The Oblivion band family is growing… birth? (Spoiler: almost everyone but Simon.)
Add in a surprise announcement from Ian and Zoe and an unexpected arrival and this holiday will go down in the Oblivion record books as extra jolly.

Sweet Chaos, Unexpected Baby News & All The Love!!
(Read using Kindle Unlimited)
Paradise in Oblivion: a Lost in Oblivion Christmas Novella
Simon & Margo, Nicky & Lila and Ian & Zoe are on St John’s Island for a few days break just before Christmas. Margo only has a couple of weeks before she’s due to give birth. Zoe & Ian have some unexpected news to share with his brother & sister in law & her cousins, they’re not sure how it’ll be received but they’re over the moon! When the guys are out shopping & a tropical storm moves in, Lila phones, It looks like Margo might be in labour!!
The chaos, love & friendships within the Oblivion family is so strong. They’ve survived so much & Jazz has opened a box she wasn’t expecting but Gray has her back, always. So will the rest of her accumulated family! Nicky & Lila have been trying for a baby for quite a while but it just hasn’t happened. They finally open up about it honestly & make plans.
This was such a cute novella. Witty, romantic & full of emotion. I thoroughly recommend it for the escapism.

Paradise in Oblivion is a fabulous quick read and a must for fans of this series. I don’t think I’ll ever have enough of these characters. With a little drama, several surprises and lots of laughs and sexy times, not to mention some lovely poignant moments, it’s a wonderful catch up with the guys and girls of Oblivion. A perfect little snippet into the lives of some of my favourite rockstars and I loved it.
Wild Christmas with Simon, Margo, Nick, Lila, Ian and Zoe. During their Christmas at Margo’s parents island resort the three happy couples brave a storm get engaged and a surprise no one was expecting. This story like a epilogue to Rock Redeption. Simon and Ian get in some brotherly bonding while Nick warms up to Ian. Lots of laughter and family bonding. Great Christmas story!
A great holiday read with some of my favorite Oblivion characters. Only Simon would plan a holiday vacation with his pregnant wife & friends in a tropical island during a storm. I loved getting more of this group especially Simon & Margo as they finally meet their daughter surrounded by their band family.
What a great look at what happens after Rock Revenge.
It’s so good to see the gang once again. There are so many exciting new things happening in everyone lives. New pregnancies, new babies, new engagements? But the thing I liked most about this book was the relationship between Simon, Ian and Nick.
It was so great to see Simon and Nick so laid back. They put all their trials and tribulations behind them and just had fun with each other.
I also loved to watch the interplay between Nick and Ian. Both of them are worried about losing out on Simon’s attention. It was fun to watch as Nick let down his guard a bit and added Ian into the fray. His acceptance may have come by way of snark and sarcasm, but that’s how you know you’ve been accepted by Nick.
Great wrap up to Rock Redemption!
Loved the look at the Kagans and Crandalls on a holiday trip. Big plot twist!! I originally read this in a anthology/ bundle that is no longer available. Must read this after the other books in the series though!!
Paradise in Oblivion is the perfect holiday novella for Lost in Oblivion and Rock Revenge fans. The story centers around Simon and Margo Kagen, Ian Kagen, Zoe Manning, Nick Crandall, and Lila Crandall who go on vacation to an island to get away for the holidays. There are the usual Simon and Nick antics in addition to a very special announcement and a new character who will make readers smile. The story is funny and sexy and it will put a smile on your face as our favorite characters move on to the next phases of their lives. It’s the perfect addition to the Lost in Oblivion world. I loved it!
This story was a fabulous and fun glimpse at some of the primary characters from the Lost in Oblivion series as well as the newest couple from the Rock Redemption trilogy. It was fun, funny, sexy, and charming – a great way to kick off the holidays with some of my favorites. I loved it!
It’s always a fun, lighthearted peek into the current happenings with our favorite band, Lost in Oblivion. This year’s (first) check in, Paradise in Oblivion, is even more special. The novella features several of the LiO couples along with Zoe and Ian from the authors’ Rock Revenge Trilogy.
It’s hilarious, sexy, and incredibly charming. I shed a few “d’awwwww” tears at the sweet moments, laughed out loud at all the humor and antics, and never wanted it to end. The authors hinted a mystery for one of the other band members, so hopefully something new is in the works soon.
I read Paradise in Oblivion back when it was in the Christmas with a Rock Star collection, and found it a great addition to Taryn and Cari’s rockstar series.
Hot on the heels of Rock Redemption comes this short holiday story, and it is the perfect way to give Ian and Simon’s redemption story a fun twist. Both couples, plus Nick and Li, are away on a tropical island to spend their Christmas. Margo’s hugely pregnant, but not expecting to have the baby until well after they’re all back home. Zoe and Ian have some surprising news for everyone. And Li and Nick are wondering (hoping) if perhaps more babies are in their future.
I loved seeing Ian and Simon getting along and making significant strides toward repairing their relationship. Nick’s snark and sarcasm didn’t help matters, but he’s just being the protective friend/brother he’s always been to Simon. And Margo really shows her true gentle, accepting nature as she accepts Zoe’s news with grace. And Li? She’s as steadfast and there as always. And through it all, the love the couples have for each other, and toward their friends, is front and center. If you’re a fan of Cari and Taryn’s rockstars, their contribution to Christmas with a Rock Star is a must-read.
I loved catching up with Ian and Zoe after the end of their story as well as with Margo, Simon, Nick and Lila. This was a quick read that was a perfect holiday catch up for all of the couples involved and it also tied up some loose ends from Rock Redemption. I had a hard time putting this down once I started reading this book.
This is a great Christmas story that takes place after Rock Redemption. If you’re not familiar with these authors, they’ve written some amazing rock star series.
Simon and Margo invite everyone to their island getaway but only Nick and Lila and Zoe and Ian head done to celebrate. Margo’s about to pop and all are surprised that they went away especially while a hurricane is heading their way.
Nothing is ever smooth sailing with this rock star group but always fun and welcoming. They make you want to be a part of their family while still being sexy and charming!
Check them out!
Paradise In Oblivion by Taryn Elliot and Cari Quinn was a great Christmas story about family and friends. I loved that there were many part that made you laugh. You can see the different relationships between this group and love getting to catch up with everyone. I cannot let oblivion go. This was definate paradise with getting to visit one more time.
This review is for Cari Quinn’s and Taryn Elliotts’s story. Paradise in Oblivion takes place after the Rock Revenge trilogy so I do recommend reading those books first to avoid spoilers. This short story is full of humor and happiness as Ian and Zoe, Simon and a very pregnant Margo, and Nick and Lila all travel to a tropical island to celebrate the holidays. I enjoyed getting to read chapters from all of the character’s POV as they all have their unique personalities and ways of viewing life. It was fun to experience all of Nick’s usual snark and sarcasm, which we didn’t see much of in the Rock Revenge trilogy. That goofball makes me laugh! Simon was entertaining in his cluelessness and panicked state of impending fatherhood while Ian was still insanely in-love with Zoe with grand plans for their future together. I love how all those hard core rocker boys have that soft spot and vulnerability towards the strong women that they love. I really enjoyed the book – it was fast paced, sweet, entertaining, and had me chuckling frequently.
Another fun “rockin” book about the awesome Oblivion rockers! They come together for a holiday vacation. It’s catch up time to see what the band is up to. I was all in and captivated by another must read by my favorite authors.
An amazing read!! You will love catching up with your favorite Oblivion members in this holiday short story. Find out what’s happening with Nick & Lila, Simon & Margo, and Ian & Chloe. And in true Oblivion fashion, there are some surprises.
In Paradise in Oblivion, Lila and Nick, Simon and Margo and Ian and Zoe take a holiday vacation at Margo’s beach house. What could be more exciting than a slightly tenuous relationship between brothers and friends and a definite baby vibe all around? Oh, and did I mention a hurricane is bearing down on the island?
This is a light-hearted short story that left me with a smile on my face. It was just perfect if you’re fan of the Oblivion series, and if you are new to these rockers, you’ll get a good sense of the relationships between these characters.
A fun holiday story with plenty of rock star antics to make you smile.
Love, love, loved It!
Loved this read, when it was a part of the Christmas with a Rockstar anthology. I love it even more now, with the two bonuses.
I can’t get enough of these Rockers. I’m so invested in them I feel like I know them personally and I’m part of their inner circle! This short story was everything I needed. Ian is quickly becoming one of my favorite characters so anytime he’s included I’m happy! Such a great quick read, it was so nice to catch up with my friends!
A quick fun read with our favorite Rock Stars!! I read the short story “Paradise In Oblivion” by these two aurthors and loved it! It’s great to be able to “keep in touch” with the familiar characters we all love.
Simon & Margo Kagan never follow the normal path. Add in a few family members and you can bet it will be fun, sexy time.
