Gregory and Lucy’s story has twists and turns. Great story.
Gregory believes in true love. So much so, that he is looking for it everywhere. At his brother’s party, he sees a girl and is convinced that he feel in love. The only problem – she does feel the same. Her best friend are use to that, everyone sees Hermione for her beauty, and she is just someone that talks to get to the real prize.
Something …
Lovely, as they all were, but I found myself surprised in the final twists, which was quite nice! Some aspects of the resolution are expected – it is a romance novel, after all, and as the last full-length story in the series you get a sense of the flow and style of the endings pretty quickly. Nonetheless, Julia Quinn managed to make this a bit …
I always wondered what Gregory’s book might be like, as we don’t get too much of him in the previous books. Would he be like his brothers? Would he be spoilt being the second last child in the family? One thing that is prevalent in his grown years, Gregory is a romantic. And he is like his brothers as well, he has the Bridgerton charm and wit as …
Better than I expected based on general consensus. This often happens to me, though. After not being the most ardent fan of this series, I end up loving one of the least liked books in comparison. Go figure.
For me, it was one of the better Bridgerton books. On the Way to the Wedding was lighter all-around, but it was in that lightness where I …
Hmm I have to admit that I ended up reading the Bridgerton series because I loved the Bridgerton tv show (yes, probably because of the lead actor). I decided to them read the series even though I have to admit that regency romances lost their shine and I preferred contemporary or even paranormal romances. But admittedly, overall, I enjoyed the …
Bittersweet feelings overcame me as I finished the final installation in this wonderful series! Gregory and Lucy’s love story definitely has been the most unique in all of the Bridgertons but in no way was it less entertaining.
Now I await the on screen adaptations of them all.
Gregory Bridgerton is the stupidest Bridgerton… I love him dearly but the boy is DUMB AND BLIND. One would think after watching all seven of his siblings fall in love in rather dramatic ways that one would learn a thing or two but clearly Gregory did not learn a single thing. But the kicker is that the moment Gregory gets his head on straight, …
I just loved this. Gregory was so fun. Lucy was a sweet character. Their storyline was so great. I have loved this series.
Book 88 towards my goal of 285! 5/5 stars for this Regency Romance read! Such a great ending to the Bridgerton series. I had so much fun with this family! Gregory is no different <3 Absolutely loved his love interest, and they had a great storyline! Cannot recommend this series enough!
On the Way to my Heart…
On the Way to the Wedding is definitely the best book in this series! I fell totally in love with Gregory and Lucy!!
I’m reading this series in the totally wrong order but I don’t care… On the Way to the Wedding is the forth book I read in this series and it is so freaking good! I am so in love with Gregory and Lucy, …
This is book 8 and it starts out with Gregory trying to stopping a wedding and the jumps back a month or so to fill in the detail. Gregory is the youngest male in the Bridgerton family he is the second youngest child but the only one left to marry. He is going to his Brother Anthony’s party and see the Woman he thinks he’s wants to marry …
Unlike most jaded aristocrats, Gregory Bridgerton is a romantic. He fully expects to find his perfect match and know immediately when he does. So that’s exactly what happens, only he soon realizes the lovely Miss Hermione Watson may not, in fact, be the one for him, especially since she’s in love with another. Her best friend, Lady Lucinda …
This one did get a lot better during the 2nd 1/2 and the epilogue was cute!
On the Way to the Wedding is the eighth and final sibling in the Bridgerton series. Oh my gosh the conclusion to this series was just epic. I just couldn’t put this story down and I was just captivated by everything that was taking place. The author truly outdid herself with this story. This story just had my emotions all over the place and I am …
Love this author.
3.5*
We’ve reached the end of the Bridgertons’ books, written by Julia Quinn . We’re going to miss this family – at least I am.
This book wasn’t as good as previous books, even though it felt so good to see some of my favourite characters again. In this book, Gregory, the youngest of the Bridgertons brothers (Hyacinth is the youngest of all …
