Parker is book 25 in the Reed Security series and it is recommended that they are read in order.Parker I’ve been disgraced. I have nothing left to my name after being dishonorably discharged from the military. But I was falsely accused. It doesn’t matter though. It would take a Presidential pardon for me to get my life back, and I don’t see that happening anytime soon. But then Knight walked … anytime soon. But then Knight walked into my life and offered me a chance at redemption. I don’t want to believe that it could be true, but I’m ready to go along for the ride and see what happens. That’s how I met her. She threw me through a window, but that won’t stop me from seeing her again.
Blake
You know that phrase ‘I’ve gotten myself into a pickle’? Well, this is a huge pickle. I thought I knew what I was doing when I ran, but this is so much more involved than I ever imagined. I didn’t think someone else would show up at the senator’s house where I was digging up information. I also didn’t expect him to be so hot or to follow me. And I really didn’t expect him to attack me. But I know how to defend myself, so I’m not too worried about it. Now I just have to stay hidden until I can figure out what’s going on. But nothing in my life seems to be going as planned lately. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised when he shows up yet again.

There has been much anticipation for me when it comes to “Parker”. I’d read the teaser and then Giulia Lagomarsino posted an ‘interview’ with Parker on Goodreads that absolutely had me laughing out loud. Like the rest of the Reed Security books, this one is part steamy romance, belly-laughing humor, action, and adventure. There are several of the team involved in this one. I don’t want to give too much away because there is such an emotional impact, I know if you’re like me, you’ll want to read every word for yourself.
She can kick his butt but she still looks gorgeous doing it
Parker is the twenty-fifth book in: A Reed Security Romance series and this series is still great. This story is about Parker and Blake and what a wild and thrilling story they have. This is a well written, action packed, and at times funny story. The characters are well developed and have a great rapport as they butt heads and other things along the way. There is a cliffhanger that will be resolved in the last book of the series, GoodKnight.
I received a copy of this book and am leaving my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
He has been kicked out for something he did not do but nothing but the president can make it right now. She is after information and she is attacked and she pushes him out of the window. Who was he? It seems he is going to be a bit of a pest as things stop going the way she had it planned. Can they work together? Can they find what they both need? See just how this is going to go

Sigh, I cannot believe this series is coming to an end. This is book twenty five in the series and part one of two of the series finale. Blake is ex FBI, she was fired. Parker was dishonorably discharged from the military. Together there of course is sparks and an amazing ride of a book to read. This book has absolutely everything you need for an amazing read!

Just the absolute best story. It had me captivated from the beginning with the hot steamy scenes. I really enjoyed reading this book and I would recommend it! Everything I like to read about and more. Such a great story I will read again and again. A keeper!!
Parker is another example of why I love the Reed Security series. Once again Giulia Lagomarsino has given us this amazing book.
Knight brings Parker in to help with break into the Senator’s house after he found some documents in his safe. You’ll remember Parker from previous books when Cap was trying to bring him in. Parker turned down the offer due to some things that happened when he was in the military. Since leaving the military he was supporting himself by fighting in an underground ring.
Blake was the perfect addition to the Reed Security crew. She reminds me so much of Maggie. She’s headstrong and ready to dive in head first. She’s definitely everything I love from a heroine in this series. She’s an ex FBI agent who is also looking into Parker.
Parker was the perfect mix of action, steam, and laugh out loud moments. Parker and Blake had this chemistry that sizzled. This book is a roller coaster ride that had me turning each page as fast as I could. I was hooked on Parker from the very start.
Reading this book is a bittersweet moment. I loved every single word, but I know that now there is only one book left and I’m just not ready for that. I cannot wait for the next book!
Giulia Lagomarsino is ending this series in the best way!
This book is dramatic, violent, and passionate with characters who fight against evil!

This book is part of a series that is coming to a close. The story does not end with this book but concludes in the next book to be released. Having followed this series for some time, I recognize many of the characters from other books in the series and met with some new characters, all with the same determination to fight for good against evil. Blake is the main female character in the book. She was an FBI agent until she asked too many questions before she was fired on trumped-up charges. Parker is both her enemy and her savior. The two of them have a volatile relationship in the beginning but work together with the men from Reed Security to unravel the plot of domestic terrorism. This book, as are all the books in the series, is dramatic, violent, and passionate. A book that once you start reading, you will not put it down till the last page is read. There were several pages in this book that had me giggling at the dialogue and the vivid descriptions. Once you reach that part of the book, you will understand what I mean.

Another amazing read from Giulia Lagomarsino.
Blake is an FBI agent until she gets fired and on the run from the FBI.
Parker is ex-military and believes he was framed for something he didn’t do. Reed Security is going to help them both.
Parker although injured knows that the mystery woman has something to do with what he’s looking for, although she kicked his A$$ she’s gorgeous.
Trying to get away from Reed Security Blake unintentionally finds herself meeting the wives who see her as nearly a legend with how she got away.
Blake and Parker were amazing together. Although it’s about Parker and Blake there’s lots of action with the Reed Security Team, both the men and women and Blake’s family fits right in with the Reed Security family.
Your left with a huge cliff hanger, can’t wait to find out what happened in the last book of the series.
Parker is an accused rapist, dishonorably discharged, but never convicted due to lack of evidence but found guilty in the court of public opinion…sound familiar?? He’s brought into Reed Security to investigate the information Knight found in Senator Blakely safe, before he killed him. Knight has promised he will clear Parker’s name and help him get his life back if he looks into this plot he uncovered.. Blake is an ex FBI agent who was looking into something she shouldn’t and is helping Parker. I love the fireworks between these two. The book has all the twists, turns, action, steam, sass, and some of the wittiest, and some time hilarious dialogue in any series I’ve read. Yes, these books are very interconnected, but I think you can read a lot of them as standalones. But why would you want to?? The series is available to read for free with your KU subscription so get busy and READ THIS SERIES.
This book is a heartbreaker….for me. I can’t believe I’m reading the next to the last book in the Reed Security series. Part of me thought throughout this whole book, if I don’t read it, it won’t happen. I will go into major series mourning when I read Good Knight.

As always, I was riveted from beginning to end. The guys at Reed Security never disappoint. The characters are well realized, engaging and entertaining. The story is absolutely intriguing. The story was funny, dramatic, and unpredictable. I am salivating for the next book.

Be prepared for a wild ride.Emotional, steamy, funny and romantic.
Definitely recommended this series.
There is a great balance between humor, intrigue and heat.
The characters of this series make this very entertaining and engaging read,
The members of Reed Security are like family, sexy guys, nutty woman they will make you rooting for them.
Parker and Blake are new addition to them and fit right in. They “crossed the line” with the law and general opinion what is good and what is bad.
But… the Reed Security team would have their back if didn’t believe in their innocence.
This is part one in Parker and Blake duet

Parker is struggling after being set up for a crime he didn’t commit and getting a dishonorable discharge. Blake, an FBI agent is fired when she won’t let a suspicious case go without an investigation. She meets Parker on a surveillance job and chucks him out a window. They uncover a conspiracy, hook up with Reed Security and won’t quit until they get to the bottom of it. This book has loads of action, suspense, some comedy and a love story on the side. There is a hateful cliffhanger but it sets up for the series finale which will be worth the wait!

Best if books of the series are read in order, especially since this books brings back several previous characters. Knowing the backstory makes the book so much better. Parker and Blake each have a backstory where they got in trouble due to circumstances but not ill intent. Overall a great book, looking forward to the last book!

This series keeps getting better and better. It’s a story that gives you plenty of humor, action, and chemistry. Parker was tried, convicted, and given a dishonorable discharge from the military for something he didn’t do. Knight is now trying to get him to join Reed Security as he’s helped them with cases before. Blake was an FBI agent that wouldn’t give up on an investigation, went against orders, stole files, and is now on the run from the FBI. Blake and Parker find they must work together. This book was one heck of a ride and I loved every single page of it!

Who is Senator Burke talking to at the start? Who is Helen Taylor? What does she do for a living? Who are Brunswick, Sameulson, Allen, and Cortez? What does someone suggest about Knight? Where do we find Knight at this moment in time and why? What prompts Knight to call Jim Caldwell? Who is he? How do we meet Parker? What do we learn about him? Why does Knight like him so much? Well, I should ask, why does Knight go to bat for him? What intel is Knight trying to get on Parker? I find Blake interesting! What do we learn about her through the story? Why is she so integral? Oh my god, Blake’s family is just too funny! Oh heck, talk about one huge cliffhanger. I felt like I was hanging off the edge of it by just my fingertips. Cannot wait for GoodKnight.

Parker has met his match with Blake. He has a dishonorable discharge. She’s just been fired from the FBI. Neither has much to lose. He gets roped into Reed by Knight, and Parker and Blake are after the same information. There’s a cliffhanger on this one, but we’ve been there before with this author, and I know she’ll make it worthwhile. The book has everything that we’ve come to expect from Reed Security – humor, romance, action, suspense, and a fast-paced story that just flies by. Blake is a total bad-a$$, and doesn’t hesitate to remind Parker. They’re explosive together, with just incredible hate sex. Her brothers are nuts, and would fit in perfectly at Reed. I can’t wait to read about Knight’s retaliation.

4.5 stars
How far would you go if you could wipe the past away and get your life back?
All Parker wanted was to serve his country and that is exactly what he did until the unspeakable happened; he was accused of rape and dishonorably discharged. Forced to leave the only life he knew to forge a new path was harder than heck until Knight, of Reed Security, found him to give him a chance of redeeming himself. The mission is not an easy one as it involves government corruption among some senators. Adding insult to injury, Parker comes up against Blake. She is a recent ex-FBI who stumbled into the mission and is now acquiescing to work with Parker, Knight and some of the other members of Reed Security to get to the bottom of things. Overall, this is one storyline, like the others in the series, that is full of humor, drama, action, and steam. There are parts that will have you crying as you laugh so hard and the introductory scenes with Parker and Blake are what a strong woman can do when pushed. Although this is part of a series, it can be read as a standalone. I recommend reading this book for yourself along with all of the others. I am looking forward to the next book! I volunteered to read a copy of this book and all opinions are my own.
Complex and tense
It’s a real roller coaster of emotions with this intense first part. The story allows to find the team of Reed Security (for its last two episodes of the series according to the author). Once again, everything is very well written, very well constructed, with political manipulations against Knight who remains in the shadows and who keeps an eye on everyone and seeks to help Parker, a soldier who was allegedly wrongfully accused to protect someone else. In return, Parker must do investigative work that Knight cannot do otherwise he wouldn’t keep his promise to his wife Kate. Parker is the main character in this game, along with Blake, a former FBI agent he meets while she ‘s also trying to investigate the same senator Knight is investigating.
In short, the story is complex, but it is always hot, with hints of humor.
I loved the new characters of Parker and Blake.
The end with Knight and Kate but also Blake and Parker, augurs an excellent end of the series, very eventful in the following episode.

First let me say that this is probably my favourite of all time series The books about Reed security are a wonderful mix of suspense, drama steamy heat and all wrapped in the greatest humour you will ever come across The guys and gals will have you loving every minute of their lives and this one is no exception But be aware the books really need to be read in order for you to get the full story and value but that isn’t a problem as they are oh so good.
This Parker’s story he has received a dishonourable discharge from the military for a rape he didn’t commit but the mud stuck Knight has been trying to get him to join Reed security but he keeps refusing When Knight finds paperwork in the home of senator Blakely’s safe (see Nightingale) he calls Parker in to investigate as it looks like their is a conspiracy afoot and he can’t handle it himself. It all seems to be around another Jr. Senator named Cortez so Parker breaks into his home to investigate What e doesn’t expect is that someone else would be there who had also broken in Blake is former FBI agent who was sacked after asking questions that her bosses are trying to sweep under the carpet Soon these two are working together in an attempt to get to the bottom of it They are also fighting one another and the attraction between them As things escalate it will take all of the skills of Reed security top get to the bottom of what is going on This stunning series and this latest adventure concludes in Goodknight a book I am waiting on
