All he wants is one night to worship her. No feelings, no commitment, nothing but pleasure. He’s passionate but emotionless. Yet the fascination is so powerful, Livy can’t deny him… or herself.
M awakens something in Livy, something deep and addictive that she never knew existed-and that she fears only he can satisfy. But she senses that behind the fast cars, fancy suits, and posh apartment, he’s aching inside. To have him, body and soul, she’ll have to brave his dark secrets. It took me a while to start this series but I finished this one in a single day. I loved everything about this beginning to another series from Jodi Ellen Malpas. Knowing how much I loved the This Man series, I had to read this one. And boy oh boy what a story. I love Miller and Olivia. This story had me laughing, crying and screaming at them for …
There’s no doubt JEM is a terrific writer. While ONP might be in the same genre as her previous series, she was able to bring to life new characters and give us a much different story. I instantly liked ONP more than TM. I felt the characters had more depth and as Livy’s past unfolds you can see just that. Throughout Livy and Miller’s interactions …
This was a tough one. It had equal amount of elements I liked and didn’t like. What I liked…the mysteriousness of Miller. His obsession with Livy. His persistence. His jealous and possessive behavior. And his coldness with rare shows of warmth for Livy. What I didn’t like was what was behind Miller’s mysteriousness. His refusal to accept …
I love this series it is a must read
When I say this book was a stock to the system and very very intriguing is an understatement. Livy has a new job working in a coffee shop. She a good girl who takes care of her Nan and who has been abandoned by her mother. Well that is the good girl version of her story. That is until tall, dark, blue eyes and handsome walks in and steal every …
I so enjoyed her series that I can’t w for her next book to come out. Highly recommend her as an author.
I have loved JEM books for a while, this series is one of my favorites and now I got the audiobook, the narration was spot on, I enjoyed it very much. I think this story deserved a second go after years of reading it and I am glad I got the audio this time around, it was a different experience.
OMG. That is all I can say. Awesome author,,

You won’t be able to out this book down! Love ALL of Jodi’s books!
A must read!
Miller and Livy!
“Because something as beautiful as this should be savoured, not rushed.”
I will admit, I was a little unsure how I would feel starting One Night: Promised.
I mean how can you follow up on such an epic story like Jesse and Ava’s?
Well lovelies, I am here to tell you Jodi Ellen Malpas has done just that!
While Jesse will always be The Man for …
Livy and Miller… OMG these two sizzle! Livy has been has hiding way since she followed her mother into London’s dark underground trying to understand the draw it had over her that kept her from being the mum she should’ve been and abandoning her. She has sheltered herself from anything and everything that might remotely remind her of those …
I’ve loved these books so far I have read the first and am almost done with the second.
Steamy, fun, and charming characters in a great style of writing. Loved Livy’s shy, stay at home on a Saturday night character, all it takes is one encounter with the mysterious M as he enters the coffee shop she is working in. It’s steamy, erotic and a book you can’t put down!
