Dear Ms. Keane,Before this ridiculous little arrangement commences, I’d like to make myself indubitably clear: I know who you are, I know that my father hired you, I know why my father hired you, and last but not least: your services aren’t needed. In fact, I want no part of my father’s billion-dollar empire, and him “gifting” me with one of the “best concierges in the county” won’t change that. … won’t change that. He’s wasting his money. You’re wasting your time.
However, seeing as how you foolishly signed an ironclad contract with an Act of God clause and my father has strong-armed me into taking this position, it appears as though we’re stuck together—at least until your contract is up next month.
That said, our time together at WellesTech should be relatively painless but please don’t fool yourself into thinking I don’t notice when that pretty little stare lingers a little too long or the way your breath catches when our hands graze. You’re fascinated by me and it kills you because you can hardly stand to be in the same room as me.
Think I’m a problem worth solving? An impossible riddle worth figuring out? By all means, go ahead and try. Solve for X. Crack the code. It might even be fun (but only for me, not you).
V/r,
Calder Welles, II
P.S. I dare you.

Awe. A new one to add to favorites. I am all for hate sex and standing up for yourself. Two broken and lost souls finding solace and peace in each other. Perfect size book, was able to read in one day. Mostly because I couldn’t put it down. Loved.

Throw 2 people who are complete opposites and make them work together things are going to happen, and Winter Renshaw’s new book is just that scenario.
Calder Welles II is doing everything he can to forget where he came from; that is until his father summons him back home to finally take the reigns of the family tech company. Calder is not interested especially after he learns that his father hired a personal assistant whose sole purpose is to ease him into the transition; a transition Calder clearly doesn’t want however the personal assistant that is something else entirely.
Aerin Keane is being paid a lot of money to work with Calder for just one month – leaving Los Angeles and coming to New York is one thing but having to work with someone who clearly doesnt want her is something else. Until everything changes.
I first have to say I love Winter Renshaw – her books are smart with great characters and fantastic dialog. PS I Dare You has both. Told in dual POV’s we get to see both sides of the story from Aerin and Calder’s perspective which I love. The story is fast paced and a quick read and so worth the time I definitely recommend.
Fabulous characters who carry the whole story
I loved this excellent romance of two characters who can not stand each other. The author has been extremely successful in both their behavior and their dialogues.Sometimes I cried from sadness or from laughter.
Aerin is a kind of organizer for busy people and she signs a contract to help her client’s son, Calder Junior. Except that he does not want to see his father for years as the latter is unbearable and he thinks he sacrificed his mother for his ambition. However, his father announcing that he is dying, he agrees to take over the reins of the family business to honor his mother, and his father urges him to accept Aerin for 30 days to help him. From the start, meeting by chance, they hate each other, insult each other. She wants to resign before she starts, but the signed contract has and such clauses that she can’t leave.
She is a compulsive organiszer and he is a man who likes to put everything in a mess. Each formatted to counter what he experienced during his childhood or adolescence. Yet, during an evening in a bar, they succumb for one moment to better repel each other the next day, while the father of Calder, manipulates all this small world.
This book is definitely read in one go.I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
I received this book as an ARC for my honest review. Opposites attract in this office romance. Two totally different people with a hard life growing up, through their ups and downs these two are thrown together in an unusual circumstance. Calder & Aerin have amazing chemistry. This whole series is a must read and it will not disappoint.
Aerin had a very unstructured upbringing with hippie-style parents which has contributed to a type A personality with OCD leanings and a need for control in all aspects of her life. Calder lost his beloved mother at a young age and was left with a negligent father who sent him away for, supposedly, his own good. Now he creates no real, deep connections with anyone and comes across as a jerk a little too often.
Calder’s father has brought Aerin and Calder together for his own reasons and their opposite personalities both repel and attract leaving them confused and scrambling with how to deal with their continued interactions. There’s a time limit to their situation but they’re wondering if they’ll make it before their worlds are upended.
This was a quick read and I highly recommend it. The characters were enjoyable to read and the only complaint I might have is that I could have definitely gone for a longer story for these two. However, I did like the lack of unnecessary excess drama. Their personal issues brought enough to the table without another plot point distracting from their connection.
I really loved reading this book. It is a well written, fast paced, page turner filled with emotion and humor. I loved the storyline and the characters. Loved the chemistry between Calder and Aerin, that was a feisty one by the way. I higly recommend this book.

Author Winter Renshaw writer of PS I Dare You is Book 3 of the PS Series. It brings an engaging plot that includes characters Calder and Aerin. Calder is the disinterested son of a CEO Billionaire who wants his son to take over his NYC based company. Only problem is his son, who he doesn’t talk to, has no interest in the company. So his father hires a top notch LA based Concierge to the stars, to the wealthy, and to the politicians…Aerin. Unfortunately, when they do meet, Calder is not impressed and assigns her menial tasks. There is an attraction there and within short order they act upon those feelings. But then there is tension so she moves back to LA. Will they reunite?
RECOMMENDATION: I liked the story. It delivered an engaging modern romance with well developed characters. It’s a story that you can read for your reading pleasure and enjoyment.
I am volunteering to leave a review of this ARC book.
P.S. I Dare You ends the P.S. series beautifully. It’s about two people who couldn’t stand each other but was forced by circumstance to be together.
Calden perfected the anti-hero persona right from the very beginning. He’s rude, nonchalant, and really a pain in the ass to everyone he meets. While Airen is the exact opposite of him. She’s very organized, pleasing personality, hard-working and it’s no wonder she’s the most sought-after P.A.
Their first meeting wasn’t that great, to say the least — he bumping to her and spilling her coffee on her blouse without a backward glance. And when they met again that after evening they end up having some sexy time in the bar’s bathroom. The following morning Airen was introduced to her new boss, Calden.
It was an engaging story that I finished in one sitting. The plot was articulately written with characters that are enjoyable to read and learning where their attitude towards each other is coming from makes you understand them better. And the sexual tension whenever these two are working side by side is just too much. Winter Renshaw didn’t disappoint with this one. So, if you’re into the enemy-to-lovers story, I recommend this one.
P.S. I Dare You is an easy, enjoyable read. Aerin and Calder are total opposites. But as they say opposites attract. Calder is callous, self centered, and a general pain in the behind. Aerin is conscientious, hard working, and very organized. He’s the heir to a large tech firm run by his dad who he wants nothing to do with. They meet because said dad is manipulating Calder into running the company. Against his will he agrees. Aerin fights the idea of a relationship. She feels that they are just too different. However, Aerin has always been a sucker for a good dare. Needless to say it’s a dare she can’t walk away from.
My favorite line in the whole book is “Choose your regrets, Calder. Choose them wisely.” What a difficult standard to live up to. I loved the epilogue. But I’m a sucker for the HEA! This is a good read and I would recommend this book.
This is the last of the P.S. series. While, I am always excited to get a new Winter Renshaw book, I think P.S. I Hate You was my favorite of the three.

It’s another engaging story from Winter Renshaw. I look forward to her realistic and lovable characters. They always seem like they could be my friends.
Aerin is a go-getter with a Type A personality. Calder is lost but making his own way in the world, until his estranged father does a number on him in order to manipulate him into taking over the family business. I couldn’t put this one down, because I was wishing for a happy ending for them.
I hope that you will enjoy their roller-coaster as much as I did!

Aerin accepts a job working in New York as a concierge for Calder Welles the son and heir of WellesTech. The job was arranged by his father the elder Calder. The two meet when the “run into” each other and coffee spills on Aerin’s outfit. Calder’;s father has tricked him into taking the position as head of the company. The younger Calder states repeatedly that he has no need for Aerin’s services. As the story progresses, they develop a “physical” relationship. Will the two be able to overcome their differences? Aerin is a neatnick and Calder is a free spirit. I enjoyed the story and would recommend it to everyone.

Well, I guess the old saying “Opposites do attract” is true and in this well written story it couldn’t be more truer then when Aerin and Calder lay eyes on each other! They can fight it all they want and they do, however, the chemistry is so hot between these two that I had a very hard time putting this book down to go to bed!
P. S. I Dare You
By Winter Renshaw
Main Characters: Aerin & Calder
I voluntarily and honestly reviewed this book without bias or persuasion from the author.
5 out of 5 stars
This is the 3rd book in the P.S. series. Loved it as much as the 1st two books. Aerin is a concierge and Calder is about to inherit Welles Tech from his father. Slight wrinkle with that, Calder Jr. can’t stand his father and has no interest in anything of his. Calder Sr. hires the best concierge in the country aka Aerin for an exorbitant amount of money for just 1 month to help Jr. while he is learning the business. Oh, about that. There is another wrinkle. Jr. is more of a free spirit while Aerin is a perfectionist with maybe some OCD tendencies. Let the hijinks begin. Absolutely loved this story. Winter is still batting 1,000 in my book. I have read 19 or 20 books by her and have loved every single one. Highly recommend this author, this series and this book. No you have me thinking how many books by her have I missed?
Aerin is your type A personality with a strong dose of OCD. She needs complete order in her life, nothing out of place ever. This is one of the reasons she is top in her career.
Calder II has lived his life doing the opposite of order. He was forced as a child to follow strict rules and discipline by being sent to a military academy so he wants no part of forced order in his life.
Calder Wells Sr has been estranged from his son for years. He needs him to agree to take over the company Calder Sr has worked his entire life building. He devises a plan to hire Aerin to be Calder II, C.J, assistant and uses a sure fire way to get him to agree.
This is a great story of two opposites that definitely attract. This author always gives us the feel goods in the end but she shows us people have other sides to them as well and so we get to see the messed up sides of both Aerin and Calder and what they dealt with as children. I loved that Calder has a soft side he keeps hidden from everyone but Aerin and that he gets inside her head as well.
I received an early copy to read and review. I loved this book as well as this series. They are all standalones but they do tie back to each other by characters. It is well written, keeps your attention, has the build up of heat between these two that explodes, and heartwarming as well. I highly recommend this book.
Calder and Aerin had very different upbringings. Aerin grew up without structure and learned to create it for herself to the point of being Type A. Calder had too much structure growing up in a non-nurturing environment after his mother passes. He certainly did not have love from his father and refused to follow in his footsteps. Then his father gives him an impossible choice.
I really liked this story and would recommend it. Although there was an appearance of a character from the previous P.S. book, this one can be read as a standalone. This is a voluntary review of an advance reader copy.
This is an author I can always count on for an emotional ride, from the first page to the last, so I was thrilled to read an early copy of the third book in the P.S. series. And Aerin and Calder’s story is quite the ride! These two look like complete opposites, but as the story develops, we see that they have some surprising things in common. On the surface, they’re like oil and water, so their journey to forever is extremely entertaining, as well as poignant and heartfelt.
There’s no love lost between Calder and his father, because from Calder’s perspective, there is no love. When his mother died, Calder’s father shipped his thirteen-year-old son off to a military style boarding school, and father and son continued to grow apart from there. Now Calder’s father has contacted Calder, stating that he’s dying and he wants Calder to take over his multi-billion dollar company. Knowing Calder will be difficult, his father hires Aerin, an established concierge and personal assistant from LA, to be Calder’s assistant and keep an eye on him.
At its heart, this is a story about overcoming life’s challenges, courage in the face of fear, letting go, and embracing all of life’s amazing possibilities. Calder’s relationship with his father has shadowed every part of his life, and it’s not easy to take a long, hard look and see the changes he needs to make to live a full and happy life rather than drifting along. And Aerin has her need for order questioned and challenged in the midst of wanting more with a man who seems so wrong for her.
I loved Aerin and Calder together and I loved being on the road to happily ever after with them. It was rewarding to watch them learn and grow individually and inspiring to see them fight for each other when the speedbumps popped up. If you like a romance that’s a little steamy, a little humorous, a lot captivating and gives your heart an emotional workout, then I dare you to read this one! (Yeah, I went there. Couldn’t help myself, sorry.)
Aerin and Calder are my favorite P.S. couple, hands down! Aerin is hired by Calder’s estranged father who attempts to bring his son back into his life. Wanting to groom his son to take over his tech empire, his father lies to both Aerin and his son that he is terminally ill.
Aerin and Calder have a love-hate relationship at first. Both characters are polar opposites of each other, however, they cannot deny the chemistry. After a quick romp in a bar bathroom, they decide that it was a one-time thing that shouldn’t be repeated. They bond over sharing their childhood and realize that everyone has their own demons.
I loved Aerin’s quote, “Choose your regrets.” Don’t we all have regrets? I highly recommend this book. It is my favorite P.S. book!!!

I absolutely love Calder and Aerin’s book. Love when a story depicts how opposites attract. This book is hot and an easy read.
Opposites definitely attract!!!
This was an exceptional story, well written and has some wonderfully down to earth real characters. It made me laugh, cry, want to slap Calder, then want to shake Aerin and had me reading it straight through to the very end. Calder has so many issues with his father and he refuses to have anything to do with him. Especially after what happened when Calder’s mother passed away. His father shipped him off to military school and got remarried less than a year later to Calder’s nanny. Aerin has OCD and so many other issues due to her crazy parents and her upbringing. These two are so opposite it’s not even funny. Grab the super fantastic read and find out what happens when these two opposites come together.

What a sweet story. Another well written story by Winter Renshaw. Two people with their separate stories meet and somehow fit. So different, but still the same in the aspects that matters. The characters are well written and balanced. They are both distinct in their traits, but Renshaw is really good at balancing everything. It’s never too much and they are true to who they are. Sometimes what we like to call baggage and broken pieces are just life?!
If you want to read a book that is well written, both in characters and storyline, but not too long, then I recommend this book. It’s relatable and sweet and just the right length to be a good weekend read.
