When fate is determined to send you a mate—there is no hiding… celebration—or as he thinks of it, their night of desperation. Maxim does the only thing he can think of and heads to the local human bar.
Bartender Ollie begrudgingly takes an extra shift when his coworker calls him last minute. His grandmother always warned him to stay away from what she called the Omega Moon, going so far as to send him reminders in the form of recycled greeting cards. It was hogwash, and he knew it, but something about her pleas had him obeying—until now. What harm could it do to help out his single-dad coworker? It was just a stupid moon phase.
When Maxim takes a seat at the bar, Ollie is instantly drawn to him in a way he never has been to anyone before—he just can’t keep his mind, both upper and lower, off of the man. He decides to throw his no-one-night-stand rules out the window and give in to his desire at the end of the evening. It isn’t until they walk out of the bar to part ways that things get—weird.
Omega Moon is the first book in the Crimson Cliff Pack series of super sweet with naughty heat m/m mpreg shifter romances. It features a stubborn alpha, his fated mate who is shocked to discover he is not quite human, an adorable kitten, a new job Maxim never wanted, and the magic of true love. While this is book one of the Crimson Cliff Pack series, each story stands alone and gives the couple their happy ending, including the birth of a sweet baby who steals their hearts. If you love your alphas hawt, your omegas strong, and your mpreg with heart, this book is for you.

This was such an utter disappointment.
It’s a short story with a promising blurb. I expected an entertaining but banal story with some juicy smut to go along with it.
And the first chapters were great. But then, the story just petered out.
Maxim was kind of a dick and Ollie was scared. So Maxim tried to win him over. And that’s all fine and well. But why did it have to be so boring and drawn out? And in the end, the controversy that were there didn’t amount to anything.
There weren’t even any hot sexytimes. Which is pretty much the only thing that could have saved this read.
Do not recommend.
Omega Raff ran away from his pack to safety. When he got away he was ordered back or his brother would be killed. About a year later Raff runs again and this time he is hit by a car and is in critical condition when he goes to the hospital. Alpha Luther is on duty when he runs across Raff both times. He did not go after Raff the first time but this time he will not let Raff go. Raff gets moved in with Luther so he is safe and can heal and the two of them can get to know each other. The pack alpha Maxim has requested a tribunal for the charges against Raff. While they wait for the tribunal to convene someone from the Great Lake Pack breached the lands of the Crimson Cliff Pack. Maxim called Alpha Fallon to meet and figure out what happened and who sent the spy. After some talking Maxim takes charge and claims the teenager as his pack so that he is not killed. What will happen when the two packs meet again? Who will come out the winner. Will Raff and Luter be together like the Omega Moon shows?? OR will Luther lose to Zack? Who will become the next pack Alpha for the Great Lake Pack?

Excellent Start to a series. Maxim is in line to be the next Alpha. His dad, current Alpha tells him he needs to be mated. The next Omega Moon celebration, is a good opportunity to look for his Omega. He has a history of unsuccessful unfulfilling relationship with Omegas. Will he be willing to give up Alpha, if he can’t find a mate? Ollie, wrks as a bartender to pay his bills. He is warned by his Gransma to avoid going out during the Omega Moon. He usually complies, but to help a friend whose child is sick, he goes into work. He meets a man, to whom he is drawn and they hook up. Both he and Maxim feel the pull. Maxim is in denial. Ollie just doesn’t know what’s going on. There are consequences. Perspective dictates if they are good or bad. Both characters are nicely developed and good men. Good foundation for a series. The Pack and characters blend. Absolutely enjoyable first story. Well done! I received an ARC from Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
It was a good mellow read. Sweet and simple and I loved it. Not much action and that was just fine. Maxim and Ollie are cute and sweet together. I was unsure of Maxim at first, he did seem a little bit of a jerk but he just needed some time. Some Alpha’s can be jerks just because they can so I was glad Maxim wasn’t one of those.

Ollie is working a friends shift at the bar when he meets this hot Alpha he shouldn’t be there his grandmother always said stay in on and Omega Moon but if he stayed in he wouldn’t have meet the hot Alpha who um had some naughty time in the back with now he’s about to find out a secret about himself and his family.
Maxim is avoiding commitment and the Omega Moon ceremony it never works out for him but his brother will become Alpha of the Crimson Pack if he doesn’t choose and Omega. So he goes to the local human bar gets some uh stress relief and goes home but not before he sees his one night stand under the moon glowing purple his wolf insist that that he is there mate but he’s human his pack and father will never except him. But when he finds out what the purple is and that Ollie may not be fully human he will fight to keep him. This was a good read you have family drama to people fighting there destiny but finally finding love together.

I just loved this book. It was so well-written that it captured my mind and I was dragged along for the ride. Once I started reading I could not put it down until I read the last page.

Maxim is the alpha’s son and although his father is pushing, he really does not want to mate, in order to take over the position of alpha. So on Omega Moon, a day auspicious to find your fated mate, he gets away from his pack and goes to a bar. Ollie, an omega was not scheduled to work, but took over a shift for a colleague, whose child got sick. One hot quickie later, Maxim is shocked to realise that Ollie is his mate and has a difficult time to get Ollie to accept, as Ollie does not like alphas – pregnancy or not.
An enjoyable read, with both men fumbling along an emotional roller coaster, fate bringing them together, although neither really seems ready for it.

I loved this book! A wonderful story of finding your mate when and where you least expect it. Maxim is a wolf shifter who is next in line to be pack Alpha. Only he has to find his mate first and he has no intention of doing that. The omega moon is coming, the time when the moon shows all shifters their fated mates. Ollie works as a bartender and his grandmother has sent him another warning to stay in the night of the omega moon. That plan gets thwarted when a coworker, another omega, needs to stay home with his sick child and Ollie agrees to take his shift. It is a decision that will change his life and lead him to the truth of who and what he really is. Maxim walks into the bar where Ollie is working, desperate to escape the moon and finds himself drawn to Ollie in ways he can’t explain. After a quick romp in a back room, he walks away, unable to deal with the way his wolf feels about Ollie. Leaving the bar that night, he sees Ollie in the moonlight glowing purple. He soon finds out that means that not only is Ollie his mate but is also carrying his child. He tries to make amends with Ollie and get closer and soon a discussion with his grandmother tells Ollie what he needs to know. Soon, he finds himself giving in to Maxim and the two begin their journey to their happily ever after with a few little bumps along the way.

Ollie always receives a card from his grandmother reminding him to stay home during the Omega Full Moon but he can’t say no to help out his coworker who is a single father to a sick child. Maxim needs to find his mate if he wants to take over as Alpha for his pack. He doesn’t want to get hurt again, so he decides to run from the ceremony and hide at the human bar for a few drinks. He is attracted to Ollie the bartender and decides to let his instinct take over and have a brief encounter in the back room. He can’t seem to leave after and is shocked to find him surrounded in a lavender light. What does that mean? The characters are genuine, intense, and fighting inner demons. The storyline contains suspense, mystery, drama, and passion. Great read!

This is a perfect little weekend read. Quick and easy with almost no angst. Maxim takes a bit to be open to the idea of a mate, let alone a human one. His wolf is more than pushy about it though. Ollie is a bit leary of shifters for a good reason. I liked his kind, generous heart; especially with his friend who was a single dad. Ollie’s grandma is a hoot!
MPREG is one of my favorite genres to read. So heartwarming to see these men have babies and expand their loving families.
Funny how they always seem to arrive there.
Take Maxim, the Alpha male heir apparent for his Crimson Cliff pack. He has not had very much luck with finding his omega, which is a requirement as well as a male heir of his own, for being the new pack alpha.
Add Ollie, a half human/ half wolf / all omega, who has an unfortunate family history of his own and is completely unaware of who or what he really is.
Sprinkle various family members who have plans and conditions for them, just not with one another.
During the Omega Moon, Maxim decides to escape the pack lands to avoid finding an omega. Ollie does the unthinkable and help out a friend, despite grandma’s repeated warnings to remain home during the Omega Moon.
Running away isn’t an option as they are incapable to stop the pull to one another.
One quick and dirty romp later, these two are (almost; must read and see) mated for life and things only become more sweet, interesting, and unpredictable.
What began as a quickie morphed into a wonderful couple who grew stronger together, and are quite hilarious. Ollie and Maxim weather many of the familiar pregnant partner and understanding partner antics as any one else.
Get ready to fall in love with them and the cast of characters that we hope to see with continued stories in upcoming books.
