Dear Ms. Keane,Before this ridiculous little arrangement commences, I’d like to make myself indubitably clear: I know who you are, I know that my father hired you, I know why my father hired you, and last but not least: your services aren’t needed. In fact, I want no part of my father’s billion-dollar empire, and him “gifting” me with one of the “best concierges in the county” won’t change that. … won’t change that. He’s wasting his money. You’re wasting your time.
However, seeing as how you foolishly signed an ironclad contract with an Act of God clause and my father has strong-armed me into taking this position, it appears as though we’re stuck together—at least until your contract is up next month.
That said, our time together at WellesTech should be relatively painless but please don’t fool yourself into thinking I don’t notice when that pretty little stare lingers a little too long or the way your breath catches when our hands graze. You’re fascinated by me and it kills you because you can hardly stand to be in the same room as me.
Think I’m a problem worth solving? An impossible riddle worth figuring out? By all means, go ahead and try. Solve for X. Crack the code. It might even be fun (but only for me, not you).
V/r,
Calder Welles, II
P.S. I dare you.

Could have had more depth to the story but it has a nice but predictable plot. She is a strong woman and he needs to change to the better. But in the end both likeable characters.
Enjoyable and engaging read.

This was a wonderfully written story to read and I loved every single moment of it! The plot was well planned and written, the dialogue of the characters was well portrayed and I felt a part of the story which is rare for authors to do, but I felt every single emotion of each character and each page had me on edge till I got to the ending 🙂
This was definitely worth reading, so don’t miss out on reading this too! 🙂
There are two kinds of hard-to-write reviews: the book that does not touch your feelings, and the book that moves them all. In this case, we are talking about the second type.
For some, the trajectory of Aerin Keane and Calder Welles II will be just another cliché. They have chemistry and spend much of the narrative on a game of cat and mouse. But it’s the little details that make the difference in this book.
To evolve, we need to be dared. And that’s just what Aerin and Calder are for each other. A great challenge. An interesting puzzle. The chemistry between them builds attraction. The contrast of their personalities causes them to mutually think and rethink their attitudes and feelings.
Attitudes that are reflexes of traumas generated by situations and problems that the protagonists lived with their parents. And the big question that haunts their minds: Can two people so different and broken make a relationship work?
Winter Renshaw leaves us several lessons. One is that we do not need big gestures. Or cover-up house decorations, or expensive dinners. A simple life and a real and imperfect love can be your own type of paradise.
This is the 3rd in the series and I loved each and every one of them. Aerin and Calder were cut from the same cloth, they both had crappy parents. Calder hated his dad and Aerin’s parents were neglectful. They both grew up distant and compulsive. Together they had passion and chemistry that were off the charts. I love anything Ms. Winter writes and I hope she continues this series…..I LOVED IT! ! !

I was granted an ARC of Winter Renshaw’s “P.S. I Dare You (PS Series Book 3)” via Booksprout; I recommend this book to others based upon its own merits. All opinions expressed within this review are uniquely my own & freely given!
Until next time… Happy Reading!
This is the first book I’ve read by Winter Renshaw so I came to it with no preconceived ideas as to the writing style. Imagine my immense pleasure when I found a storyline and characters so full of emotional angst and flawed they became completely relatable. The undeniable chemistry between Calder and Aerin was evident from the beginning and kept me mesmerized to see what would happen next. I know this is out of order in the series, but I’m definitely going back to find and read book 1 “P.S. I Hate You and book 2 “P.S. I Miss You”. Congratulations on a 5 star review and the addition of one more follower.
Sigh…Winter Renshaw has given me another book to love. A standalone in the PS series, it matches a businessman’s rebellious and wayward son with a successful PA hired by his father in a plan to bring the son back into the fold. Calder and Aerin are opposites to the extreme in this entertaining and engaging enemies-to-lovers tale.
There’s flirtatious fun throughout, but there’s also a lot of heart and anguish. Following his mother’s death, Calder’s childhood was heartbreaking and cold, and his life now is actually lonelier than it should be. After growing up in a free-spirited home, Aerin thrives on structure and order. But in spite of their oil and water personalities as adults, they find they might just need each other for balance. This couple may be one of my favorites from Ms Renshaw. They felt real with all their passion and vulnerability.

Calder Welles II is the son of an uber-wealthy man who was a terrible father. The two have avoided each other for much of the recent past because Calder has some unresolved anger at the way his father treated him as a pre-teen after his mother died when he was 12. All he wanted was some love and attention from his dad, but he got sent off to a prison-like environment in a boarding school, while his dad remarried Calder’s nanny shortly afterward. There’s not a lot of respect for his father with Calder. Calder Welles, Sr. hires Aerin Keane as the personal concierge for his son while he learns the family business, if he can get him onboard with taking it over. Her first day is very eventful; however, she is not at all impressed with Calder, Jr. He behaves like an entitled jerk, and spills coffee all over her clothes. They keep running into each other after hours. He is intrigued because she is indifferent to him, while she wants to hate him, but her body is telling her a different story.
This is sort of an insta-love story, which is not my favorite type of book. That’s the main reason it only received 3.5 stars. The writing is good, and the story flows well, but it’s hard for this reader to believe that two people who hate each other so much would fall in love so quickly. Nevertheless, the story kept my interest, and had a few surprises in store as well. Overall, this is a fun story with a lot of intense emotions running through it. It is a testament to the writing skill of this author that she can put so much intense emotion into this story, even though it isn’t as long as a full-length novel.

P.S. I Dare You (P.S. #3) was a good read by Winter Renshaw. Calder Welles’ father wants to leave him his billion-dollar empire and “gift” him with one of the best concierges in the country. Calder feels like his father is wasting his money because he doesn’t want any of this. Airen is the concierge his father picks and they’re stuck together for the next month. Neither one thought that they would find themselves attracted to each other. I really enjoyed this book and can’t wait to read more by the author.
I listened to the audio version of this book. This was my first by Winter Renshaw. The story had a good set-up. Angry Calder is somewhat forced to agree to take over his father’s company. His father hires a woman to be his personal assistant–which he also doesn’t want.
Aerin finds Calder to be an a$$ from the get go, but is getting paid enough money to stick it out. Animosity between the two abounds, but there’s also sexual attraction.
I enjoyed the book, but Calder went from detesting Aerin to doing a total turn around really, really quickly. A little more development would have been great.
The narration by Benjamin James was two fold for me. I loved his voice, but there were a few pacing problems along the way. It was still good enough that I wouldn’t mind going back and listening to the other two books int he series.
** spoiler alert ** Okay so where do i start this from…
So when i was half way through the book i was thinking of things ill be writing down for this review
Initially i was going to give this book 3 stars and was going to recommend this as a book you can read when you are REALLY bored and have no other options but by the time i reached the Epilogue i was like no.nope.no.
So the book starts of off with the girl whose name i forgot already so we shall call her A hired by Caldin’s (the main guy, i think i spelled his name wrong or got his entire name wrong ) Father to work for 1 month as his PA.

Blah blah they meet and fuck the next day, say they wont do it again blah blah Caldin sees her out on a date (she was actually just having dinner with her brother) gets jealous so is mean to her, she walks away angry then he shares his sad life story about how his father is responsible for his mothers death, killed her took all her money and is a millionaire now and they both fuck again. Oh i forgot to mention the girl has OCD issues, so after they fuck (after sharing sad stories) in his house she cleans up his place he panics is mean to her so she finally says something reasonable
“It must have been awful for you, growing up thinking nobody wanted you. And now you’ve grown into an adult who doesn’t want anyone. It’s a vicious cycle, and I hope someday you find someone who can break that for you.”
I was like okay cool but then he apologizes and then she says it’s okay they fuck again.
Then miscommunication happens (shocker). A goes back to LA. Caldin goes after her and leaves his million-dollar company in NY to be with her.
“DID YOU KNOW THEY have soccer for three-year-olds?” I ask my wife as she slices strawberries and bananas for our toddler son, Holden.
She shoots me a wink. “I did. Did you know that our son doesn’t turn three until next spring?”
“That’s crazy you should say that because I’m actually well aware of the fact that our son turns three on April third of next year,” I say, keeping my tone light.”
That’s how the epilogue started, this is apparently their way of teasing each other. Okay, I’m done.
I just don’t like fast paced books so maybe that’s why I didn’t like it that much. HOWEVER, at the beginning, I was fine with this book but the ending was just so bleh.
Hot and sexy romance that grabs you from the beginning and keeps you hooked until the end. Winter writes a story that sexy, sass, and romance…a must read.
That other shoe always drops. A hot as hell enemies and lovers story…
..where both angry people have realised that sex with the person who pisses you the hell off, is high on the buckets list that they never knew they had!
Bought together through a manipulative contract of a scheming father, who thinks that everyone has a price, Calder and Aerin had opposingly different childhoods. Their upbringing, has created extreme personalities that appear to have nothing in common other than an intense and sexually charged chemistry. And oh crap, it’s hot. Even when they’re not at it, emotions are high, and once again I was held hostage to Willow Renshaw’s addictive form of story-telling.
Calder’s childhood was a brutal military school hell-bent on rules, whereas Aerin’s was spent with no order or structure, where routine was as absent as food and hygiene, and her parents minds were high in the sky. She now prepares her day like a military campaign, and there’s no way that she’s going to risk her plans in life for a man she barley knows, because she’s just waiting for that other shoe to drop.
This is the second book of hers that I’ve read in two days, after reading the first two chapters at the end of her new release, Exmas. 5 stars, and BTW, while I’m at it, I’m recommending Exmas as another hot enemies to lovers second chance romance!
A heart-hardened man and a strong, sassy woman with OCD tendencies. Calder was such an embittered young man, but forcing him to work with Aerin was one of the best things that had happened to him. This was an emotional office romance with some life lessons thrown into the mix.
A very nice read. An interesting story with lessons we all could learn. There was a little bit of everything in this story, drama, angst, mystery, romance and unfortunately, parental abuse/manipulation. The story told of the main male and female characters who both had unusual times growing up and how this manifested in their behaviour as adults. These two learned to trust each other and form a long-term relationship. Well written, good flow, interesting characters; good job.
I voluntarily received an advance review copy of this novel via Booksprout and I am leaving an honest and unbiased review. I have no affiliation to this author.
First 2 in series great…this one terrible… The storyline was so choppy and completely lacking in believability! I mean she is so professional and yet bam in 2 days screwing him in the bathroom. Had potential with the characters backgrounds but didn’t amount to anything. So very disappointed!
PS I Dare you by Winter Renshaw was a very warm heartfelt story. Once i opened and read the first couple pages i was so hooked. The story flowed very well and had my attention. Calder Welles II was a man with a troubled past regarding his father. He cut ties with him until he received one phone call that will uproot all he has promised himself he wouldn’t do. Earin Keane was a strong woman with a type A personality and go get her. She also came from a different upbringing with her parents living the hippy lifestyle. What she didn’t know was that accepting her next job would be such a challenge and change her life Follow there crazy journey by picking up a copy you will not be disappointed.
Aerin is a concierge, meaning she does things for people. She organizes their lives. She runs their errands. She assists them without interfering in their lives. Basically she’s a PA but not really because she owns her own business and only works for people who really need, and ask for, her help. But when Calder Welles I offers her enough money to wipe out her student loans, all to assist his son as his son takes over his father’s empire, she accepts. And it should have been that simple. Except it wasn’t, not the least because Calder II didn’t really want to take over his father’s empire. He didn’t even like his father. And he damn sure didn’t like Aerin’s help, nor did he want it or ask for it. But in the end he was grateful his father foisted a concierge upon him, because in the short time Aerin worked for him, he fell hard for her, but not without first being a Class A dick to her, from their very first meeting to the time he got her into his bed.
Although Aerin and Calder fell for each other in a very short amount of time (classic case of insta-love), it was all in a sweet, believable way. I’m not exactly saying I believe they actually loved each other in such a short time, but their connection was believably strong from their first less than friendly meeting. They’re both slightly (OK, more than slightly) damaged souls, and seeing them come together was fun to read and it made me really like P.S. I Dare You. It’s my favorite of this series, by far, mostly because as a couple, they just mesh effortlessly. I have a thing for damaged souls and both these two were definitely that. That they fell for a fellow damaged soul was ironic, but pretty fitting. Although I’m sad this series is apparently ending with this story, it’s a great way to conclude what has been a sexy, emotional series. I wonder what Winter Renshaw will give us next?
A fast, fun read
Book 3 in the PS series, this is my first book by this author, and you absolutely don’t need to have read the previous books in the series to enjoy this.
A fun opposites attract story, I enjoyed both the characters of Aerin and Calder. While I did think things moved pretty fast between them and would have liked to have seen a little more time spent on developing their relationship, it’s a relatively minor thing. Considering the length of the story, I thought the author did a great job setting up the characters and explaining their motivations.
A fast, fun read that left me with a huge smile on my face, I’ll certainly be reading more from this author. 4.5 stars

his was nice quick read. It was entertaining, however I didn’t enjoy it as much as the other books in the series. But that will not stop me from reading more from this author.
