This author never disappoints me with her books. Another awesome read by her.
Three college graduates decide to make a week of decadence at Oasis their final hurrah before entering the adult world. They’ll play hard, live hard and party harder but No Boys!
Three equally fun loving guys, ready to embark on a great escape of their own, trip over their tongues when they meet up with our three girls.
Oasis is where the sun is hot, the drinks are cool and the heat just isn’t from the beach. Will it just be a vacation fling for this group or will they find something they can’t take back? Is what happens in Oasis stays in Oasis or is there something more happening here?
I can’t wait to read what happens next in this series.
I thought Oasis was a good story I just couldn’t connect with the characters with how the story was written . Over all this was interesting I just had difficulty how to feel about it , it is a fun read but just something about didn’t really have my fool attention maybe in the future I will come back to it and form a different opinion .
Serena and her girlfriends are off for a tropical vacation to celebrate graduating from college. Blake and his best friends take an annual trip every year to decompress. The girls are going for sun, sand and cocktails with no boys allowed. When sparks fly will this be just a vacation fling or something more?
This was my first DL Gallie read and what a fun one. Serena and her girls were so great and I want to vacation with them. Blake and his buddies are not only hot but truly good guys too. Loved the author’s style she kept me entertained from the beginning. Sweet, easy read. Looking forward to Book 2.
Oasis is a romance that gives you heat, fun and some wonderful characters. A story that will make you feel like you are reading this book while soaking up the sun in a tropical paradise. What was supposed to be a no Boys week for Serena and her friends has that rule left on the beach for the waves to drag back out to the ocean when she meets Blake and his friends. Chemistry with these characters is hotter than the sand on the beach and will have you needing to cool off in the water. Will these couples discover that sometimes summer flings might be so much more.
This book by DL Gallie is a fun, sexy departure from the Liquor Cabinet series. Both types of books are equally enjoyable, but it is nice to see an author spread their wings and try out a different genre. This book is full of sexy banter and situations. The premise is that three friends who are about embark on adult life are headed to a beach resort to kick back and have a man-free vacation. That vow lasts almost through check-in at the airport when they meet three hotties at the airport. The three men are taking a beach vacation instead of their usual camping trip, when they meet the girls. While all of the members pair up, this story is mostly Serena and Blake’s.
The story moves along and as the vacation progresses attractions turn to feelings but who will act on what feelings and will any of the couples remain together? Does what happen at Oasis stay at Oasis or will there be a future for any of the couples? This is the perfect summer read. Grab a drink and hit the cabana.
