If hate is a game, this special ops man and ATF agent are out for blood. Or maybe they’re just fighting to see who will be on TOP.Special Ops Sergeant Lincoln Reed, aka Linc, doesn’t want to talk about how small, dark places make him want to blow shit up. He wants to forget about that time of his life and get back to his team. But now he’s trapped in an elevator with the annoying—and strangely … annoying—and strangely pretty—ATF agent he’s spent weeks trying to get off his back. She’s a know-it-all on a power trip… and has he mentioned she’s pretty?
One minute Nealy finds herself in a defunct elevator with a volatile special ops man and the next she’s in his arms… with her naked thighs wrapped around him. Now she’s forced to work even closer with him and the Ranger Ops team. She can’t think of anything worse than a bunch of chest-thumping gun-toting tough guys taking credit for her bringing down the biggest illegal weapons smuggler the US has seen in decades.
As their investigation takes them through two states and across the Mexican border, Linc and Nealy are forced into an even tighter situation and have no choice but to see it through till the end. But she’s still a know-it-all, even if she can kiss the lips right off him. And she could do without the soft spot growing inside her for the man who’s all mouth and muscles. Can she close the door on this case and keep her heart intact?

A bad situation landed Linc in an 8 by 8 crate. Uncertain exactly how long he was trapped, he had urinated in one corner, but pleaded for a box for his other business. One of his captors hands him a box with baking supplies. Being who he was, Linc blew them up to escape.
Nealy is an ATF agent sent in by the Acting Director who took the job they were both qualified for. Intel is allegedly supposed to be found in the memory of recovered Ranger Linc. As he put in though, there was little in his crate, and not more than pig poo and weapons in the vehicle used to transport him.
Not a great way to meet, but hot times and dangerous trials are ahead.
If you like steamy action, adventure, romance and the teams that battle through it all, this HOT KU read should make your day hotter!

Love this story.
Special Ops agent Lincoln meets Nealy an ATF agent while he is hospitalized after a mission gone bad….He hates small, closed spaces and now he is trapped in elevator with Nealy. He tried to get her of the back as she was annoying him, they don’t mix ,wouldn’t say they hate each other but they are totally opposite .
But he never thought then having her in his arms could be so good. She is off his back and he doesn’t think about closed spaces. And the story just gets hotter and better from there. Mystery, danger, love and plenty of hot steamy scenes.
Great action packed, suspense story. A love hate relationship. Kept you on your toes. Read to find out if it’s a HEA ending.
Point Blank Range is the third book in the Ranger Ops series, but reads well as a stand alone. Nealy is up for a promotion, and her current mission is trying to get a weapons smuggler under control, but she needs help. Linc was taken as a prisoner with the weapons smuggler group, but doesn’t have any helpful information for Nealy. What starts as mutual dislike quickly turns into passion and romance between Nealy and Linc, but will they be able to close the case and keep each other safe?
Phew, this book is full of passion, danger, intrigue, healing, brotherhood, and a faith in those around you. Nealy and Linc have a lot to overcome in this story, including an animosity towards each other! Nealy is tenacious, trusts in the system around her, hates being overlooked due to being a female, but is amazingly strong, capable, and passionate! I loved watching her be so powerful in her career, but did not like some of her anger issues. Linc had something horrible happen to him, but I loved that he was still just as strong, full of good cheer, and wanting to go back to fighting with a vengeance. I liked that he tried to be realistic with himself about his relationship with Nealy, and I liked how he learned to live in the moments and find happiness when he could. They were definitely an interesting couple and I loved that their anger lead straight to passion! There’s a lot of action in this book that kept me turning pages and wanting to see what would happen to this couple and team next! I really enjoyed reading this book and am excited to see what might come next with this series!
This is the third book in the “Ranger Ops” series and I was hooked from the very first page with the well written storyline and characters that were so well detailed that as I turned each and every page I felt like Linc and Nealy jumped from the pages and pulled me right into their story as it unfolded!
I really enjoyed reading this story .
Linc has been through a terrible experience being captured during a mission with Ranger Ops . He was beaten and tortured . He finally escaped but was terribly injured . During his recovery he is questioned over and over by an attractive but absolutely annoying Nealy an ATF agent assigned to the Operation X case , when Linc is discharged he finds himself and Nealy trapped in the elevator at the hospital . Sparks fly , clothes fly off , hello sexy times abound . Pretty soon they find themselves working together with Lincs Ranger Ops team to stop Operation X . Thrown into danger with someone tipping off the Operation X guys . They must figure out what is going on and stop them and stay safe . A very fantastic story . Suspenseful, action packed and hot and steamy with sexy alpha men . I highly recommend taking the time to read .

Oh boy! I loved loved loved Nealy and Linc! I am loving this series and so far, Linc has to be my favorite, after Sully of course. This picks up during the time Linc was captured from the second book and we get to see what he went through and how he got through it. In comes in Nealy, and they don’t get along. But when they get trapped in an elevator, boy that escalates quickly. I could sense their connection even when they were at odds with each other, but after that sexy elevator scene, boy, that just took it up a notch. This was a perfect enemies to lovers sort of romance with action, suspense, steamy scenes, and of course the love. I love that there were several, and I mean, several steamy scenes, and I swear my Kindle was burning up with all the hotness. I love that Nealy was also all up in the action and Linc had to come to accept that it’s her job as well. I couldn’t get enough. I can’t wait for the next book.

It’s so much more than opposites attract. It’s more like intense animosity turns into a association that is off the charts! Nealy and Linc are unconventional people who have unconventional jobs, which leads to an unconventional relationship. They endure dangerous work assignments and life-threatening scenarios. But because of their mutual respect, these two are eventually able to come to a collaborative solution of which way their lives would best blend together.

With the newest story from Ranger Ops, the reader gets pulled further into the lives of this group of kick-ass operators. Getting to know Linc is a journey worth taking. He loves, fast and hard. He doesn’t let his bad moments keep him down. He lets Nealy in. He calls on her when he needs to. He isn’t stand offish and he doesn’t let what could derail him, get in his way. He does let his softer side show and he makes the reader want to find him in real life. Nealy is confident but has a few moments of clarity where the self assuredness dims. She is definitely a match for Linc. Great writing. Great series. Strong characters full of realism and depth. The story is unique and stands strong on it’s own. As always, it is fun to catch up with all the members of the team and in this case Linc and Lennon’s mom.

These Ops guys keep getting better and better. Linc is as hard core as the rest, but he’s been through an ordeal and fought his way back with a vengeance. Nealy is right beside him the whole way, even if it started out tense between them. Their chemistry is undeniable and they play as hard as they work. I really enjoy these guys and can’t wait to see who falls next.

Book three in the series brings Linc and Nealy’s story. Their passion for each other sizzles and their chemistry is too hot to deny. The author brings a cast of strong characters and weaves a story filled with sass and humor as well as drama, danger and tons of action. I loved the banter with all the characters as well as all the emotions throughout. It’s an adventurous story, moves quickly and smoothly and I loved reading. Highly recommend this book.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.
I love this series as much as the Knights Op series. There is lots of intrigue, action, friendship, family, love and hot hot action.
Strong women like Nealy, who are prove women are as capable as men in all fields and still able to be warm loving females. It show the inequality that still exists in professional fields traditional to men.
Lincoln shows that strong men can accept strong women as equals even though they may want to protect them.

I just loved this series. It is wonderful to see such big, strong alpha males falling hard for their women. Linc (Lincoln) meets Nealy as he is recovering from his injuries that he sustained while he was captured, tortured and the bomb he made to escape burning him severely. Nealy works for the ATF and she is looking to get information from Linc on his captures. Taking them down will be a major plus in the eyes of her director.
As Linc and Nealy battle to bring in Operation X and bring them to justice for smuggling guns into the country and the torturing of Linc, they come together as a couple. Linc has to overcome his protective nature of Nealy and she has to deal with her frustrations on being kept out of the operations. As they repeatedly get out foxed by the enemy at every turn, Nealy figures out what is really going on, Linc has to protect the woman he loves.
The chemistry between these two in explosive to say the least. The plot is one that will keep you guessing as to what is going on. This is a book that just flows right from the beginning and kept me glued to my e-reader.
Having a dual POV format was really great here. To have a glimpse into the characters’ thoughts really helped to bring them to life. It was also nice to see the prior female protagonists from the first two books appearing here.
This is a book that I recommend to anyone over the age of 18. There also are events that could be trigger for violence in this book. I look forward to more of the Ranger Ops team!
Badly injured escaping from arms dealers, Linc finds himself in a Bethesda Hospital burn unit. Recovery is a painful and tedious event, made worse by the constant presence of a persistent DEA Agent asking the same questions over and over.
After being passed over for promotion, Nealy is given the case of a lifetime. Operation X is the one that could elevate her career so the next promotion would be hers. The biggest lead on these arms smugglers/dealers is currently in her neighborhood recuperating from burns acquired while getting away from these men.
With Linc discharged and back in Texas and her bosses wanting results, Nealy heads to Texas to join with the Ranger Ops to take down those involved in her case. She doesn’t exactly get a warm welcome.
Plenty of intrigue, suspense and white hot heat flares between Nealy and Linc whenever they are together.
There’s also hints of an information leak that is jeopardizing every mission.
This is a very sexy read, with enough action and intrigue to keep you turning the pages.
While Linc is in the hospital with burns received in an escape from his captors. Nealy from ATF comes to see him every day for a month to get information on the gun smugglers that kidnapped Linc. When he gets discharged they get stuck in an elevator and they let loose. She is working with his team using intel from her office which seems to be faulty sending them on a wild goose chase. What’s going on? Nicely written, action and lots of hot stuff.

I really enjoyed this book. The attraction sizzled, the chemistry was steamy and the banter clever and sharp. Linc and Nealy create plenty of sparks and tension as the antagonism they feel towards each other causes them to clash again and again. I liked both these strong characters. Linc was so swoon worthy! This alpha male, wounded warrior stole my heart. Nealy was fierce and sassy. She could seem cold and intense but I thought that kind of fit with her career and being a woman. The story line is very exciting. Filled with action, suspense, danger, mystery, humor and heat, I thought that this book was a terrific read.
More excitement with the Ranger Ops Team
Exciting, action packed story with an enemies to lovers route. I don’t know that I’d call Lincoln and Nealy enemies but they sure didn’t like each other much until a stopped elevator changed their lives. Completely engaged in the heroes and bad guys plot and can’t wait to learn more about this team and the women that are roping them in.
What first pulls you in is the animosity between Linc and Nealy, it down right engaging, you can feel the heat emanating off the pages. Nealy is focused on her career, Linc wants to maintain his life free of entanglements but the fire that burns between these two can down right burn. The danger factor of missions tracking down Operation X is exciting and the emotional side of Linc is enduring. A fantastic read and cant wait for more.

An amazing read!!
What starts off as hate blossoms to so much more as Linc and Nealy are forced to work together.
There is deceit and explosions to add to the mix!!!
