Falling for your new boss is the best way to mess with your sanity.Especially if she has an overprotective brother that happens to be one of my childhood friends. And I had to figure it out the hard way. But she’s so damn worth it. Beautiful and curvy, bossy and rich. The woman owns the room when she walks in. Hell, she owns everything. And though I try like hell to avoid her, she’s going to own … I try like hell to avoid her, she’s going to own me too soon.
I should steer clear and just focus on my little boy, but something inside of me is waking up again.
This might be my one shot at love again.
I hope like hell I’m ready for it.
Every good girl deserves a bad boy. ~ Weston

ONE DELIGHTFUL READ!!!
OMG! Talk about hard decisions. A whirlwind of emotions and events that pulls those heartstrings. This is one exciting, action packed, heart pounding, pulse racing, page turning bombshell that hits the ground running. All the twists and turns, ups and downs, along with a few glitches here and there make for one exciting adventure. Throw in all the drama and suspense and you have one intense, electrifying tale that captures your attention until the last word. The characters and their personalities are so realistic and believable it feels you can just reach out and touch them. The scenes are so graphic and detailed it really pulls this little treasure together beautifully. You have no trouble picturing every scenario as it plays out perfectly. Weston did an incredible job bringing this read to life flawlessly. Fantastic job Weston, thanks for sharing this awesome read with us.
Wonderful love story about Adam and Bailey and how they push past family interference to find their happily ever after.
I received a copy and I am voluntarily leaving my own honest opinion
Adam and Bailey’s story will touch your heart and have you in their corner as they journey towards their pathway to happiness. Adam is still getting over the death of his wife and first love who left behind a boy for him to care for. Bailey has just lost her father and is putting her life back together in spite of the pit falls her brother throws in her way. Adam is captivate right from the start with Bailey but is reluctant because not only is she his boss, he and her brother were friends as well. Will these two make it? I voluntarily agreed to receive an ARC of this book for an honest review.
AMAZING!
A moving read packed with emotions that get into your heart and refuse to let go. Engrossing twists that at times was hard to put down! Breathtaking tug and pull chemistry with exciting bits of sizzle! An emotionally giving must read!
A sweet and steamy read
Bailey, a casino heiress, runs into Adam, the maintenance and mechanic person, at the ski resort she just purchased. As the story progresses history is shared, roadblocks are thrown in the mix and determining what is the best for each other can get in the way. I would love to see Ian and Kayla have their own books (or maybe they get together too). Weston Parker has been consistent in providing strong male and female characters that have been through fire and come out stronger for it, and One Shot At Love is no different.
I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.
This story surprised me. It’s so much sweeter than I’ve come to expect from the ‘typical’ Weston Parker title. Please, don’t get me wrong, that’s no bad thing. I adored Bailey, and Adam and Ethan. Ian drove me mental at times, but now I hope he gets his own story so that I can see him ‘get his’. I loved watching how this story blends such powerful elements together. From being true to yourself to recovering after the loss of a loved one, this book hits on some really big emotional lessons and does it with the skill and flair that I’ve always found from the authors behind Weston Parker. I can’t wait to read what they bring us next.
I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.
I did enjoy this book I just thought it was a little long. Bailey just lost her father and wanted to get out of Vegas so she buys a ski resort in Park City where she used to go as a kid for vacation with her dad. Adam works at the resort and just tried to get through each day and take care of his son, Ethan. These two have ups and downs and road blocks thanks to Bailey’s brother. But they make it through. The content was good in this book. I love love stories specifically when the female has a strong personality and stands up for what she wants. Adam seem kinda brody but I understand why. Good book. I love all of Weston Market’s books.
