved with Georgie’s kidnapping but there is also a mystery woman. Who could she be and why is she involved?
There is still so much danger, suspense, mystery, drama and a whole lot of twists and turns in this story that you end up do more than a few loop-de-loops while on the journey.

The bad guy is still out for revenge, but now strikes outside the immediate family at a daughter from another assignation.
This is book six of a new story arc in our long running BDSM series. The story picks up right where the last one ended, so at a minimum, be sure to read from the start of this story arc.
The writing continues to be excellent, with an action packed plot that includes lots of twists and turns. This book is a bit of an oddity in that we don’t really get any steam, particularly of our usual BDSM nature. The story is still highly engaging and I am completed invested in the series, but I do miss the steam, but the intrigue kind of forced it to take a back seat for the moment, which is okay. Overall, a highly enjoyable story.

Another Suspenseful Addition To The Series!
James, Michael, and Charlotte’s story continues in part five of The Master’s Child. The suspense and plot twists don’t disappoint. This is a very quick read, but the depth of the story and the characters builds over the various parts which collectively make a story filled with untraditional romance, friendship, suspense, and lots of erotica. Though there is spice, this is a well-rounded story that engages the reader.
I rate this book four stars.

Simone continues to weave pieces from Charlotte and Klempner’s past that effects everyone in the present. Klempner takes the main stage in this book as he works on finding the source of his troubles, but all characters play a part deciphering clues. You can’t hate Klempner completely, as he tries to keep his daughter’s extended family safe. It makes you wonder if Klempner will ever leave his past behind. Anxiously awaiting Fatale!
By now, I should already expect these twists and turns, but I was, once again surprised by the story.
The characters continue to change, learning from past mistakes, I am just loving it.
I cannot wait to read the next book.

I am so happy i have stumbled upon this series. its so exciting and thrilling, a page turner to be sure. this book has kept me up long after bedtime turning pages as fast as i can just to see what is gonna happen next. this author is amazing at drawing out the suspense and tension, keeping you on the knifes edge of wondering whats gonna happen and every time i think i know what is gonna happen she takes it in a different direction than i expected. I can’t wait to get my hands on the next book. I have to learn more about this story it just sucks you in and doesn’t let go.
Shocking, engaging, and suspenseful.
I am so damn hooked on this series I cannot wait till the next installment come out. A kidnapping starts the ball rolling with this action pack thriller. This one will have you sitting on the edge of your seat and it will leave you with questions too but I did like the very end of the book. When you start to read the series there may be characters not to your liking but as you read more of the series all the characters become so much more you become invested in their lives. Excellent piece and I am so looking forward to the next installment. I did receive a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.
This on going series is stunningly addictive. I never thought I would end up being able to tolerate a character that I totally loath!

The story keeps getting not only more complicated, but clearing up secrets. There are many thrills, as it reads like the best detective story. Pretty much all characters make an appearance, plus another plot twist. I can’t wait for this to continue!
