It is such a fun read
This is a collection of books 4-6 in the series. Each book stands pretty well on its own, so it is not necessary to have read the first three before reading these.
The stories are a paranormal cozy mystery set in Las Vegas, which seems the perfect place for paranormal characters to blend in. I enjoyed this series from the start and was sort of sad to see it end. The stories are well written with lots of interesting (shall we say some are down right odd?) characters and a good dose of humor. The plots take several twists and turns before everything gets wrapped up, providing plenty of entertainment along the way. Overall, a very entertaining series.
Highly recommended.

I enjoyed these three paranormal mysteries. They are well written with a few surprises. I like how the characters are interwoven in each of the stories. I found them very entertaining. I received an arc of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
The second boxed set of the Paranormal Talent Agency sees a character we already know from the first set of stories finally breaking free from her demon boss and defying her by protecting the man she was supposed to kill. In stories five and six we can observe a journalist fighting for justice and a an innocent demon fighting for her freedom, with her angelic ex-boyfriend.
As usual we encounter paranormals of every ilk and beautifully helping each other without thinking of inter-species relationships.
The stories are like most cozies entertaining and enjoyable, a mystery with a touch of humor.

An Unexpected Sequel, Jumping the Shark, and The Season Finale, are all great paranormal books, picking up where the first three left off. The story lines were easy to follow and grabbed you from the beginning, the characters were wonderful and likeable. Even the demon, Barbara, had her nice moments. Great series, I hope there will be more in the future.

The final Three episodes of season one of the Paranormal Talent Agency, they are all well written and kept me turning pages. The stories are An Unexpected Sequel (Episode 4), Jumping the Shark (Episode 5), and The Season Finale (Episode 6). These are short stories that had me laughing at some of the things that happen, I now want to read both sets again. An Unexpected Sequel
I love that we get to see the ‘other side’ this time. After watching over the shoulder of Catherine and her PTA crew, it’s fascinating to see what the competition is up to. I had gotten so used to Robin as the enemy. That meant I both loved and hated seeing her as the heroine of this story. I really enjoyed learning more about the witches of Las Vegas. And now I’m looking forward to seeing what’s really going on with their resident demonling.
Jumping the Shark
There was nothing about this book that was even remotely what I was expecting. Barbara has been a fascinating character throughout this series: the villain you love to hate. With all the little tidbits that have been dropped about her powers and her plans, I was ecstatic to finally get this chance to see the situation from her point of view. Liam was the complete shocker. And with him, what he knows about the councilwoman’s origins. I loved the message in this book of your choices determine your fate, and that bad choices aren’t always a life sentence. The breadcrumbs left for us about the final book in this trilogy makes me extremely antsy to see what the author has in store for us next.
The Season Finale
Oh my gosh. This was one of the cutest stories ever. Even though discovering why Catherine’s so very special to the paranormal community is fraught with danger and the potential for death, Liz and Tony’s story is so very sweet. I loved seeing Liz broaden her horizons and this was a wonderful chance to come back and check in with all the outrageous characters we’ve met through the Paranormal Talent Agency. I’m quietly hoping they’ll be picked up for another season.

The Paranormal Talent Agency stories are a collection of romance, sarcasm, debts of life and soul, and forces more lethal than angels and demons
Intense psychological drama and myth meet humor and insights into human and supernatural beings
Somehow, serious topics about political power, what people are willing to believe, prejudice and history reframed are addressed along with the humor and action- and do not forget some quirky romance
The biggest problem is wanting to read it all at once
Frantic and fun!

This was a great boxed set filled with wonderful character work and great story lines. Each book had a fairly smooth flow to it. Much like the previous boxed set in this series, I loved the convenience of having these books together in one collection.

Included in this set of short and sweet paranormal romances are the final THREE episodes of season one of the Paranormal Talent Agency! Titles are: An Unexpected Sequel (Episode 4); Jumping the Shark (Episode 5); and The Season Finale (Episode 6). Below is a review of one of the episodes to show you what you’ll find in this wonderful group of stories!
*** Reviewing “JUMPING THE SHARK (EPISODE 5)” ***
Barbara Knollman, a demon, is gathering support for her bid for Mayor after years of representing her constituents on the city council. Tonight was the final debate before the primary elections, so everyone was excited. Lynn Fox, her campaign manager, told her they would be boarding the bus in a half hour, so Barbara went to her office to wait. This debate was important because the winner usually also ruled the underworld, and since the current Mayor was human, the authority passed to Barbara to be Ruler of the Supernatural Underworld for the Vegas region. With the Mayor stepping down, if a supernatural won, Barbara could lose that position!
Sitting in her office, Barbara got a premonition that she should not get on the bus. Her premonitions had not been accurate lately, so she wasn’t sure if she should trust this one. She decided that she and Lynn would take the limo instead. But when they were 20 minutes away, Mark Mammon, one of the candidates, a fellow supernatural demon running a close third in the polls, texted her to turn on the news. The debate bus had been in an accident – there were no survivors! She and Mark were the only candidates still alive!
Detective Jacob Dawson, with the Las Vegas Police Department called Barbara, wanting an appointment to talk to her about the accident. Although human, the Detective was dating Mia Fynn, a supernatural allied with the Paranormal Talent Agency. In the meantime, she reviewed the dossier her investigator had given her on Mark Mammon.
Barbara’s premonition kicked in again when she got home. She saw the back of a man with brown or black hair and sensed feelings of love, hate, power, and betrayal. But she couldn’t see his face. A woman appeared, Olivia Williams from the Paranormal Talent Agency. But what did it mean? Was there a connection? And who was the man?
To Barbara’s surprise, Liam Collins, an angel and her ex-boyfriend from many years ago, stood at her door. He wanted her help with the investigation – because he knew Mark Mammon had ordered the hit on the bus, thinking ALL of the candidates would be on it, and that would give him control of the paranormal world! The bad side to it all was that Liam was working with the Paranormal Talent Agency and Barbara had a history with them. Will she and Liam be able to clear her name with the police? How dangerous is Mark Mammon? And why is she feeling a strong attraction again to her ex-boyfriend, the angel?
This series is really good! The story line in this one was perfect (as you will find with all of the books here) and moved along at a quick pace. The characters were very well developed, many of them familiar from previous stories. Don’t miss the excitement of this book as the team goes up against Mark Mammon! There is so much at stake here!
I love this genre and this is a must-read set of books. I volunteered to read an advance copy for an honest review.
