Unstoppable husband and wife team Sam and Remi Fargo face off against an obsessive millionaire hunting for a lost treasure in this adventure in the #1 New York Times-bestselling seriesWhen husband and wife treasure hunters Sam and Remi Fargo try something new, a relaxing vacation, a detour to visit a rare bookstore leads to the discovery of a dead body. All signs point to a book in the store that … a book in the store that may contain a secret map, an actual, ink-on-paper guide to a historic fortune.
The Fargos take up the challenge and find themselves flying from California to Arizona, from Jamaica to England. Racing against a vicious corporate raider with an unhealthy obsession for this particular treasure, Sam and Remi are slowed by a new betrayal at every turn. It can only mean one thing: someone on their team cannot be trusted.
Buzzing with the chemistry and wit of Sam and Remi Fargo, Pirate reinvents the classic treasure hunt as only a Clive Cussler adventure can.

Love all Clive’s books
Love, love, love Clive Cussler’s books. The Sam and Remi Fargo books are some of my favorites!
Another wonderful story
This is another wonderfully written story in a great series. The plot is full of action and suspense, with characters who are crafted brilliantly, with great determination and strength to overcome their enemies and achieve their goals. This is a great book that would be suitable for anybody who loves a thrilling treasure hunt, that has a bit of danger.
Always a bit of historical framework in Cuddler’s booksto capture one’s imagination. Lots of action with memorable characters.
As always, Cussler shines
Unoriginal, predictable. Couldn’t wait to finish it for the wrong reason.
Classic Cussler.
Enjoyable as are most of Cussler’s books
Disappointing for Cussler. Very predictable and somewhat ridiculous.
This was my first book about these two. I’ll stay with The Oregon Files. For all the adventure these two go through one would think they would be better prepared. The action passed too quickly. Build more suspense please.
Haven’t read anything bad by Cussler
As usual for all Cussler books it was a great read
Enjoyed this book very much. Hated to see it end
What you expect from a Cussler. Moves along rapidly.
The Fargo series is read all night good. Most of Cussler’s books are the same
I love the Sam and Remi books. Very entertaining, interesting and action packed. This one was really good.
Anything Cussler writes is good
As usual Cussler and company at their best. Easy read, a real page turner. I read it on the way to Florida, no, I wasn’t driving!!
I love all the Fargo books. Cant wait till another one comes out.
Any book written by Clive Cussler is good. His Dirk Pitt series is still the best. The Fargos come in second. If you like action and adventure a Clive Cussler book is always a sure bet.
