“Sheer comedic gold, with an overdose of heat that will have you glued to your Kindle from the first page to the last!”—NYT Bestselling Author Ella James.Complete standalone book 2 in the #LovePranks series, following the love & insane shenanigans of the Iota Fraternity… and their neighbors, the Blossom girls. Two households, both alike in dignity… hit a serious snag in their ongoing prank … hit a serious snag in their ongoing prank war last semester.
The Blossoms of #246 and the Dudes of #247 each lost a member to flippin’ Love. (Insert eye-roll here.)
The lovebirds/turncoats plan to move out, but true prankster talents are few and far between, so the remaining Blossoms are going to make damn sure there’s no shacking up before Kitty has found the perfect replacement for herself.
The Blossoms and the Dudes agree on very little, but everyone agrees on this: there can be no more pranksters-turned-lovers between the two arch-fratenemy houses.
Yep, everyone agrees.
Almost everyone.

This story is hilarious. I laughed so hard my chest hurt and tears were streaming down my face.
This is Saki Marshall and Picasso’s story. Of course there is hilarious pranks that are never ending.
What happens when a rat comes around ? So many questions and people start wondering who is the rat? What happens with Saki and Picasso when things go to far?
Will the pranks continue or will they leave each other alone?
You will be laughing out loud with this book. I was.
I love this series it’s just so much fun to read. Love seeing the Blossoms one by one falling for the Dudes, Saki and Picasso story was so funny and yet so sweet, and the pranks just gets better with each story.
I give this 4.5.
This story made me swoon and had me laughing. I love Picasso. Saki and Picasso’s forbidden love story was a work of art. This had funny pranks in my opinion the girls were better in this book, there is a traitor in the mix trying to take the Dudes down and the hottest, sweetest forbidden love story. I think the stories just keep getting better. Can’t wait to read Queen B and Gun’s story.
I received an ARC and volunteered to leave a review.
Pranked by Love (#LovePranks Book 2) by Sunniva Dee is a contemporary, new adult, romantic comedy. It’s told from the first person, single point of view of the main character, Saki Marshall.
The story follows the relationship between political science major, Saki, and art student, Orion (known as Picasso). The prank war between the Blossom girls and the Iota fraternity continues. After losing Kitty and Lucian as housemates, the members of both houses are even more adamant that there be no fraternization between the Blossoms and Iotas unless it’s for a prank. But Picasso has been captivated by Saki for a while now, and she finds the quiet painter irresistible.
I really enjoyed this story. I definitely liked it better than book one. There was more depth overall and the characters were more developed as well. I loved Picasso and Saki and had no difficulty connecting with them. Humorous and sensual with a touch of mystery, the story was highly entertaining and so much fun.
This was a quick funny read. I would definitely recommend it.
Can’t say enough about this book. Absolutely funny. Great follow-up to the first book!! Who doesn’t like a little fraternity/sorority shenanigans!? The pranks keep coming as Saki & Picasso, who are complete opposites, keep their attraction a secret! Undeniably awesome read.
This was another great prank book with the Dudes and the Blossoms. I loved the chemistry between Picasso and Saki. I felt the pranks in this book were next level. One of the pranks had me absolutely rolling…it was hilarious. What started as a silly read for me has quickly hooked me and I can’t wait for the next crazy Blossom couple!
I didn’t had a chance to read the first book and let me tell you something…I am going to read it right away!
So, I needed something to lift me up un my mood and this book did it, I even laughed and snorted while reading. Do I need to say that I was hooked and couldn’t leave the book until I finished it?
I am not going to talk about what is going on, I will just say that the story is good, cute, characters are well written and adorable I loved the chemistry between them, even the Saki’s inner monologues are great. All in all I love this book and this series is so fun and enjoyable to read
It’s fun and entertaining story. It hooked me in from beginning to end with its mystery and sexy and humorous storyline. I loved the characters. It’s an enjoyable read and look forward to reading more.
What an awesomely funny book. Who doesn’t love a good prank and these two houses do some amazing pranks. There’s one rule: Don’t fall for the enemy. So what happens when that’s exactly how it goes??? You’re gonna have to read to find out.
This is the 2nd book in the series. You should read book #1, Love By Pranks prior. Just so you have a understanding of the characters. But, you can read this as a stand-alone as the characters are explained pretty well.
In this book in the boy frat house #247, we have Picasso – Orion Théo Alexander. He is a fine arts painting major. His work sounds beautiful.
On the #246, Blossom side we have Saki. She sounds beautiful.
Both houses are still pranking each other. Picasso and Saki have always been looking at each other from across the room, but have never done anything to move on this relationship. Except one day. Saki wasn’t sure about Picasso, she’s always thought he was more of a player than a one woman man. Of course Picasso and Saki are trying to keep this new relationship on the down low.
There seems to be a mole in either the frat house or at the Blossom house. Someone is leaking the pranks to the university newspaper no one knows who the mole maybe. Both houses interview their own people. The frat boys and who is more of the leader of the Blossoms do believe the leak is from the Blossoms, but who could it be?
Picasso admits to Saki he loves her. He wants to be with her. Saki wants to be with him also. But with their houses at war neither are sure how they can be together. They continue to sneak around. But, they have been on a few dates alone in public with each other.
Will Picasso stay true to Saki? Will the mole out them to their houses before they know what they want with this relationship? What will the leaders of the houses do when they find out they have another boy / girl couple?
I did receive a free ARC copy of this book. I am freely leaving a honest review.
This was a cute read. I don’t think Betsy/Veronica got the comeuppance she deserved but at least she didn’t take the Iotas down.
This was my first book I’ve ever read by Sunniva & I really enjoyed it! I loved the love/hate relationships between The Dudes & The Blossom Girls. I enjoyed watching Saki break out of her shell as she accepted her feelings for Picasso. And I loved how Picasso just embraced his feelings from the start.
My one (teeny, tiny) complaint is that I wish I read Kitty & Lucien’s book first because I felt like I missed out on some of the character introductions, and was jumping in a bit blindly.
I am going against the grain here. while I did enjoy the first book, this one not so much. I mean I love the pranks and I had read a review where someone was against the pranking an thought them immature, me I didn’t feel that way we are talking about college kids who when leaving their homes for the first time tend to act this way, no harm done just pranking and enjoying life. I know some of you will feel that I am taking a book to seriously a rom-com fiction book at that, but here is my issue with this book. Seraphina and Guns relationship is toxic. First book didn’t bug me, didn’t see much of a problem but in this one, yeah big problem. The fighting, the pushing the disrespect of each other was a little too much and at this point totally unhealthy, when you put your hands on someone else there is a lost of respect, and I can’t condone in any form, not fiction and definitely not true life, it is just not funny. And I am sad to say that I couldn’t enjoy the book..I truly hope she changes that. Oh and Betsy was right the girls were dumb, the first article they had to know that it was her, she not only tried to clean up her image but she caused friction amongst them and had them looking at their friends who have been with them since the beginning differently..No excuse to let her get away with more.
As of this current moment Pranked by Love is my favorite book by this author. There were times I laughed so hard. There were times that I just awed, and there were times when I got mad. I just couldn’t put this book down. I read the first book in this series and while I enjoyed that one I loved this one even more. There was so much depth to both Saki and Picasso, or Oren Theo Alexander. I loved how he loved her so fiercely. I loved when she admitted her love as well, even though she was scared. The never ending drama kept me guessing as to what was coming next. And lets not forget about the pranks. They were out of this world hilarious, especially the semen prank!!! This book was great and I loved the little hints of future books. Can’t wait for the next couple and to see what pranks they come up with next!! *I voluntarily read an advanced copy of this book for my honest and unbiased review.*
I do believe this rom-com follow-up to Love by Pranks is even more captivating, more engaging, more steamy and dare I say, more humorous? Is that even possible? YES, YES, YES!!! Pranked by Love, Book 2, is a crazy, fun, keep-you-guessing and laughing-out-loud tour-de-force offering from the super-talented Sunniva Dee. All the zany characters you loved from Book 1 are back and ready to prank. Saki and the ever-swoon-worthy Picasso are the couple front and center this time around, but there are other twists and turns happening too! Pranked by Love held me hostage from start to finish. I loved this book as much as, maybe a tad more than, Book 1. Do not miss this MUST-READ second book in the Love by Pranks Series. Well done, Sunniva Dee, well done!
This romcom has everything from laugh out loud pranks to sizzling attraction and even a twist of mystery. You can’t help but fall head over heels with Sunniva Dee’s amazing writing skills that not only pull you in, but holds you captive from the moment you begin until the last page.
Saki and Picasso’s story is so much fun and sometimes painful but the Blossom’s and Iota’s make the best of it even with rat lurking about. Great characters and very interesting story line. Another good Rom Com,/ If you liked book 1 you will love book 2. I was given an Advanced Readers Copy by the author without obligation. I am providing an honest review.
Pranked by Love is the rom-com follow up to Love by Pranks and lives up to it’s predecessor in every way. The Blossoms and the Dudes still have the best pranks that make for another laugh out loud read while watching Saki and Picasso try to maintain their secret love fling. Both of these characters are great and make you fall in love with them despite their pranks on each other. Can’t wait for more shenanigans from Blossom Field Ave!
As much as I loved the first one, this one to me is even better. There are a Couple of reasons I feel this way. For one, the plot is simpler with less going on. It focused on one major story with two small side stories and it allowed me to invest quicker. Secondly, Orion Theo “Picasso” Alexander, the most chill, romantic guy who chipped away at Saki’s heavy emotional wall. There are some beautiful dialogue where you can’t help but fall head over paints.
“I’ll tell you again, then. I’m in love with you. I dream about you when you’re not in my bed . Hell, I dream about you when you’re in my bed. Sweetest, if you feel anything remotely similar to what I’ve got going on in here”— he thumps over his heart with a closed fist—“ there’s no other choice than to be together.” -Picasso
Poetry it’s not, but man it’s romantic! This man is very different from Lucian in the previous book. You can’t help but fall for Picasso hard…his heart and emotions are on his sleeve. He’s so patient with Saki, who is closed off with a huge wall of emotions separating them. He gently works her with the finesse of a brilliant artist, and it’s both hot and romantic. Saki is hard to love, but I get it. She’s just not one to jump in head first and lives in a bit of denial. It safeguards her heart that way.
I love how the plot device to have them work together (sort of) is used again but in a very unique way. The pranks are harder, cringeworthy and utterly hilarious. This book is the most fun I’ve had in a long time. Here’s for bigger pranks and outrageous love in book 3
