Love the 2nd in the series True to form Nora Robert’s has awesome characters
I love Nora Roberts books. I’ve been waiting on this second book in the Chronicles Of The One. I fell in love with Fallon & her family! I read the book in two evenings, just hated to put it down & go to bed! I’m looking forward to reading the next book & seeing what happens between Fallon & Duncan. I totally recommend this series!
This book is filled with wonderful characters and beautiful passages you will want to read again and again. The audible book is every bit as good as the kindle version. Read or listen, either way you get an excellent story.
A powerful story….a possible future…after the Doom.
Just over a decade after the first book and the babies are growing up, they’re the warriors of the future.
I strongly suggest you read book 1 to get a feel of this story.
This is a pretty dark fantasy, a bit heavy at times but I got comfy and dove in. Great story, wonderful characters, another winner for one of my fave long time authors.
I have to first say I don’t usually read this type of book. The world is ending kind of book. But hey….Nora Roberts! Do I need to say any more? First I will say you need to read book one first. You won’t have the depth and nuances that come from the first book follow you into the second book. It was a great book! I can’t wait for the third story. For it all to come to fruition and see how it all ends!
The old world has ended and a new one has taken its place: full of magick – both light and dark, destruction and despair, courage, survival, strength and heart and simmering underneath it all: hope.
The hope that One would come to fight the dark and keep it at bay.
Fallon Swift, daughter of Max Fallon and Lana Bingham, adopted daughter of Simon Swift, is that hope that so many cling to – if she chooses to be.
Join Fallon Swift during her growing and learning years and watch as she transitions from child to warrior.
Of Blood and Bone, the second book in Nora Roberts, Chronicles of One trilogy, is every bit as enthralling, gut wrenching, heart warming and thrilling as the first book in the series.
The first two chapters alone had my heart in my throat and tears pouring down my face.
This book is an utterly captivating story and I can not wait to read the next book – the epic conclusion to this amazing trilogy.
Highly Recommended.
