The great plot was well written and the characters were so well developed that as I turned each page the chemistry between the characters kept me totally hooked until the very last page!

I read and enjoyed Liam’s book so could not wait to dive into this book and what another super read it was. Owen and Apryl dont really hit it off when they first meet and it does not really get better when she finds out she has to work with him but no matter how big a jerk she thinks he is the attraction between them just keeps getting stronger. I am enjoying this series

This is a wonderful story like the first book of this series. I will make a comment that the book needed more editing. I found several errors in spelling. That did not take away any of the enjoyment of the story though.
Owen Love and his three brothers lost their mother, Liam’s fiance and the other brothers’ girlfriends in a tragic accident involving a drunk cement truck driver little over two years ago. Each of the four brothers handle their loss in a different manner. Owen ditches his CPA job and has been seeking various dangerous sports. His current obsession is BMX racing. Shortly after the tragic accident, the Love patriarch is diagnosed with cancer. He fears for his sons. Before he dies though, he changes his will and leaves a stipulation that they have to marry for true love to get their inheritance.
While at a BMX try out, Owen spies a beautiful redhead and becomes just distracted enough to go from first place to sixth after suffering a fall in his try out. Owen is livid! When he sees the redhead again, he yells at her. I loved that scene. I thought it was hilarious. Well the redhead turns out to be training to become an Olympic triathlete. Several years ago, Apryl Tallon, was involved in a serious accident during the bicycle portion of the triathlon. She overcame the physical injuries but the mental one is an issue. Her coach suggest a temporary coach to help in that area, Owen Love. As these two work on overcoming their initial encounter, a series of intrigue surrounds Apryl.
I felt the plot flowed nicely. The scenes were well written and kept my interest. I liked how the brothers and Cherisa (Liam’s fiancées, from the first book) made appearances in this story. It really gave the story a much more interesting and real feeling to it.
There were some scenes on the sexy side that may offend some. That being said I would only recommend this story to anyone over the age of 18.
I really enjoyed this second book in the series of four and must say, I like this brother the best to date. The main female character just always seemed to get the short end of the stick in her life. She has worked hard to get to where she is and then inexplicable things occur to her. The main male character is wonderfully supportive. The relationship the main male character has with the main female character trumps his daredevil ways. He makes a complete career change for the main female character. Sweet. As with the first book, great familial ties between the four brothers. They are very supportive of each other. The main female character has a couple of strong friendships. Good writing. Good action and adventure.

Owen, one of the Love brothers had been a dare devil since his mother, girlfriend and father passed away. His newest thing was BMX racing. His father’s will stated he had to find true love in order to get his share of the inheritance. While racing he is distracted by a beautiful woman and falls. He blamed her but felt bad afterward and she kept sneaking into his thoughts. Apryl had been just trying to get tips when Owen fell. She was not impressed. A triathlete herself she was training to make the Olympic team. She was having trouble with her biking due to an accident. So her coach hires Owen to help her overcome her fears. Now that they are thrown together, can they overcome their obstacles?
This is a contemporary romance with steamy scenes. The story is well written and the characters are amazing. The narrative and dialogue add a lot to get the reader attached to the characters and their unique personalities. It is an emotional rollercoaster ride as the characters strive to overcome their internal struggles and external obstacles. The storyline is easy to read and full of romance, passion and heat. The thing I like best about this book is how much the characters evolved and the emphasis on family and honour. It is a great contemporary romance and worth the read.

The story of Apryl and Owen is sweet and fun. I enjoyed their story, but again I wish for a little more to the story, it is a little superficial in the story line and could have made more out of bothe the love connection and the conflicts, but all in all I like the caracters and the story!

O is for Owen by Bonnie Vane this is book two in The Love Brothers saga, for me I thought this had a bit more meat to the story then the first book in this series. The Love Brothers have all coped with their loss in different ways. For Owen he has become a man on a mission to do all the highly dangerous sports he can do. Apryl has dreams of the Olympics, so her coach hires the jerk who accused her of causing him to crash. Can these two learn to work together? Or Will they be distracted by their attraction to one another? I recommend this fun and entertaining story. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I liked this second book much better than the first. The Love brothers’ tragedies have affected them all differently. Owen has become a thrill-seeker. Apryl (why can’t it be April?) is trying to make the Olympic team. He is asked by her coach to help with her training. This story has the “mean girl” instead of a psycho stalker so we are left cheering at the way the brothers take care of that problem. I liked these two characters as they seemed more real than Liam and Cherisa. This is definitely a good quick read.
