Dear Ms. Keane,Before this ridiculous little arrangement commences, I’d like to make myself indubitably clear: I know who you are, I know that my father hired you, I know why my father hired you, and last but not least: your services aren’t needed. In fact, I want no part of my father’s billion-dollar empire, and him “gifting” me with one of the “best concierges in the county” won’t change that. … won’t change that. He’s wasting his money. You’re wasting your time.
However, seeing as how you foolishly signed an ironclad contract with an Act of God clause and my father has strong-armed me into taking this position, it appears as though we’re stuck together—at least until your contract is up next month.
That said, our time together at WellesTech should be relatively painless but please don’t fool yourself into thinking I don’t notice when that pretty little stare lingers a little too long or the way your breath catches when our hands graze. You’re fascinated by me and it kills you because you can hardly stand to be in the same room as me.
Think I’m a problem worth solving? An impossible riddle worth figuring out? By all means, go ahead and try. Solve for X. Crack the code. It might even be fun (but only for me, not you).
V/r,
Calder Welles, II
P.S. I dare you.

A well written enjoyable heartfelt story that leads you through a rollercoster as Calder and Aerin relize the need for each other. When forced to work together their full structured happy lives weren’t as complete as they thought. A great storyline of two people with great chemistry but troubled pasts find love, steam, and passion.

While I did enjoy P.S. I Dare You; it didn’t quite stand up to the other books in this series. It was an entertaining, quick little read; I loved Aerin and Calder, and how they complemented one another.
I loved the concept of this book. I’m a little bit of a sucker for office romances, and the situation these two were manipulated into made it all the more intriguing. Add the less than idyllic childhoods – and the effect those childhoods had on Aerin and Calder’s personalities – and P.S. I Dare You was bursting with dysfunction. Aerin and Calder served as a great balance for one another, both in highlighting each other’s strengths and helping to overcome some of their weaknesses.
Aerin and Calder both had a lot of baggage they were dragging around with no idea how to let it go. Watching them, each learn to let go of the pain and find new ways to deal with the lack of true parental concern in their youths, was heartwarming. I loved how much they gave to one another simply by being who they were and allowing the other to have a safe, judgment-free place to fall apart when they needed it.
P.S. I Dare You is the third book in Winter Renshaw’s P.S. series. These books are standalones, with minor character overlap. They do not need to be read in order, nor does the series need to be read in its entirety. P.S. I Dare You is written in dual first-person perspective, narrated by Aerin and Calder.
My biggest wish for the novel is I would have liked to have seen more of the emotional connection between the character. It seemed like Aerin and Calder were either fighting or connecting physically, with little time spent working on the part of their relationship that would make it last. I felt like the book could have been a little longer and explored that dynamic more and still delivered a sweet enemies-to-lovers romance.
Aerin and Calder were an interesting mix of differences. Aerin is a strong independent woman with her job on her mind. Calder is a playboy and cares nothing for his father’s money. These two clash and the sparks of attraction fly with them. If you have enjoyed the other books in this series, you will like this story.

Calder has a problem with order and rules. He likes things a little messy and easy.
when he is called to his father’s side, he made an offer he can’t refuse. His father is a master manipulator. His father hired Aerin and makes her an offer she also can’t refuse. Aerin is a stickler for order. She is professional PA. Everything has a place and everything in its place is her mantra. When they meet, it is less than spectacular. Calder is a jerk and continues that behavior into their next meeting. However, they are extremely attracted to each other. Sparks fly and things go straight to miles an hr. I liked both characters. they were polar opposites who made it work. Predictable story with some unpredictable moments. I was hoping for an HEA with Calder’s father. Cute meet with Aerin’s parents. I loved the epilogue.

I loved Aerin’s character. She was so strong and opinionated and vocal, yet damaged at the same time. Calder … I liked that he didn’t live off daddy’s money (although I guess you could say it was his mothers) his outlook was in life was sad and lonely. His father was manipulative and from what I gathered a womanizer. I felt for the 12 year old CJ. Together Aerin and CJ were made for each other … opposite attracts… I’m curious about Rush I’d love to learn more about him!
Aerin is a professional concierge and is given the job of helping Calder Wells II during his transitioning into taking over the family company. Aerin and Calder didn’t get along at all even though they were attracted to each other sparks flew between them with each issue they tackled. One night they couldn’t fight it anymore and give in to the temptation and slept together. Calder’s father’s health took a turn for the worse and Aerin told him that he would regret not seeing his father one last time. Calder learns some hard truths and Aerin leave to return back to her home. Neither stops thinking of the other and Calder finally gets up enough nerve to track her down she is with her parents. Will Aerin give Calder another chance?
This is an amazing story once I started I couldn’t put it down. The chemistry between Aerin and Calder is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review….This is the third book in series and the last…Can definitely be read as a standalone. We have an opposites atrract situation and having misunderstandings or misconceptions of each other. We go thru some feels, and it ends lovely.
Calder didn’t have anything to do with his father and Calder didn’t want anything to do with his father’s company, even when he said he was dying, it wasn’t until he says he’s selling it to Samuelson-Barnes Group, did he get Calder’s attention. Calder blames the group for death of his mother. He’s father feels he needs an assistant to help him, but Calder insists he doesn’t need one.
Calder knows he will have to tell his father no on the assistant, she probably hates him, and he can’t learn about the business with a sex-on-legs PA.
Heading out to drinks Calder is surprised to see Aerin there and asking why he was nice to her, she’s slurring her words, but he finds it hot AF, and it soon turn into a debate with her following him to the bathroom, the only way he can stop her is with a kiss.
They continue in the same pattern having angry sex, and both confused and she’s leaving in a month, it will never work.
Finally, Calder gets to talk to Aerin about the message she saw and explains that he knew it made her uncomfortable to date her boss, so he was going to fire her, she’s the realist thing he’s known. Aerin cuts him short letting him know she’s flying out, he’s known her two weeks, he can’t promise her the world telling him to leave. Changing her life so much is something her mother would do, she’s not going to uproot her life for him.
Aerin tells her parents what happened, they tell her she’s a control freak and you can’t control relationships, the chips have to fall, her dad tells her life is to short give him a chance, but she feels like she left something in New York and she knows what it was.
When her friend tells her, a guy left a letter for her she reads it, he’s done the one thing she can’t ignore he dared her to give him a chance.
Will they be able to make it work and have a normal life that neither of them ever had.
I went into P.S I Dare You not knowing that it’s part of a series but it doesn’t matter because it can definitely be read as a stand-alone without you feeling like you’ve missed out on something.
Calder wants nothing to do with his father. To say they’ve had a strained relationship is putting it mildly and Calder has no intention of of that changing. Unfortunately Calder’s dad really is a piece of work and has no problem using his approaching death as an incentive to get what he wants.
Calder doesn’t make the best first impression on Aerin…or the best second impression come to think of it. He’s rude, abrasive and a pain in the ass but there’s another side to him. Once he lets some of his walls down and lets you see the real Calder, he’s very easy to like. Aerin is the opposite of Calder. Hard working, pleasant but a little highly strung, there’s also more to Aerin than first meets the eye and like Calder, once she opens up she’s another really likeable character.
This is an enjoyable read and I’ll definitely be catching up with the other books in this series asap.
Opposites attract right ?
In P.S. I Dare you the two main characters were from first impressions definitely opposite. Aerin and Calder, two people that took the meaning to a different level and sort of took the long way around ( but in a quick way ) to discovering that they were not so opposite and meant for each other . Both Aerin and Calder were dealing with their pasts that we hard times for them .. but using each other they fought against their pasts and moved on . Loved the writing and this whole series has been great .
He writes to her so she knows exactly what to expect. He did not want or need her but he will allow her in his life. She had signed the contract. His father wants him in his business. What is going to happen? See what by reading

Calder has wanted nothing to do with his father or father’s company, why would he come home? Aerin accepted a job because the money was too good to pass up but when she meets the jerk son of her boss she knows it was a mistake to fly across country to take the job. Bigger problem, the attraction that reared its ugly head, now both are fighting odds. Good story, enjoyed the first two books in the series more but we’ll worth the read.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. Absolutely amazing! Characters are strong. Calder and Aerin have great chemistry. Calder and Aerin my be different, yet they are perfect for each other. He helps her not to be so uptight and she grounds him. Both characters have things from their past that make them the strong people they become.
This was such a touching story. I loved how wonderfully it was written. It was marvelously riveting. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book in exchange for a free copy.
This is the third and final book in the PS Series. I love this Series! The cover is beautiful, and the blurb is intriguing! This is an office romance, opposites attract, and enemies to lovers. Calder and Aerin’s story is fun and beautiful. They share a strong and undeniable chemistry. Their story is beautifully written. I loved the Epilogue. Benjamin James did a good job with the narration. I was given a free review copy of the audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. (updated with the audiobook review)
I Just finished reading P.S. I Dare You by Winter Renshaw and loved it. Aerin and Calder were meant to be and I think Calder’s father knew it. This is a fun loving story, and Aerin has a fantastic job. This book is a must read.

Calder is a broken man, living life day to day on a whim. He harbors so much hate and anger over his childhood that it has festered, forcing him into living his life alone. Aerin is strung so tight it is amazing she has not snapped. She grew up in a very unorthodox, unorganized home with carefree hippy parents. This pushed her to have an extreme need for control. These two could not be more different, yet that seems to be what pulls them together and in the end work. Being able to be a part of their journey and seeing how they both overcame their own childhood demons that have penetrated how they live their adult lives, to be together was heartwarming. I finished this story with a feel good warmth in my heart. I read every book in this series and LOVED each of them. This is supposed to be the last book in the series but I am really hoping that Rush will get his story. I think his story could also be very interesting considering he grew up in the same environment as Aerin. I highly recommend you add this book to your reading list and take the journey with Aerin and Calder.

I read “P.S. I Hate You” and “P.S. I Miss You” by Winder Renshaw and was so happy to read and review “P.S. I Dare You “featuring Calder and Aerin. I love stories about lost souls and both of them are harboring pain from their past, especially Calder. They are both misunderstood, and accept things as they are settling with the fact that they aren’t truly happy. On the surface it appears as if they are complete opposites (she is neat, orderly, and a planner, and Calder is not so organized, takes one day at a time, and is more adventurous), but after they spend time together they realize they have a lot in common including their values, empathy, and trust.
They meet for the first time at a bar and have an instant physical attraction, and come to realize that Calder is the son of her new boss and her next assignment. His father hired her to be his Calder’s assistant while he reluctantly takes over the family business.
What I like about this book is that it’s not all easy going. Calder has a difficult relationship with his father and it doesn’t end with them making peace, but sometimes that’s real life. I like books that make you feel and relate to the characters through the words on the pages, that is what it did.
Aerin brought out the best in him and made him realize that it was okay to feel hurt and vulnerable. Aerin was a perfectionist and being in love could be messy and made her uncomfortable. I liked how he was able to be honest with his feelings and how he fought for her to realize they were meant to be, even when she was scared.
I just loved Aerin so much! Her quirks, personality, and the way she spoke were adorable. She was true to herself, smart, successful, and could hold her own. She also was not intimidated by the CEO, Cadler’s dad, which is a quality I admire in a heroine.
I loved how she came to terms with her feelings, including how she felt about her own parents who were far from the norm. This story takes you on a journey of how they meet and tackle life’s difficult moments, how they open up to one another, and how they choose to be together knowing that it may not always be easy. I like how they were a team, how they made sacrifices for each other, how they enjoyed the simple things, and how they appreciated all that they had in the end.
I am hoping Aerin’s doctor brother, Rush, gets a story of his own next! He deserves a HEA too!
This is the third book in this phenomenal series. Calder is making his own way through life, when his estranged father manipulates a situation leaving him with no choice but to step into his fathers’ shoes. Aerin is hired by Calder’s dad to assist him, and although these two are total opposites, they work hard to deny the attraction between them. This is a beautifully written flawless story, which had me totally captivated throughout this addictive page turner, and I cannot wait to read more from this talented author, who I highly recommend for all readers.
