I’m trapped within a lie. It preserves the perfect facade we show to the world and masks the corruption in my family. It lives under our roof, flows through my blood. I want to escape from the lies, the fear, and terror in my home. I’m going to leave it all behind, and flee from the cravings of a man who shouldn’t want me. They say the truth sets you free, but my silence will save me first.
Twisted and dark, this read definitely won’t be for the fair of heart. Expect this book to excite you and disgust you all at the same time. Deliciously dark. Really loved reading this.

Holy moly this was extreme taboo at its finest, Kellen is the perfection of a loving father in the eyes of the community but behind closed doors he is sick and twisted in every way and this will shock you with what he is brave enough to do to Lillian who is stuck under his roof with no way out and punish the one and only that holds her heart. That ending just wow I couldn’t put it down what a perfect twist.
Well let me pick my jaw up off the floor! Lillian is a teen that prays for the day she can escape under her father, Kellen’s, roof, but that might be easier said then done. Maybe with the help of her boyfriend Landon they can figure something out…or maybe fate has other plans. This is one extremely taboo, wicked and crazy short story! Everyone thinks she is the perfect daughter to the perfect father but nothing is ever truly perfect…is it. This was originally part of the Thou Shall Not Anthology. Perfect Denial is the Sin of “thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor.” This is not for the faint of heart! Told in multiple POV
Ally Vance grabbed depravity and ran with it. There is no other way to describe the magic she wove but dark, depraved and delectable in a question my sanity way. The depth she poured into this piece is astounding. I felt each character come to life, even when I didn’t want to see it. The author truly created a realistic and heartbreaking tale. The storyline had everything I wanted. It was incredibly robust, especially for such a short piece. There was nothing I can point to as lacking; Ally Vance gave me everything I could wish for and more.
