Everyone thought I was married to the perfect man. But if Conall Walsh were perfect, I wouldn’t have killed him.I thought I got away with it until I received an anonymous note at the ballet company I dance for:You were a very bad girl. If you don’t want me to report what I know about last night, meet me at the old opera house after rehearsal. I will tell you the price of my silence when you … my silence when you arrive. If you speak of this or bring anyone with you… no deal.
But his price isn’t money. It’s me.
THIS BOOK IS A STANDALONE contemporary dark romance.

Take a Bow Ms. Thomas
Perfection is alluring, intoxicating, and darkened deliciousness. What would you do to cover up your sins? How far would you go to keep your “freedom”?
This little birdie chose captivity and its quite the choice. Not knowing is an interesting excuse for accepting her plight but Cassia is about to learn just how accepting she can be.
Strange not like anything I have read
Not believable
Not a book I would recommend

This might be one of my favorite Kitty Thomas books. I have a fondness for stories with ballerinas, and so this one appealed before I ever read the description. The story itself? Sucked me in and held on to me making it hard to put it down for things like sleep, work, food… Cassia is intriguing and I like watching her evolution through the story, feeling like we were a part of her. I loved her blackmailer. I loved the contrast between her normal life and her time with her blackmailer. I especially loved the reveal at the end, and I loved how Cassia responded, good and bad, to everything. I won’t go into too much detail because there are secrets I don’t want to reveal, but this story was dark, decadent, and thoroughly engaging. It was filled with all the fun of ballet and all the erotic pleasures of Kitty’s talent. I seriously hope she gives us more stories with Cassia in the future.
You know how some books aren’t for everyone? Well, this book was just not for me. It glossed over all the good parts. It was basically lackluster.
You might like it. I don’t know. I know I didn’t care for it. Definitely not worth the $5 you pay for it.
This story has kept me up all night and turning the pages wanting to know what is going to happen next. Perfection is indeed, a real masterpiece that will get you hooked right from the start.
The story is mastefully written, perfectly paced, filled with suspense, twists and turns, and an ending you won’t see coming. I’m sorry, but this is all I can tell you since I don’t like to spoil it for you.
Just know that I really loved and enjoyed this intense, and entertaining read.
Let me start by saying this starts off with Cassia having the final say with her husband (it’s not often that women get the final stand for themselves). She thinks she’s finally free, but finds out that’s not the case. She gets a note saying to meet or her secret’s out. When she shows up, it’s not what she expects. And as time goes on, she’s a mix of happy and confused and definitely a ball of sexual energy. This had me intrigued throughout, wondering what would happen with Cassia next. And the dancing! So beautiful . You can just picture it in your mind as you’re reading. And twisted as it might be (or does that just make me ), I loved their chemistry. They danced like angels together, even if they’ve both got a bit of the devil in them . Don’t want to give anything away. I enjoyed it too much to want to ruin anything for anyone else. In other words, you must grab this!!!
I just want to say that Kitty wrote another awesome book. Perfection is a dark, twisted, suspenseful book that had my mind going in different directions. Cassia is a ballerina who wants to become a principal dancer. She is also in a abusive marriage and in one night her whole life changes. If you ever watch movies or TV shows or maybe read a book about murder and think that you could get away with it. Well Cassia thought the same thing but she never counted on someone witnessing her and now blackmailing her. This mysterious man takes Cassia on a journey of twists and suspense bringing out her inner desires. Cassia agrees to his terms but questions her inner turmoil.
She does finally learn who the mystery man is but there is a dark twist to this discovery. She struggles with this information and whether or not she can continue with the arrangement. I enjoyed the suspense of the book and trying to figure out who the mystery man was along with Cassia. I was completely surprised when everything was revealed.
The title says it all! Perfection Kitty says it all in the title. Yes Cassia killed her husband, but he deserved it. Yes she feel for her blackmailer fast but after years of neglect by her husband I can understand it.
The mystery and slow burning seduction is off the charts! This is one you have to read to believe cause I’m not going to give away spoilers!
