Preppy finds himself back in a world he once loved, but no longer recognizes. His dim smile can’t hide his inner turmoil and the people he views as family all suddenly feel like polite strangers. Except for one person. A girl with dark eyes and even darker hair. A girl who isn’t even an option. At least, not anymore. Dre can’t decide who she’s going to listen to. Her heart, her head, or her body. … Her heart, her head, or her body. Because two out of those three things have her heading right back to Logan’s Beach. Closure is what she tells herself she’s seeking, but when she unlocks doors that were never meant to be opened she soon discovers that when it comes to Samuel Clearwater, closure might NEVER be an option.
This is book six in the King Series and the second part of Preppy and Dre’s story.

I’m still loving this series .
The character development of preppy and Dre was well executed and seeing preppy break through his torture baggage and reconnect with his girl and find bo was emotional .
Definite at have to read this trio in order and I also suggest reading the rest of the series before these books too for the full effect of the developing story !
Why, why, why…. that ending!!! I NEED MORE NOW!!! This story has me on the edge of my freaking seat constantly! If you’re looking for a read filled with angst, crazy as hell humor, jaw-dropping twists and turns then this is it, this is the book that will have you begging for so much more! I NEED part three NOW!!
“Because my name is Samuel Clearwater, and I take orders from no one. Not even death.”
Inhaling this trilogy in one weekend was a decadent, twisted adventure, and I wish I could do it all over again. The momentum never waned going from Book 1 to 2 to 3, I just couldn’t get enough. Preppy’s pain, his wit, his zany antics, he is one of my favorite characters to date. Living for what will come out of his mouth from moment to moment, it is never a dull moment. Who knew someone who matched their bow ties and suspenders could be so ridiculously hot? He was and will always be one of my favorites!! I loved this couple, they complimented each other perfectly!! This trilogy is a binge read for anyone who is a fan of anti-hero’s with heart, but equally dangerous, broken, and quite possibly deranged to boot, lol. I absolutely love all things Preppy!!
“You silence the world when it’s too loud. You make me feel less broken.”

Wow! What can I say. I thought part 1 was fantastic but part 2 has just…. wow left me speechless. I am heading to part 3. I seriously can’t wait to read about Dre and Preppy.
Awesome story, but I’m glad it’s not finished!
I still want more Preppy even after this book, so I am glad there is one more. And true to the rest of the series, there is a a fantastic cliffhanger that sets up the next book and leaves you wondering what the heck is going on.
This book is all about Preppy getting better after being starved nearly to death and tortured for months and months by sadistic and psychotic Chop. Dre shows up at King’s place to get some closure since she is still unable to deal with Preppy’s death only to find that he is alive but in bad shape.
Prep has a terrible time with PTSD and Dre is still angry with him for cutting her out of his life and throwing her away. So they have a lot to deal with. But Prep is awesome so the book is awesome. I loved it
Oh. My. Days!!! These books take a little bit more of me every time I dive in. Preppy and Dre’s story is heartbreakingly beautiful and steeped in so much emotion that at times I found it hard to breathe whilst reading it. And that ending, AGAIN!!!
5 Freaking Stars!!
HOLY HELL! The evil ginger has done it again! Geesh! My heart needs a minute or two to recover from what I just read. For real, I’m sitting here with so many feelings leaking from my eyes and my heart is so full of all the fabulousness I just devoured. This book is absolutely EVERYTHING!
Since King, I have been hooked on this series and all its characters. With each book, the writing and characters only get better and better. Preppy, Part 2 is no exception. The whole group is back and the growth that each of these characters experiences is quite simply amazing. But Preppy and Dre…sigh. These two just simply steal the series for me. My heart hurt so much for Preppy as he struggled to find his place in the world today. Everything has changed so much, and he’s as lost as ever. But I have to say that watching him find his way again is one of the most beautiful things I’ve witnessed. And Dre, well she has come just as far as Preppy and I love that this time around she is the strong one that can save him.
As usual, TM leaves us with a cliffy like no other, making us crave the next and final part to Preppy’s story. Seriously, if you have not read this series, PLEASE for all that’s holy, DO IT TODAY! You will not be disappointed and the only thing you’ll regret is not reading it sooner. In the meantime if you need me, I’ll be over here in my corner pouting because I have to wait a little longer for Preppy, Part 3.

Samuel Clearwater is back, but his broken spirit is keeping that light from shinning through. His upbringing is a horrifying experience no child should ever have to go through. How many times can a man suffer before they can’t be rescued? Each and every story is emotional, heartbreaking and at times, too much to endure. That only keeps me reading more and more.
Preppy is back. This book has completely and utterly destroyed me.
It´s a dark, emotional, love story, one filled with shocking twits.
After everything he endured in captivity it’s nothing short of a miracle that he managed to survive.
Dre, she never imagined that she’d find Preppy alive.
Preppy tries to find himself after the horrorific, amount of torture he endured in the darkness.
Preppy is able to find any peace is when he is with Dre.
She has a calming affect on him.
CONCLUSION
This is a story about family, friendship, and healing.
T. M. Frazier creates characters that are remarkably damaged.
I definitely recommend his fascinating story!.
The life and death of Samuel Clearwater is one of the best books I’ve ever read. I have loved this character from the moment he was introduced in King and I have mourned him from the moment of his “death” however not even the devil himself could keep Preppy. Hell sent him back because there was more work to be done, after all not even death could stop him.
Watching his recovery is delightful, to watch The Preppy, so low, gave him a beautiful vulnerability that we hadn’t exactly seen before. But even better than that it was that he found his reason to fight back. He may have been alive but he wasn’t living and Dre, his gal gave him the reason to really come back to life with a vengeance and real sense of purpose!

In this book, we are reunited with Preppy. After being held captive and tortured repeatedly for months by Chop then rescued, Preppy wakes up in the house that King and him bought. Preppy is lost, everything being so loud, and remembering the beautiful broken girl….his wife. He has to find himself again and it’s a long hard road of recovery.
Dre has embraced her sobriety, returning home to find closure after holding on to the letter from the one man that she will ever love. When she shows up at King and Rey’s house – she is in for a shock of her life when she finds Preppy alive.
Working together, Dre helps Preppy start to heal but when a little boy shows up in the backyard one morning (and it’s obvious he has abusive parents) another wrench is thrown in the wheel. Preppy runs Dre off again when he couldn’t find the little boy, but with the help of King he is reminded and remembers who he really is. But will he be able to save the little boy and get the only woman he has ever loved back? This does end in another cliffhanger, but is concluded in Preppy Part 3
TM pulled my heart in so many directions with this book and I cherish every minute. This lady is a true and rare talent that has the ability to pull you into her world, have you caring and wanting to protect the characters. Preppy has always been my favorite and in this one you see him completely broken but a survivor. I can’t help but smile when Preppy conquers his demons and the past, becoming Preppy 2.0 with the help of his friends (new and old). I know I will continue coming back to this series again and again along with encouraging my fellow reader friends to read it if they haven’t
Hmmm. Honestly, freaking excellent writing, excellent characters, and excellent plot. That said, I did feel the romance part of the story felt a bit too perfect, settled and rushed for a three part book. Like I don’t know… they were together super fast and in a permanent, happy way once Preppy was healing, and it feels like the love story part is complete even if the plot isn’t. And what is up with adding Bo and Kevin? Just felt… random and unnecessary. That said, still loved it and I’m on to part three!
Yes, I checked Inspirational. Why? Because, how could you not? The lessons on life and love in this story are nothing short of inspirational. Read it and tell me I’m wrong. I dare ya. I seriously cannot get enough of Preppy. He is hands down my favorite character of all time. He needs to have his own serial.
Once again Preppy has proven to be my favorite! Great book! Quite a few twists and turns! Loved it!
Once again, my emotions where played with again. Broke my heart. Made me cry. Made me laugh. Just one hell of an emotional roller coaster. Just when you think it’s an happy ending, hell no. You get a Wtf moment. I’m so happy I didn’t have to wait to read what happens next.
I don’t know how many ways I can say I freaking loved this series!! If you haven’t read any of the other books in this series, then you should. You are seriously missing out on an epic story, if you have read the others then you’ll know what I’m talking about when I say TM Frazier has done it again. Outstanding!
This is more than a 5* read for me, it’s dark, it’s twisted, it has secrets and lies. TM Frazier has created a brotherhood of characters that you just instantly fall in love with. King, Bear and Preppy… I love them all. Even the female MCs are strong, sassy, opinionated and take no shit from the men. This has story been an intricately woven web of lies and deceit. It has everything including shock value.
Seriously! What an ending!! I’m now on tenterhooks waiting for part 3… Gah! If had I known Preppy was going to be a 3 part story I would have waited. Book hangover alert!!!
God love Preppy and his bowties, suspenders, buttondowns and pancakes.
If you loved Preppy in part one, you will love him even more in part two (if that’s even possible)!! the way the author has written this story and has to live up to everyone’s expectations, it just succeeds everything you thought it would be. at least it did for me! A fat big 5 star! The only thing that I hated was that cliffhanger yet again so I just NEED part three asap to cure my book hangover.
The story picks up after we finally know Preppy is alive but in a world he no longer seems to know. And his girl has come back into town to tie up lose ends. But not everything is as it seems and the road ahead has their bumps. Will Preppy ever get back to his real self and will he and Dre be able to move on to what has happened to both of them in their lives…
Find out in part 2 that will leave you wanting part 3 to come as fast as it can…
Holy MotherTrucking Amazeballs!!
The story is fantastic, as if there was ever any doubt!
I finished it in one sitting despite being ill. Could not put the book down, also hated that it ended so soon 🙁
Samuel Clearwater is the stuff Legends are made of.
He’s Larger than life , he’s immortal, and he’s – SS PREPPY 🙂
He’s back and how! His gang is all there around him . King..Bear..Ray..Rage and Dre.
He gets to meet Thia and Nolan , oh …and Brandon. His family is all there loving him, supporting him. Also the familiar love hate thing he has with Rage
Pussy! Can’t take the fucking torture like a man !”
“Aeropostale Assassin ! She’s so hot because of that flaming poker shoved up her ass.”
Preppy has to deal with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder , or as HE calls it -> Post Pardum Depression *giggles*
He’s been through too much torture and pain to return to his 100% normal self, but he’s trying and his family helps him. All through this he has to also find his love back with his “wife” Dre .
Preppy doesn’t disappoint . He’s as inappropriate and raunchy as ever .if he wants to sin, he’s gonna do it
“If my cock wants to fuck you in a church then who the fuck am I to argue?
I’ll take it as a sign from God that I should fuck you right here and now.”
See !not much has changed…..yet it has , his world is in disorder and his balance is askew. He need help …all of it . And he gets it . Tender love and Hard core Rude awakening by King
So tell me, what do we do when we want something?”
“We motherfucking take it! ‘Cause it’s ours! It’s all fucking ours to fucking take!”
“what happens when someone stands in the way of us taking what’s ours?”
“We fucking kill ‘em’,”
And that my dear , is clearly The Dysfunctional Family of Samuel Clearwater . BUT one that’s HASN’T abandoned him, one that has grieved FOR him, one that suffers WITH him, one that HELPS him find his own two feet and MOJO back , and the one that LOVES him unconditionally !
I love this absurd, weird, Lovable character that has invaded my life. He’s sexy, raunchy, weird and bizarre …but I FLOVE him :>
Amazing is just weird’s older, more mature sibling
“You are my light when I’m surrounded by nothing but dark.”
As on of my all time favorite characters, Preppy has a very special place in my heart. I though Part Two was a great continuation of his story. It started out a bit slow in the beginning but I thought those moments were essential to the story. We can’t always have a happy, funny and care-free Preppy. This man has gone through very horrific things and it broke Preppy. My heart broke for him because his light was dimmed, but not completely burned out. I was really excited to see how his relationship with Dre would progress in this book, and I have to say it did in a very organic way. Nothing felt rushed and the author took her time to tell the story.
“I was lost.” “You were, but I found you.”
I loved being reunited with King, Bear, Thia and Ray. They are a very important part in Preppy’s life and were such a support to him in this book. There are a couple of secrets revealed in this book that I think was done and handled in a very clever way. The author didn’t add any unnecessary drama to the story, which is one of my book pet peeves. Another character I loved made an appearance in this book, I hope he will play a bigger role in Part Three. In this book you’ll see another side to Preppy. I felt I really got to know him better and understood where he was coming from. Preppy and Dre are perfect for each other and I just can’t wait to see how their relationship will grow in the next book. As for the ending of Part Two, let me just say that it has me on the edge of my seat!! I need more PREPPY!
Preppy is back better than ever.
I am so in love with this series that I don’t want it end, I know eventually it has too but really whhhhy,
The thing I loved most about this book was even though it was packed full of excitement and I didn’t know what was going to happen, we learnt so much about Dre and Preppy and I loved that because they both have been through so much that I think we needed to know more and we got it.
Preppy’s struggle with the real world, it was almost like you could feel his pain through the pages and I was reading just thinking it will get better don’t worry, but of course he can’t hear me, but I loved how T.M Frazier can make you feel that. I will never ever forget the two words he spoke when he was at his lowest but it was the most honest and you knew that he was scared for the first time and that was when he needed help and he finally admitted it. “Help Me” I just broke right there and couldn’t put the story down
Dre was again written perfectly and I just loved the way that she was stronger and had really made a change in her life. The back and forth with Preppy was understandable he had hurt Dre really bad and two times so it was good to see her try and resist Preppy.
I love the inclusion of Bo this story had my heart from the start, I love little kids in the story especially when they have such a big role and I can’t wait to see how he is the next book, talking about the next book, T.M Frazier I’m not sure that ending a book like that is fair to your readers, but lord have mercy for the next one I am so excited for the next book already.
Loving this series really hard and when you’re getting all your fav characters with such big parts even when the books are not about the couple it’s awesome I love King, Bear, Thia, Ray and I love how Rage and Nolan made an appearance as well
5+++++++++++++++++++++++++ stars for this baby loved loved it and thank you T.M Frazier for letting me read this early really appreciate it.
