Do you believe in second chances? If you’re lucky enough to get one, don’t waste it! When Victor is given a second chance with Sean he stumbles. Can the song that meant so much to them both be their saving grace?VictorPink Floyd, “Shine On You Crazy Diamond”. That song means so much. I live in Massachusetts, but my heart remains in Colorado…alongside the heart I broke when I left. I’m home for … when I left.
I’m home for spring break, two weeks, to see if I can find him again. If I do, will he let me tell him how sorry I am? I wouldn’t blame him if he didn’t.
Then, I spot him in the coffee shop, and I know I have to try…
Sean
I’m an art student. Dali is the love of my life…no, not the artist—my cat, my comfort animal. A special gift from my crazy Aunt Helen. I suffer from social anxiety and he keeps me calm.
When I see Victor, my ex, the man who crushed my dreams and my heart four years ago, I know I’m going to need a lot of cat time. When he tries to apologize, it triggers years of repressed anger and I blast him with every pent-up emotion I have.
It takes a crisis to bring both men to their senses, but is it too little, too late…? Will Victor’s dad, Steven, force Victor to repeat the same mistakes from the past or can he make his second chance count?
This second chance love story is the second in the M/M Contemporary Spring Break series, following roommates Benjamin, Victor, and James as they each discover themselves during spring break. Each story can be read as a stand-alone, so dive in and immerse yourself in these hot romances and even hotter men.

They were together once, had plans to go to California and then Victor left Sean behind after graduating high school. Now 4 yrs later Victor has managed to track him down, but will Sean forgive him and give them a true second chance? Wanted an epilogue so badly showing them settled in Santa Barbara.
I loved the story between Sean and Victor. I wanted to hug Sean and let him know everything would be alright. As for Victor, I wanted to lash into him about what a fool he was to Sean. This is an HEA that you will love
Victor broke Sean heart at the end of senior year in high school. It was the biggest mistake he made. Four years later he see Sean and wants him back. Can Sean forgive him and give him another chance? I enjoyed the story and characters.
I really wanted to love this book, but I will be honest, I found myself skipping major chunks of the story. This story was more flashback that anything, and I got bored with it. I wanted to see what Victor was going to do to win Sean back, not every single time of their original time together. I don’t mind a flash back or two when they cover a page or two giving us a brief history, but when they cover what seems like half the book in flash backs, it’s way too much. The last 3rd of the book,
This is book 2 of a series and can be read as a stand alone. I loved book 1 and was hoping that this one would be as entertaining as book 2.
Written as a 1st person, multi pov with a HFN ending

This is the second in the spring break series and I think I love it more than the first!!! Spring break is happening and Victor is heading back home for his two weeks off. There is a lot of tension in his family with his father acting like a Hitler wantabe as always. Sean is a very sensitive loving student that lives with his Aunt. Sean and Victor use to be so totally in love until Victors dad told him he was not to see that boy and he was going across the states to another college. By chance Victor sees Sean after 4 long years and tries everything in his power to get Sean to see him as he is now. It takes a turn of event but love conquers all, eventually.
I absolutely enjoyed reading this beautiful, emotional MM romance, it is about love, the devastating aftermath of desertion & the reconnection of two lovers.
The plot is exceptional well-written and filled with unique, individual characters that continue to develop throughout a well-paced story-line.
There is: two young men (Sean Hawkins & Victor Fairbanks) who thought they would be together for life, an interfering cold & rigid father (Steven Fairbanks), drama, family issues, memories, sadness, a chance meeting, attempted apologies, hostility, emotional turmoil, verbal conflict, devastation, persistence, confrontations, prejudices, ultimatum, disdain, promises, vulnerability, love & a well-deserved satisfying epilogue.
I would recommend this MM romance.
Sean has suffered with anixety, shyness, and low self esteem his whole life.
Victor has a father who never let’s him forget he is nothing and must be what dad tells him to be.
These 2 become childhood friend and then boyfriends in high school. Then Victor gives into his dad’s demands and ends their relationship, breaking them both in the process.
This story takes place 4 years later. Join them in trying to become men who need to heal, and see if they can overcome the past.
Great characters, lots of angst, laugh out loud at times, and adulting.
