Conn and Faith were a great couple. It was a crazy story right from the start and Conn was a great book boyfriend.
Ella Goode always seems to write such cute holiday stories that I can’t just seem to put down once I start reading.
Oh Snowy Night is the story of a recluse who finds his holiday cheer when the epitome of Christmas shows up on his doorstep.
Conn likes to keep to himself. He believes the only company he needs is that of his dog Bear. He doesn’t celebrate the holidays and doesn’t understand the reasoning why people make a big deal out of just one day. That is until a bombshell shows up on his doorstep with plenty of Christmas cheer for 100 people and is proud to show her off her spirit with her light-up sweaters. He may have thought he needed to be by himself, but now he’s convinced he only thought that because this woman wasn’t in his sights. Now he’s got to convince her to stay and give this grumpy lumberjack a chance to show they belong together.
**I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book**
This was a super quick insta-love, holiday romance. There was some smutty steam, super cuddly pets, a woman on the run and a hunk of a lumberjack.
This was an instant attraction that was a little over the top and chessy mixed with Christmas cheer but it was a great afternoon regardless.
Once again we have a great romance to binge read by the wonderful Ella Goode! I love a secret baby story and this was just what I needed when there was no new releases out. Oliver and Maddie met in a bar, ended up making their secret baby, and left without knowing they were going to find their way back to each other one way or another. I loved that it wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows when our H and h reunited, and it really pulled on my heart strings at times because Oliver didn’t know how to be in a relationship with Maddie at first. Can we acknowledge that Oliver’s sister was also the real hero of the story? I just loved her and everything we got from her character. Great story, HEA, some drama but all great stuff!
I love Ella Goode and this sweet romantic holiday read isn’t any different.
Conn lives out in the woods in a cabin.
Faith is headed for a getaway from her ex boyfriend, who cheated on her with her stepsister. The ex boyfriend is stalking her and her friend tells her about King , who lives in the next town over, who helps women.
Faith has to pee so bad and her phone dies so she finds herself in Conn’s driveway.
There is immediate attraction on both sides. She asks Conn to take her V card and have revenge sex which sets everything off.
Will they sleep together? Fall in love?
Be sure to read this sweet romanctic Christmas read.
