The bow tie is BACK. Dre was just a beautiful stranger when Preppy saved her the first time around. Now, he has to save her again, but she’s no longer just some stranger, she’s his wife, and he has no idea who or what he’s up against. All he knows is that putting his family back together is the only acceptable outcome.Preppy’s to-do list? SAVE FAMILY. SEEK REVENGE.Not only is he ALIVE…this time … list?
SAVE FAMILY. SEEK REVENGE.
Not only is he ALIVE…this time he’s out for BLOOD.
Preppy Part Three is the seventh in the KING series and should be read in order starting with King.

Absolutely hands down Samuel Clearwater is my favorite character in this series. This final book has me sad seeing this come to an end. There were so many jaw-dropping, WTF moments that I was mesmerized by page after page of this INCREDIBLE story. Preppy and Dre along with King, Ray, Bear, Ti and all the other characters had me laughing, crying, smiling and screaming for more because I didn’t want this crazy roller-coaster ride to end. This is without a doubt a series I’ll be re-reading and recommending !
“Preppy is capable of both cruelty and mercy, of both murder and salvation. He’s been the victim, the villain, and the hero.”
What a tangled web is that of Preppy’s life!! This one pulled everything together and had a sweeter edge than the two previous, and although it showed his more vulnerable side, it truly cemented why he is one of my most favorite characters of all time!! All things that have contributed to their story so far, come home to roost and threaten everything they have built. My heart raced, tons of feels in Preppy’s own way, and just ate this whole trilogy with a spoon. Getting lost in these books was a fabulous reading weekend!! I would laugh one second, white knuckle my kindle the next, and fan myself the next!! I wish I could read the whole thing all over again for the first time!!
“He’d shattered me. Thoroughly. Beautifully. Crazily. I never wanted to be put back together.”

OMGGGG!!!!!! T.M. Frazier what can I say. Holy shit balls. What a fan-fucking-tastic book. I have soooo many mixed emotions going on at the moment, I am overly happy and excited that Preppy, Dre and Beau get their HEA but at the same time I am sooo sad that this is the current end of the King crew. I know everyone got their HEA’s but I just want more from them all.
I feel invested in these lives when reading this series!
This series is one of the best I have ever read. The story of Preppy throughout this entire series has been so emotional. Since the first book, he was so unbelievably funny and genuine that I just couldn’t help but love him. Then after what happened to him it was so terribly sad not only for me, because I liked him so much but for all the other characters who were so shaken by the events of that day.
I think Prep is literally my favorite character of all time. When I get asked the question of which fictional character I would like to spend time with in real life, Preppy wins hands down. He is the best character by far. He definitely is the funniest and most upbeat even despite what he has gone through in his life. He is also one of the most loyal characters, not only to King but to Doe and all the supporting characters.
“Ummm…what the hell is that?” Kevin asked, looking at the table in the trailer.
“Manure,” I answered.
“Really?”
“No. Not really,” I sighed. “It’s a body-shaped plastic bag, Kevin. What the fuck do you think it is?” I snapped my fingers in front of his face to get his attention. “Now listen up, Daniel-son.”
“Who is it?” Kevin asked, entirely too focused on what was going on in the trailer. His gaze followed Jake’s every move as he sharpened one of the knives from the wall with a steel sharpener.
“The dead have no names,” I said.
“That’s a line from Game of Thrones,” Kevin pointed out.
“That doesn’t mean it’s not true.”
To find out he is alive, is awesome but also the journey back is a total tear-jerker at times, because he has to go through so much, because he missed so much while he was gone, like Grace’s death, and his entire world has basically changed. He was living with his friend King and King’s girlfriend, Bear stayed in the Garage and they partied all the time. He returns to a home where King and Doe have 3 kids living in King and Preppy’s house, and Bear has a pregnant girlfriend.
Tears welled up in his eyes. He cleared his throat and leaned in close so that his cheek was touching mine. “Okay, I’ll tell you.” He sighed. “Your injuries are the product of a horrible sex swing accident. The nurse said it was the worst one the hospital has ever seen. Don’t you worry your pretty head though. They’ve successfully retrieved the gerbil. He’s a bit shaken up, but they think he’s going to pull through.” I laughed, because it was Preppy and impossible not to.
Even though Dre and Preppy are now together and adopting Bo, the emotions run high in this one. There is someone still out to get them and they don’t know who it is. Preppy has a new brother that he doesn’t know much about and the guys still don’t know all the people involved in the coverup to fake Preppy’s death. Suffice it to say, I laughed, I cried and I totally loved every minute of it!
Holy freaking shizzballs!! My heart is just beating so hard in my chest! This book, this series has just taken my breathe away. My heart was on the floor at the end of the last book and I just wondered how I was going to get it back. In all fairness, I don’t want it back! Preppy, King, Bear, Doe, Ti and Doc have taken it and they can have it.
I know I am late to this series and I do love a cliffhanger but I am so glad I have been able to read these back to back!!
What a great series!!!
one of my all-time favorite characters!
Time to release that breath I’ve been holding in. Revisiting past events and into current ones has hit hard with this story. I’m so freaking happy that Preppy is back and has claimed his woman!
And he’s back! Again! Alive and Well, after fighting through the seven gates of hell just to give the Devil himself the finger Preppy returns to fight for what he cares about most, his family.
I loved Preppy as the silly friend to Ray in King, I loved him as the loved and remembered well friend after his “death” I loved watching him fall for Dre, and I loved seeing him struggle with all that he had gone through. However all of that, every single part is nothing compared to how much I love Preppy the Family Man. After all is there anything more swoon worthy? I think not.
TM Frazier keeps the action and surprise going until the very end while bringing everyone you’ve loved from the series back in a big way. I love this series in the deepest way, everything I could have hoped for Preppy is here and I can’t thank her enough for making these dreams a reality.

The epic conclusion to Preppy and Dre’s story and it’s definitely epic. Samuel Clearwater is my favorite character out of the King series and after all the torture that TM put him thru – he gets his well deserved happy ending with this one. I tear up, laugh, yell, and more everytime I get this book – there are so many twists and I love every minute. Preppy becomes the man that will do anything, go thru hell and back for those that he loves and he has no issues to prove it. I loved all the unexpected moments in this and how protective I became over a couple of characters. This story will leave you with one helluva book hangover – but that’s the good thing, you can always go back and read again.
TM has wrote such an epic series with this and (in my opinion) Preppy is the crown of all it.
Wow. Why? WHYYYYYYYYYY???? Why is it over? I don’t know what I’m supposed to do now. I need more. I am a solid T. M. Frazier fan for LIFE. I MUST HAVE ALL THE WORDS! This series covers some dark subject matter. These are not white nights. They are raw and gritty and dirty and love with all they have. Their love of family is fierce and no one should dare tread on that or there will be consequences. And they won’t be pretty. I have so many books that I don’t re-read many because I have so many to get through, but I WILL re-read this series.
The relationship dynamic between Dre and Preppy was freaking perfect. Their passion was off the charts. The characters were freaking phenomenal. But after three books about Dre and Preppy, with no actual relationship dramas, I was hoping to finish this one and go on. I don’t know, but it wasn’t as epic as King and Tyrant was. That said, still amazing in a twisted, awesome love story!
Would rate these books higher than excellent, the entire series is one of my favorites, the books are easy to read, totally unpredictable and take you on a wild ride, I couldn’t put them down….
This book! What do I even say! READ IT!!! I am completely in love with Samuel Clearwater aka Preppy! His life was such a rollercoaster of pain, heartbreak and so much love! I loved this book so much I need it in paperback ASAP!!
I just love Preppy and Dre. You see their love grow. Threw all the twist and turns. They come out stronger then ever. I just love all the characters in this series. On to read what’s going to happen next.
This series is so much more than a 5* read and the finale is no exception. This series has consumed me from the very first page in King to the very last page of Preppy part 3; I have binged on every single book, ignoring my family and blocking out the world in the process. This series has been all encompassing and I don’t think any other series EVER has left me quite so opened mouth as revelation after revelation dropped like an atom bomb… So many twists and turns I never saw coming. There is no way you could ever second guess this author and that’s what makes this series so special and unique is the unpredictability of the plot.
Once again told from a dual POV; This book picks up where book 2 left us hanging, with the disappearance of Dre. Full of secrets and adversaries once again leaves Preppy and Dre’s road to an HEA looking unlikely. Each book has finished on a WTH moment and this finale was no exception, it was always going to end on a high. So many moments when my heart was just in awe of the relationship between Preppy and Bo, I actually found myself going awww how cute. I just fell in love with papa Preppy all over again. I have laughed and I have cried and there was a really touching moment between King and Preppy that had me reaching for the tissues. The unbreakable bond between the 3 best friends from school goes from strength to strength together they are no match for the deviant and dark forces that try to take them out at every turn.
TM has created some really complex and lovable characters in the shape of King, Bear and of course Preppy, the connoisseur of pancakes. The characters are strong, developed, colourful and through TM’s writing she has brought them to life. I have a special place in my heart for each and every one of them.
It’s been a tumultuous ride and I’m really sad that the journey is now over. This series will stay with me for a very long time to come. It was the perfect ending to an outstanding series. Bravo TM
What can I say? Because Pancakes 🙂 *5 amazing stars!*
So far, King was always my favourite but damn Preppy, you are someone that could make any woman fall for you and here, I did! He has been one of my favourite characters throughout this series and after reading his story, I’ve fallen even more. The author did him justice and made it even better than I could ever imagine. I absolutely love this series and I truly hope we get some more one day…
In this final part of Preppy, we get to know more about him and even more about his background story. We get to really experience the relationship between Preppy and Dre. Even though it has not always been sunshine, you can really feel the love between them. There’s a threat luming over them and both will do whatever it takes to finally have the happy ending they so deserve!
This whole series (King) was so very delicious! All the characters was so unique, but got to say Preppy was my favorite! He was the best book boyfriend ever! VERY exciting and intense reading!!!!
What with all the turmoil in Preppy’s life ,his brushes with the law, his near death experiences, his love lost and found , this books is aptly titled
Alive Preppy, Dead Preppy?”
The Life and Death of Samuel Clearwater.
Samuel is #BowTieTillIDie Preppy . A “dolphin-cousin whisperer.” a doggone 10″incher !!!
The most interesting character I’ve ever read. He’s a conundrum , yet simple to fall in love with. His ambitions or goals in life are very basic and clear cut
My life would never be like the perfect-looking family eating dinner in that window, but it didn’t have to be, because at that moment, with my friends by my side, I decided I’d much rather live the kind of life that had me splashing through gator infested waters, feeling very much ALIVE.
Loyalty is his middle name , and he loves immensely and entirely.
Bear and King are his true brothers in arms and he would take a bullet for them , anytime…in fact he does!!
He defended me when no one else would.
He protected me when I couldn’t protect myself.
He became family when I didn’t have one.
Andrea is his other half, who makes him better . Her and Bo and Kevin and Pancakes the Pig make up their loosely connected family and the strong bounds of love keep them tight.
The humour is rampant in the book, very cleverly written, very spellbinding. I’d love to meet a real life Preppy one day, if he ever exists.
Tracey’s humour is top notch, her characters are very authentic and genuine.
Such a a delight reading this series , book 1 to 7, but Preppy is my love!
He’s imperfectly perfect , but a rare gem and very easy to fall in love with , scars and all , weird porn fetish and all, sick sense of humour and all , 10 ” anaconda in his pants and swoon worthy kisses and all !!!
None as unique as you.
None as flawed as you.
None as passionate and wild and enthusiastic about life as you.
There is NO substitute for Samuel Clearwater and there never will be.
Life is colorless without you.
I love you, Preppy.
I’ll love you now and forever. In life and in death, and especially in the in-between.”

It is always difficult saying goodbye to favorite characters, and Preppy is definitely one of my favorite. The beginning of the book was a bit anticlimactic, especially after Preppy part Two’s cliffhanger, I had higher expectations. After that the first quarter of the book felt like an epilogue to Preppy and Dre’s story. Thankfully the pace picked up after that and a lot of things went down. I loved seeing the crew all together and how Dre and Preppy declared their love for each other once again. There were a couple of twists that I didn’t see coming, so that was great. Like always Preppy is the life of the party, and he just makes me laugh so hard. Dre and Preppy were perfect for each other, and I loved that the author gave us a couple of emotional scenes between them.
It was great being reunited with the main characters from the previous books. And I am going to miss them a lot. Hopefully TM Frazier will decide to release a novella every now and then. Overall this was a solid, satisfactory ending to Preppy’s story and the King series. The author did a great job in tying up all loose ends, so I wasn’t left with any questions. I am looking forward to seeing what she will come up next and I hope Preppy, King and Bear will make appearances in a couple of her future books.
Well that was bittersweet, I didn’t want to finish this book but I couldn’t put it down at all, I know we never say never but for this to be the final book in the king series was nothing short of perfect. I am so sad that this has ended but I couldn’t have asked for a better ending to a fantastic series.
I loved Preppy and his pancakes he was such an awesome character never gave a crap about what people thought of him and lived the way that he wanted too and he lived it and at some points died but he is one of the best characters ever to be produced. In this book I felt we saw the softer side to Preppy and it was so good to see that and I felt that by the end of this third book we really got the best of him.
Dre was a great character too not perfect but loved with every piece of her heart. Her life wasn’t easy and she had a past that would come back to haunt her but she was such a strong person and I loved everything about her.
I will say it again this book was the perfect end to an awesome series, I love how all the characters are so prominent and I really loved the brotherhood between Preppy, King and Bear they had each other’s back no questions asked and they looked after each other’s women as well as the women looking after the men.
I loved the way the story was completed and I loved Bo as well he was such a heart warming beautiful character that will never be forgotten. This book had it all fantastic storyline, violence, drama and suspense. Preppy kept his humour all the way through the book and had me laughing out loud
Thank you T.M Frazier for bringing these characters to live and I will never forget them.
Big humongous huge massive 5 stars for this book and this series
I am now back to the start listening to King on Audio I just couldn’t let these characters go.
