King
We never play by the rules. In life, in music, or in bed. Rules are for those who give a f#ck what other people think. The only opinions we care about are our own.
We love each other like brothers, only closer. We’re each other’s biggest support and greatest rival, and we give each other everything. In life, in music, and in bed.
We’ve been sharing women since the first time we … and in bed.
We’ve been sharing women since the first time we realized we had eyes on the same girl. That time, and every time since, it was the perfect solution. No harm, no foul.
No woman has ever been a source of strain on our relationship.
Until we meet Quincy.
With her, something feels different.
We’re different.
The friction she causes between us is like nothing we’ve ever felt toward each other, and it’s threatening to tear us apart.
He had her first. I want her more. Why do I need to make her mine?

This story was so different to anything I have read recently, we have a couple of bad boy musicians and a brilliant violinist who are thrown together when record labels merge. I loved how different they all were, yet the chemistry between them was off the charts! I just want more of these three…I want to see them all get their HEA, so can’t wait for book two, I’m secretly hoping that Rome stops his pity party and fights for what he wants! Highly recommend, MV Ellis is fast becoming one of my favourite authors.

I love MV Ellis’ books. I mean the way she writes the characters with the angst, heat and emotions you cannot pass them up. Now this one, I felt was a bit different. It almost has the menage feel to it but doesn’t get there. I felt a bit torn with the guys. Quincy does have her work cut out for her in this book. You have Rome and King who are amazing classical musicians. Quincy is also a classical musician. So when their labels merge and they have to merge it will either be amazing or be an epic fail. However, King finds out the Rome knows Quincy and seems to not be sure about anything. Quincy is drawn to both men and they have no problem sharing but she seems to bring out something possessive of the guys. Only one does not know how to handle it. So how will this all end. I cannot wait for the next book to come out because that ending was pretty epic.

“You’re kind of right about the chemistry. Kind of way off base. Yes, there is a lot flying around right now, but it’s not each other we’re hot for, it’s you. Both of us.”
Ms Ellis has delivered the first book in the Classical Bad Boys duet, which has me up on my feet wanting more! “Encore” “Encore”
I was captivated by this book from the moment I saw the cover and read the blurb. Once I began reading it I was unable to put Plucked down. The two male leads are almost like brothers, best friends, opposite in every way except for their attraction to Quincy and their music. Quincy is kind of shy, but she’s not afraid to speak her mind and the banter between her and the boys is hilarious. The steamy scenes had me squirming in my seat and turning page after page.
Now I cant wait to read Bowed to get all the answers.
What happens when record labels merge? Not requiring two classical artists on their books, they expect solo act Que Violin to consolidate with duo Bowed & Dangerous. They have twelve months to use to their advantage, showcasing their ability or waste the time. Quincy and Roman have a history, albeit a short one, the sexual tension is explosive between the three of them. Roman and King are best friends, but are like chalk and cheese. King tends to think about things whilst Roman is like a firecracker waiting to go off. Quincy is attracted to both of them and they most definitely reciprocate her feelings. Will she be a good girl or does she decide to have some fun?
The chemistry between Rome, King, and Quincy is off the charts in this first part of the Classical Badboys duet.
Rome is the bad boy of the trio. He doesn’t think the rules apply to him. He is happy as long as he has his vodka, and a girl to keep his demons at bay. He is sexy, dominant, and extremely alpha.
King is Rome’s complete opposite, and spends a good amount of time trying to keep him in line. Together they make up the group Bowed and Dangerous.
Quincy is a solo artist who has been held back by her record label. She is beautiful, and knocks the guys off their feet.
I loved the banter between Rome and King. They definitely acted more like brothers.
I cannot wait for more of this amazing trio after that ending!!!
