Part of You was an incredible read. The second book in the series goes on about Charlie after Luke and how she finds love with Trace Johnson, who is like a total dreamboat!
I absolutely adored this story. I loved being in Charlie’s and Trace’s bubble and I was completely entranced by them. I loved the building of their relationship. Their sweet moments, their steamy moments and their vulnerable moments. I was literally in cloud Charlie and Trace, and it felt nice to read a book without too much drama and a lot more sweetness.
I am in love with Trace. He is the dream man. Kind. Attentive. Hot. And he and Charlie were destined to meet.
And some more munchkins with cheeks that I want to smoosh!
As for that ending, I need more! Disclaimer: I need book three now. On the edge of my seat.
Overall, I loved this book. It made me feel like I was in their bubble with them. I felt so comfortable and consumed by their story, I never wanted it to end. I adored them as a couple, and with that almighty cliffhanger, I need to know what happens next. My favourite of the series.

Lindsey you sure bloody have it out for my heart you really do. I think since i started reading this series my heart rate hasn’t been at it’s normal pace.
My poor heart seems to think life is safe and then here comes Lindsey with her book and a hammer apparently.
I can’t even.
Lets move on to Trace shall we? That man *wipes drool* i love him, i love him, i love him! He was swoon worthy and delicious and oh so amazing. I love everything about that man.
I loved Luke and i still do but my heart opened its arms for Trace just like that *clicks fingers*
Charlie that girl is strong, she holds her head high, gets on with life and just smashes everything put in her way.
That ending though.
*enter shocked gif here*
On to book 3!
I feel like 2020 is gonna be a year of amazing books.
Another fantastic instalment, I love Charlie and Trace. That cliffhanger was amazing.
Done it again! Fell head over heels for this story. After everything Charlie had been through i so wanted a happy ever after, then in rocks Trace! Omg he sounds sinfully sexy! So attentive and caring, himself too gone through a traumatic experience in his life, the sparks between them both is electric and had me on the edge of my seat wanting to know if this was it…. then boomb a bombshell is dropped that took my breath away! Will Charlie & Trace get their happy ever after… until next time
In the second book of the series we pick up with Charlie two years after the shocking outcome of Luke’s secret.
I want to keep this spoiler free since it is the second book in the series.
Charlie has forged ahead with raising Oliver but has closed her heart to love. That is until a literal run in with Trace while dropping Oliver off at play school. Trace is immediately smitten with Charlie and Charlie for the first time in two years feels a spark. Turns out Trace has an 11 year old daughter, Amelia, who goes to the same primary school as Oliver.
This book is the love story of not only Charlie and Trace, but of found family for Oliver and Amelia.
There is doubt within Charlie if she can open her heart to someone else, but Trace soon proves he is worthy of her taking that chance.
Charlie is finally ready to make a monumental decision that will affect all involved. But before she is able to voice that decision she is confronted with something that has her running and fearing she is losing her mind.
While this book didn’t have the suspense of the first book, it was still an enjoyable read. It gave me the all the feels.
I can’t wait for the next book in the series!
Book 2 was a quick read but it still held the same strong elements of book one. And Trace… Oh, Trace, he was just the perfect man for Charlie. She’d been through so much with what happened to Luke and I think I like Trace more than Luke.
This one ends on another cliffhanger and a pretty good one. Luckily, book 3 is already out.
