Normalcy. That’s all Kaye yearned for. Was there any man who could look past the birthmark that covered her face to see who she really was? Tired of hiding. Tired of the makeup. Tired of being judged by shallow superficial men she had almost given up on love. Until Aros. He called her exquisite. His kisses made butterflies dance in her stomach. For the first time in her life Kaye felt seen. Until … Until she saw his true form. A form that made her want to run in hide. People that could shift into dragons? Another world? Crazy talk. Myths. Legends. Fairy tales from books. And yet it was all real.
And then he dropped another bombshell on her; she was a part of this new world. A world that mirrored the reality she had come to think of as hers. And on top of all that she was the key to his throne and saving his people. All she had to do was accept what he was offering her; eternal love and adoration. No more judgments or rejection. But could she handle the burden he was placing on her shoulders? Did she truly believe this beyond fantastical man when he told her she was the one person his heart longed for; his mate? Did she dare accept this new truth? Did she dare to embrace her destiny and him?

This was an enchanting read. The mystery of not knowing your family and feeling like an outsider plagued Kaye for years until the night she met Aros. Once they meet their adventure begins.

I always love shifter books but dragons are my favorite. Aros and Kaye were a perfect match. Not feeling that she fits in due to her birthmark she finally found a place to belong with Aros. Unfortunately, there are people who are shallow to not look beyond her birthmark but the human men lost is Aros’s gain. Aros is a dream come true and a true male who will fight for his key.
Dahlia Rose has done it again.

I enjoyed this book by author Dahlia Rose. Kaye Jainya was teased all her life because of her facial birthmark. One day after a disappointing date Kaye meets Aros, he is immediately taken with her and Kaye is skeptical due to her facial imperfection. What Kaye learns over the next time she sees Aros has her running for the hills and away from him. Aros needs Kaye, if he is to save his people from the darkness, how will he convince her that she is not only a queen, but his mate destin for him and him alone. Will Kaye give up the opportunity for a life time of happiness or will she take this dragon by the scales to find out about her past and embrace her future? I recommend this book for anyone who like to read books about love that sees past imperfections.

I love paranormal books and Dahlia Rose can write the fantasy worlds of dragons like no other. This was a great read and I absolutely loved the message of this story. Kaye had a facial blemish that caused her to doubt her beauty and almost miss out on the love of a lifetime. However, Aros didn’t let any of that stop him and knew she was it for him. These two were great together and I loved that Kaye saw her beauty and worth in the end. Great read!
In this story, Dahlia Rose highlights that beauty does indeed lay in the eye of the beholder. Kaye Jainya was teased all her life because of her facial birthmark. Then she met Aros and he is captivated by her at first sight. Because of her years of being tormented by bullies, Kaye is skeptical of Aros. Things get a little rocky when Kaye learns about Aros and she runs from him. All he has to do is convince her to be his mate and queen. Kaye and Aros were destined to be together and he knew she was the one for him at their first meeting.
I love the overall message of this story! I love the dragons and the descriptions of Nariste.
I really enjoyed this book. It’s a great start to a series and I’m anxious to know how the others play out. It may be the start of a series, but this is a complete story. There are no cliffhangers in relation to the main couple, Kaye and Aros. The book stimulates the question with the reader on how we view beauty. Any study of cultures reveals that each has different standards of beauty. Can your standard be altered by a mere blemish? Should it even be considered a blemish? I enjoyed watching Kaye find out who she was while learning to accept her true beauty. Aros is big and alpha while still managing to be sensitive to the needs of the woman he claims is his mate. Recommended read.
This book was a great read. It captured my attention from the beginning. Kaye had felt different and didn’t fit in. She had a bathroom mark that covered the side of her face. Aros the dragon King was exiled from his land. He has been searching for his mate to help him return to his land and regain his kingdom. Aros smells her before he lays eyes the facial birthmark he is stunned by her beauty. There is an instant attraction and after their initial meeting he realizes Kaye is the key to him returning home.. Will Kaye except him and his dragon as her mate or will he be stuck in this land?
kaye was always picked on because of her birthmark on her face, one day she meets Aros a 300 year dragon and when he tell her she;s s beautiful she doesn;t believe him. kaye was his Queen and all Aros had to do was prove it to her, kaye has known nothing except for teasing and bully all her life, This also answers question for kaye as well this was a great story and I highly like it

I have always loved Dahlia Rose’s supernatural romances and Perfect Imperfection was no different. It was an action packed, sexy and riveting story. This story proves the age old adage that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it’s indeed only skin deep. Kaye and Aros’s love story was about acceptance and unconditional love. Perfect Imperfection was sexy, the main character had amazing chemistry and the story was well written. I would highly recommend this book.

I love the story of Kaye and Aros. It truly goes to show that a mar or imperfection to one is a sign of beauty and badge of honor to another. I can’t wait to read more on the Nariste dragons and world.
I loved how Kaye overcame the shame and embarrassment of her birthmark to become the warrior and queen that she was destined to be. Aros was the dreamy alpha, dragon king that she needed to discover her true self and her destiny. This was an amazing story full of fantasy, action, love, self acceptance and HAWT sex. You will not regret reading this.

Coming from a person who struggled with blemishes that cause years of pain. It was refreshing to see a character that was not the cookie cutter beauty. Dahlia Rose wrote a story that highlights that sometimes beauty gies beyond just looking pretty and that we are made with purpose in mind.

The cover drew me in and the first few pages had me hooked. The country of Nariste sounds absolutely gorgeous and Kaye being an outsider due to her mark in the regular world fit right in. While people everyday are made fun of looking different Dahlia made her revered and loved by the strong alpha dragon Aros, who wouldn’t take her any other way. Kaye learned to love herself for exactly who she was and.found her home her rightful place. Can’t to see this series continue and flourish.

I love paranormal romance and dragons are one of my favorites. Kaye and Aros were destined to be together and he knew she was the one from the first time he met her. I love how Dahlia Rose mixed the fantasy world and the human world together. She always does a great job of making you a part of the book. It feels like you are a part of the scenery. Uniting their people is number one and loves comes right with it.
The book has a great plot, character interaction that is on point and it flows well. I look forward to reading more. Great job and I highly recommend this read.
