Envy is a silent, cold-blooded killer, extinguishing a little more life from me every day. Hitting sharp, fast and seemingly out of nowhere; struck by lightning not a storm cloud in sight… in she rolls. Reece Kelly, a force to be reckoned with, head of the class- which means one thing- she’s out of mine. “You’re wasting your time Rhett Foster. Locks have keys and walls can be climbed. I’m not … not buying your broody, skeptical act for one minute.” And then there’s that… But as much as she compels me to open up, show her what no one else gets to see…there’s guilty shadows lurking in the depths of her eyes that she cannot hide.

Great read!! SE Hall has done it and Rhett made her!! Fantastic roller-coaster ride of emotions, with an incredible storyline.
so excited to find out there was a follow up book to Pretty Instinct and my book boyfriend I am forever tied to- “Cannon Blackwell” This book follows Rhett Foster’s story. I really liked Rhett in the first book and even more so after this book. I love the banter between Rhett and Reece they are so funny. They spar and really push each other and they are so great together. Love that we get a little hit of Cannon and Liz since they are like family to Rhett and his brother Jerett. Definitely recommend after Pretty Instinct. Love the MUSIC and love a Rocker!!
I LOVED THIS BOOK SO HARD!! I have absolutely adored every single thing SE has ever written, but these two books have, by far, been my favorite! I love everything about this little family. I loved Lizzie with my whole heart, I didn’t think I could love Rhett and Jarrett as equally.
Everything about Rhett had me being pulled in. I was so curious about how he really felt about Lizzie, because I didn’t truly understand. Then I saw him with Reece and I knew a switch was flipped. The instant reaction to her was undeniable! Then we have Reece, a.k.a teacup, who is the most adorable thing EVER. I LOVE that he calls her that, it’s so damn cute. Everything about her also just pulls you in. You are curious about how she reacts to him, or how she’s going to react. We even got to see some pretty fiery sides to her, it was great! All of these things about her was just so perfect for Rhett.
Now, SE’s writing, it’s really what pulls you in. There are so many emotions in these books, she just keeps you going for a loop! There are so many hysterical moments, I really laughed SO HARD, but there were just as many serious and touching moments. She really does the perfect combination. None of her words are ever so sad to bring me to tears, but she definitely knows how to pull all of the emotions out. Every time I read one of her books I remember just what made me fall in love with her writing to begin with. Everything she writes is relatable too. Her books are just real. For that alone, I will always love and read her work!
Another great read by S. E. Hall. When Rhett and Reece first meet you can tell that they have something special. The problem is that Reece keeps Rhett at bay. I call Rhett, Mr. One and Done. This is how he has lived his life for a while. He never sleeps with the same girl twice. I have to say that at first Rhett was not very likable to me. I didn’t like the way that he treated Reece at first. It was almost like he was throwing his meaningless women in her face. I did like how Reece handled him. She has a few secrets that she needs to share. I liked the dynamics of the story. Dual point of view. No cliffhanger.
See You Next Tuesday has broken up – the band gone their separate ways. The Foster brothers decide to go to Vegas. Rhett is trying to get them noticed, but other than sending in his tapes (which the record company will buy, even if they don’t want him singing them) and playing local gigs, he is at the end. The only thing he can find to keep him occupied is a different woman every night.
Reece has gone to Vegas with her best friend, Landry, for her bachelorette party. When Landry suspects her fiance of cheating on her, she drags Reece to the nightclub where she thinks he is. At the door, they’re greeted by the bouncer, Rhett Foster.
When Rhett and Reece are thrown together and spending time with one another, they can’t deny that they both feel the attraction. The biggest problem? Reece doesn’t want to become just another notch in Rhett’s bedpost.
All the humor, sentimentality and romance you expect to get from a Finally Found novel…and let’s not forget about the soundtrack (spotify:user:12125319136:playlist:2gEi2xlqRSopepE6s7UDe0)!
This was the kind of book that I could not put down if I tried. I read it from start to finish on a lazy Saturday. This was a fantastic read and if you are looking for a sweet saucy love story then this one is for you
