This was a great book in the Kay Scarpetta series before Cornwell decided she didn’t like her characters as much. I loved the early books in the series and learned so much about forensic science through these books. A classic book that you will enjoy.
I have read all the Scarpetta books. At times, they are a bit more gruesome than I can handle but the incredible detail and creativity along with the ongoing relationships in her life have kept me hooked.
These characters are among my favorites in crime fiction. They never disappoint.
A great read, page turner.
This is one of Patricia Cornwell’s Kay Scarpetta series with great characters. These are hard to put down. I like the medical element to these thrillers with lots of twists and turns.
I love this whole series! Well-written, compelling characters.
Post-Mortem was the first of Patricia Cornwell’s Scarpetta novels that I read and I loved it. She keeps the reader hooked and although I am not a pathologist, it feels as though the processes Scarpetta goes through are realistic. Well written and suitably thrilling!
Love all of her books. Twisty and turny plots always enjoyhercharacters

I loved Patricia Cromwell. Her books are very real and get you totally involved in the story she tell. Highly recommend this book
I always love reading Ms. Cornwell’s books. They are written in such a way you can even imagine that you are smelling what Dr. Scarpetta is as she moves around. You see everything in such detail you can draw pictures of it. She is an amazing writer yet her stories always leave me with unanswered questions at the end and everything is never …
Love the Kay Scarpetta series by Patricia Cornwell.
First of the Kay Scarpetta series! Patricia is my favorite author. I own all of her KS books except this one. Haven’t been able to find it, and when I do, it’s very expensive…
Not my favorite Cornwall book, but still great.
