Parker is book 25 in the Reed Security series and it is recommended that they are read in order.Parker I’ve been disgraced. I have nothing left to my name after being dishonorably discharged from the military. But I was falsely accused. It doesn’t matter though. It would take a Presidential pardon for me to get my life back, and I don’t see that happening anytime soon. But then Knight walked … anytime soon. But then Knight walked into my life and offered me a chance at redemption. I don’t want to believe that it could be true, but I’m ready to go along for the ride and see what happens. That’s how I met her. She threw me through a window, but that won’t stop me from seeing her again.
Blake
You know that phrase ‘I’ve gotten myself into a pickle’? Well, this is a huge pickle. I thought I knew what I was doing when I ran, but this is so much more involved than I ever imagined. I didn’t think someone else would show up at the senator’s house where I was digging up information. I also didn’t expect him to be so hot or to follow me. And I really didn’t expect him to attack me. But I know how to defend myself, so I’m not too worried about it. Now I just have to stay hidden until I can figure out what’s going on. But nothing in my life seems to be going as planned lately. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised when he shows up yet again.

Another great story in this series.
This book is a gritty and thrilling fast-paced read.
The storyline is full of drama, angst, violence, suspense, torture, murder and love
This author has done a brilliant job with this story and I cannot wait to read more of her work.
Highly recommend

Another grab-you-by-the-throat-and-run story. Knight pulled Michael Parker into the world of Reed Security. Blake was an honest FBI agent who found herself in the middle of something way bigger. I loved the fight scenes, especially between Blake and the men of Reed Security. She was one tough woman. With the danger getting closer, Blake and Michael drew closer. I enjoyed this book though it was not the complete story. I have to wait for the next one to see how their relationship and the trouble the entire crew is involved in will play out.
I received a copy of this story through Enticing Journey Book Promotions, and this is my unsolicited review.
The 25th book in the Reed Security series, it is recommended they are read in order.Darn just when it is getting to the interesting part the story it ends on a cliff-hanger. There is suspense, drama, danger, crooked government agents, and kidnapping. This is mainly Parker and Blake’s story. What is going to happen to them? I am going to be reading the next book. Laugh out loud antics, awesome chemistry and action/suspense make up this latest in the series! Fantastic!!!

Personally I think Blake is Wonder Woman, she is not afraid of doing the right thing and that’s what gets her into trouble, and how she meets Parker from then on these two have a chemistry that is off the scale, this ties you up in knots its pace is fast and furious, emotional rollercoaster that doesn’t have a brake it just speeds across the pages, absolutely loved it.

Dishonorably discharge marine Parker encounters on the run ex-FBI agent Blake.
Dishonorably discharge marine Parker had been falsely accused of rape and now was entering fights to try and earn money when he is approached by Knight to do a job for him. He has to enter a Senator’s home and take document from the safe. FBI Agent Blake Collins is sent a batch of information anonymously and before taking it to her boss she copies it. When her boss dismisses the information she realizes he intends to bury it so she pushes saying it is her case to investigate it he fires her and has her escorted out of the building. She decides to follow a lead and investigate the Senator mentioned in the documents and as she searches his home and safe a large man appears.

Sadly, the second last book in the long running Reed Security series. The author warns us that Parker & Blake’s story concludes in GoodKnight, the final book in this series. The plot arc continues, so if you read this as a standalone, you might have trouble catching up. I love that Blake kicks Parker’s butt (more than once), and that Parker finds her strength appealing. She is like Maggie on steroids, and with training. Knight plays a huge role in Parker & Blake’s activities, and the cliffhanger is agonising. The tension, the revelations about what is occurring is mammoth. I can’t wait for the final book, because the set up for it here is epic.
I received a copy of this book. My honest opinion is voluntarily provided.
Bad people are usually not far behind when good people get tangled in bad stuff.
Trying to do the right thing doesn’t always end well.
Blake is an FBI agent who tries to research an intriguing tip, and gets caught in the fallout
She might be lucky enough to meet Parker along the way. They might kill each other, and they just might be soul mates. They are also likely to end up as collateral damage in a game of politics, big money, and power
Fallout for Reed Security could be bad, in addition to unknown target fatalities and collateral damage.
Intense action and drama currently in a KU package
Itching to read the conclusions to these struggles in the final book – and am looking forward with destructive glee to seeing the wrath of Knight rain down on those that harm folks he cares about.

A terrific addition to this thrilling romance suspense series! Knight is at it again and recruiting outside Reed Security to help with the dirty work. That leads to disgraced ex-military hunk and underground fighter, Parker, facing off with ex-FBI agent and badass, Blake, as they go after the same information. I love a woman that can fight and, oh boy, can Blake fight. It’s hilarious fun as Parker and Blake go at it with the fighting, hate sex and then undercover to get info on the dirty dealings of a Senator and has minions. There’s some raunchy fun at Parker’s expense and I couldn’t help but laugh right along with the Reed guys and gals. The gang’s all there as Parker and Blake hid out at Reed Security and help investigate the nefarious activities of a medical facility and their secret research. It’s bad news and soon the new lovers are under attack and on the run. The Reed group rallies the troops to decipher the info and keep everyone safe. Unfortunately, one of the favorites is caught up and in major danger along with the newest couple, Blake and Parker. As usual, this story is full of intrigue, danger and romance as Reed Security is in another battle and determined to get the bad guys. Along with the suspense and sexy romance there are some moments of fun and laughs with this gorgeous group of supreme hunks and their fabulous women. There’s a cliffhanger that has Knight in motion and the lovers separated and in peril. I can’t wait for the next installment to see how it all ends. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC.
I think this is like book 25! What a ride. I must say that as I’ve read through each book gets better and better. You’d expect it just to get predictable But each story is a pleasure. This story is about Parker. He was accused, tried, and deemed a rapist of a Teammate that he considered a good friend and a little sister, while serving his country, then he received a dishonorable discharge (DD) because it couldn’t be proven that he was the rapist. Michael Parker was dealt a low blow by someone he trusted to have his back. Parker can’t catch a break. No one wants to hire him now. Parker has no choice but to do fights in the underground fights so he can make money. One encounter awhile back could change all of that, he could have a job with Reed Security, if he can find it in himself to fight for the truth and his redemption, with the help of Knight and Reed Security, and one woman who can take him down in a fight. When Blake is missing her 4 brothers worry about. Blake is an FBI agent that has received a file on a Senator that looks shady, when she brings it to her superior officer, he dismisses it and Blake finds herself fired from the FBI for telling her supervisor that she can’t let this go. Now she’s on the run. What an intense and amazing read.

I loved this book! It reminded me of the first ones in this serie, because is just as good.
Parker and Blake are funtastic and having Knight back at his best is fantastic!
I cannot wait to read the next book!
I am speechless. Firstly I was torn knowing that this was the beginning of the end of this series. It has been such an amazing ride seeing all these wonderful characters fall in love and kickass.
Now back to Parker’s s story. I honestly didn’t pay much attention to Parker when he first popped up. He seemed like the type to keep to himself and he didn’t allow the others to pull him into their crazy plans.
Once I started reading this story and got to know more about his character, you realize that Parker is the type of person who still believes that there is good in the world and that people can’t do such evil things.
Blake’s character is like Maggie’s but on steroids. She can kickass, take names and won’t even be bothered about the fall out. Blake also has that optimistic streak that Parker has and it’s enjoyable to see their interactions.
Blake and Parker’s meet cute is more of an explosive meet and that’s what makes them so much more enjoyable. They aren’t apologetic about what they do or even say and it’s so entertaining to see them trying to one up each other.
But apart from their amazing chemistry, the main story line is something that Reed Security has never gone up against and with what’s happening in today’s world, it makes it that much more realistic.
Time is of the essence if they essentially want to save the world. And I really can’t wait for Goodknight to see what happens next.

Yet another superb book in this series that is action-packed and a real page-turner! I love reading about Reed Security and the characters within. Can not wait to read the sequal to this book.

He can’t find a decent job because of his DD so now he fights in the underground fights so he can make money. One encounter awhile back could change all of that, he could have a job with Reed Security, if he can find it in himself to fight for the truth and his redemption, with the help of Knight and Reed Security, and one woman who can take him down in a fight.
Blake is a woman who was raised in a family with four brothers that treated her like a little brother most of time rather than a little sister. Although, when she hasn’t been in contact for a week, they do begin to worry, and they will protect their little sister in anyway they can. Blake is an FBI agent that has received a file on a Senator that looks shady, when she brings it to her superior officer, he dismisses it and Blake finds herself fired from the FBI for telling her supervisor that she can’t let this go. Now she’s on the run from the FBI for stealing documents.
This story is filled with action, fighting, danger around every corner, and two people that are fighters but find themselves attracted to each other. They even fight their attraction for as long as they can. When Blake finds out about Parker’s history and his DD from the Marine Corps, her first instinct is to believe the accusations, but then when she confronts Parker about it and they talk, she knows in her heart that he couldn’t have done it. Parker just needs one person, besides his family, Blake to believe his innocence.
I really enjoy the Reed Security Series and Parker and Blake’s story did not disappoint. It did leave me wanting more though. I felt as if I did not finish the story. I can’t wait for GoodKnight to come out to read. The characters in the Reed Security Series are great. They are like one large family that argue, protect each other, and joke around with each other. They are funny, loyal, dangerous and protective.
There’s just something about saving the best for last and believe me this book has it all…angst, laughter, suspense, government corruption, hot sexy times.
This is book 1 of a 2 book finale of The Reed Security series and you couldn’t ask for more of a better start. Omg this story from start to finish bad me turning pages and just about had me falling out of my seat from the oh shit moments that were so hilarious.
This story is about Parker who was DD(dishonorable discharge) from the Marines for something he was accused of doing that he didn’t do and the ex FBI agent Blake who happens to come across something she wasn’t suppose to find and now is on the run from the FBI.
These 2 are quiet the pair and you couldn’t ask for a better couple as they work together to try to stay one step ahead of the FBI before their caught.
I absolutely can’t wait to get my hand’s on book 2 to find out what happens next. This is definitely a must read.
I must say Parker ended up being a surprise. I enjoyed the story and enjoyed the characters, particularly Blake, who took no prisoners at all. Florrie and Blake would be a good match at some point in time, but that’s another story. Parker is a good guy who’s been railroaded, plain and simple. He sees no way to clear his name and tries to make a life for himself as best he can. The mysterious Knight appears with a plan. We all know him from previous books in the series and what has been a thread of a storyline is incrementally building and ready to explode.
The prologue of the book prepares for this wild ride and gives us an inkling of what the characters we have come to know and love from Reed Security are going to be facing. They are their usual alpha selves and the banter still makes you laugh. This storyline is a bit harsher and the book ends on a cliffhanger which I wasn’t expecting. The author is promising the conclusion soon. I look forward to that as I need to know what happens to everyone. I hate to say much more about the book as it would be very spoilerish, but I can say it is a good read and if you are a fan of the Reed Security series you definitely need to read this as big things are coming!
This is the 25th book in this phenomenal series and this is the 1st of a 2-part story which is Parker and Blake’s story. Parker was falsely dishonourably discharged from the military and Knight had been trying to convince him to join Reed Security, and he has helped them with cases before. Blake was an FBI agent who was fired for looking into a case which her bosses are trying to sweep under the carpet. Feisty Blake is more than capable of defending herself much to Parker’s detriment. I loved all the witty banter and antics from the rest of the guys, and they certainly never fail to entertain. This is a well written story which is thrilling, entertaining, action packed, and a humorous tale. This is this gifted author at her outstanding best, and I cannot wait to read #2. I highly recommend this author’s work for all.
This book was heart stopping action. I couldn’t put book down once started. It had so many different aspects going on.
I loved Parker and Blake together, they may of been explosive from beginning it made their chemistry amazing. I loved how Blake could take care of herself.
I can’t wait for next book I need to know more.
Parker & Blake
I knew this would be difficult to read as it is the end or rather one half of the last book. The subject matter added to my difficulty. I am a true fan of the series so I read it despite my reservations. As always the storyline was good. Lots of intrigue, really bad guys (this time they are worse than usual) with steam and great characters, new and old friends. It brought all that and more.
Now the wait for the final finale.
Reviewed for Words Turn Me on
The storyline was outstanding and the characters were so well created with such great detail and depth that I was totally engaged throughout the entire book!
