Loving this series more and more!!
Deacon and Quinn bring the sweet and the heat to this Cocky Suits Chicago book 2. Just when you think you have got Deacon all figured out he shows a serious side that no woman could resist, especially Quinn. The fact that Deacon’s twin bro gets involved to help these two work it all out is wonderful and I cannot wait for his story!
I read a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving my review.
Wow, these Collins brothers are everything.
When we met Deacon in the first book I never expected to like him as much as I did his brother but damn, this book just knocked me for six. This book kicked off in style and had me hooked because DAMN, it’s so HOT!
Deacon is slightly immature, always messing around, pranking people and not taking things seriously but the one thing he does take seriously can’t take him seriously In return. He comes across as a playboy and that’s what how the office knows him but underneath all of that is a sensitive man that’ll do anything to keep the one thing he loves most and we get to see exactly that throughout this book. He’s charming and fun and sometimes an asshole.
Quinn, oh this woman is amazing! She’s strong and determined and absolutely lovely. She takes care of her dad whilst working and going to school, she juggles everything well and barely has time to herself except when it comes to office break time when Deacon is around.
These two are so intense. Their chemistry, their everything is so damn hot and has you needing a cold ass shower
and let’s not forget to mention the secondary characters, we get a little from the characters from the first book and some from Deacon’s twin. I love these brothers and I can’t wait for more.
Oh I have to mention the fact two of my favourites from shows get a mention in this beauty. The Undertaker (a legend) and Gibbs (also a legend) what a pleasant surprise they were, they just made the book even more amazing!
I loved every second of reading it. Sloane and Alex did amazing!
Possessive Playboy is a steamy romance that packs more than just hot moments, it’s fun and an absolute pleasure to read. One of the bests of 2019.
Oh my…this book has it all, steamy romance, sweetness, minimal drama, and a happily ever after. Quinn and Deacon have some crazy chemistry. However she is guarding her heart since he is a playboy. I enjoyed seeing how these two go from hook up to love. Quinn had to figure out how to trust and Deacon had to open up. By the end I had fallen in love with Deacon too.
I really enjoyed Cocky Playboy, but this one is so much fun. I love the interaction with Quinn’s Dad it was heart warming. The sex was so hot and so emotional not a usual combination from a man’s perspective but it was great. I thought Tate got the short end of the stick but perhaps the authors will go easier on her in Dexter’s story? If you want a feel good book with some steam this is it.
