I’m a single father to a rambunctious little girl, and a police officer in one of the toughest cities in America.Whether I’m trying to figure out where my popcorn disappeared to on movie night with my daughter or where the suspect in the case I’m working on is hiding the evidence, I can always tell who’s telling the truth and who’s not.So why can’t I be honest with myself when it comes to her?I … it comes to her?
I swear I’m not interested in my best friend’s little sister.
Not the shy girl with the pigtails from years gone by.
But the way she’s looking at me tells me she’s not so shy anymore, and it’s making this officer want to frisk her with a pat down.
And those pigtails I used to pull on to tease her? Now I want to pull those long locks of hers for a different reason.
But as much as my visual inspection makes me want to break out my nightstick and yell “spread em,” it’s the way her and my daughter are becoming partners in crime more and more every day that makes me know I’ve got the only girl who could be my partner for life. They’re teasing me, surprising me, and reminding me what it’s like to live and love again.
My actions leave no alibi. When it comes to locking her up and throwing away the key I’m guilty as charged. But before I give her the key to my heart, I suspect I’ll have to resist her brother’s case for a domestic disturbance when he bursts through the door like a battering ram at the most inopportune time.
*Police Officer’s Princess is a 57,000+ word complete stand-alone novel with no cheating, no cliffhanger, and a guaranteed HEA.

Lots of steam widower single dad best friend of older brother romance. Chance has not seen the kid sister of his best friend in years but when she moves to Las Vegas where he is a police officer he checks in on her only to discover that she is Very grown-up now. Sparks fly and you can pretty much guess the rest. The title is somewhat misleading though.

Slow burn….
This isn’t the fast paced insta-love story Ms. Ferrari usually writes. This one is more of a slow burn but when it catches fire the flames are hot. I liked this one a lot. Chance and Violet were great together.

In this book we meet Violet and Chance Dawson. Violet and Chance met when they we both children. Years later Chance would move away and get married to a woman he thought we would never get over. That is until he bumps (literally) into in the police station he works at in Vegas. Violet has had a crust on Chance for as long as she can remember. He however never knew how she felt. So when she moves to where she last knew he was she is sure he is already gone. When she sees him in the casino she works at she knows she can’t let this second chance pass her by. Chance is sick of the set-ups with women he would never go for by his dad. His sister telling him he needs to get back into the world again, and worrying he isn’t doing enough for his daughter. That is until a run in encounter occurs at the station. Will these two find the HEA they are looking for or will they find that it was all wishful thinking in the end?
This is another amazing hit by this author. It does have its ups and downs that I really want to tell you about. However I don’t want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you on the edge of your seat from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
This second chance romance is well written.
The second chance is as follows.
1. Its Violets second chance to get Chance’s attention as a woman not just his bestfriends little sister.
2. It’s Chance’s second chance at love after his wife’s death.
With meddling family members and a dangerous career Chance battles it all for a chance at forever.
With a few crimes and some sexy times these two find happiness with each other. A few surprises with het brother and his sister.

Chance is a single father of a precious little girl and a police officer. The dating scene is not going particularly well. He tries to denies his feelings for his best friends younger sister but it is hard. Violet gets knocked down on the street and a group of young men make dirty gestures and comments so she uses her camera to hit him where it hurts. She gets arrested but the policeman is talked out of it by Chance. When he goes to see who this feisty woman is he finds out it’s Violet.
This is a great contemporary romance, with some heated scenes,, between two people who needed each other. The characters are well written and the narrative and dialogue add a lot to the characters descriptions and personalities. This allows the reader to develop empathy and understanding about the trials and tribulations, joys and attractions, they are going through. This is a wonderful love story that is easy to read and leaves you feeling uplifted. It is worth the read.

Chance and Violet know they are ment to be together. His daughter adores her. His sister approves. Her father is going to be a problem. How do they explain this to Vic. His best friend is going to kill him.
A sweet and steamy second chance romance. That starts with a new years kiss, an epic Valentine’s day proposal, and a sweet At Patrick’s day family moment and ends ten years in the future epilogue.
Flora Ferrari never disappoints. She is an automatic but for me.
If you want a sweet, fast-paced read, this is it. The title really didn’t seem to fit the story. The plot was different and interesting. The characters were sweet and easily relatable. While developed, there wasn’t much to them. Overall, I enjoyed reading it as it was different than what I normally read.
