Samantha Glass is a 20 something (I think) plus-sized nurse that currently lives with her dad and fantasizes about the day her prince charming will come sweep her off her feet. Alexander Laydov is a 42-year-old Russian man that grew up on the wrong side of the tracks and is currently the head of the Russian Bratva. A bullet helps Alexander and Samantha’s paths intersect once again.

I saw the title for this eBook and that it was less than 150 pages and decided to see what it was about. The cover had an attractive sexy plus size female in a naughty nurse uniform and the blurb sounded interesting. I found this eBook humorous, entertaining and a page turner. There was more descriptive writing than dialogue, but at times I did find the dialogue entertaining. Due to my delicate sensibilities, there was a moment of gross out for me during the reading of this novel. I do think one more proofreading of the story would have been a good idea. There were just small details that I thought could have been written differently. For example, the author describes a character has having “oak colored hair.” I was not sure what that color would be—like a brown or grey or a combination thereof? I do believe the author was trying to be body positive with the characters, however, I found it irritating and stereotypical. I think there is more to women than what they eat or how they eat. I did not think the second epilogue added much to the eBook besides pages. Since we were never given Samantha’s age (I do not remember reading or seeing that information), the mention of the ages of their adult children is confusing for me. This eBook ends on an HEA.

I do really enjoy Flora Ferrari’s fast moving love stories.
In this one we have bratva boss Alexander who hasn’t been around his old best friend Virgil for a few years, so hasn’t seen Samantha Virgil’s daughter as a young woman until he walks into the hospital where she’s a nurse & she’s had the hots for him for as long as she’s been for a while.
And it’s another one where their connections is magnitude within minutes.
We see how fast things go from wanting the other all the way to how their lives proceed many, many years later & how large their family is

Samantha is an emergency room nurse and she is stunned when she sees Alexander in the emergency room. Alexander knows who she is as soon as he sees her eyes and knows that she is the woman for him. As soon as he can he leaves the hospital to go tell her father exactly that. However Samantha stops him and tells him that they need to ease into telling her dad. Some secrets are revealed that could change things between them if they let it. Will they be able to move forward? Can her father approve of them being together?

This is a great story that once I started it I couldn’t put it down. The chemistry between them is scorching hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

In this book we meet Samantha Glass & Alexander Lyadov. Samantha is a nurse working in the ER when she goes to get coffee in the lobby since the ER on is broken. She sees a man who has blood all over his white shirt. He reminds her of his father’s friend Alexander but she doesn’t think that it can be him. On look in his eyes and she knows this is the man she has crushed on for years now. Alexander has been shot but doesn’t want to the woman he knows to be his know. So when the doctors patch him up her goes for her. He is determined to tell his friend that he is there to claim his daughter. When he learns of Samantha’s past her will do anything to protect her. Can these two find a HEA or will past hurts make that impossible?

This is another amazing story by this author. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don’t want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I enjoyed this instalove romance of Samantha and Alexander. The moment he sees her at the hospital he knows he will claim her. Samantha is the ER nurse that tends to his wound and recognizes him as her dad’s best friend and the man she’s had a crush on since she was fifteen. I loved the chemistry between these two and his protectiveness of her. I received an arc of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Great story.
When Samantha is working at the hospital she sees a patient who comes in & she realises it’s Alexander her Dad’s best friend who she has fancied for years & he recognises her too. Knowing he has already fallen for her he goes to speak to her dad before he tells her but when he gets to the house she sees him & knows he is about to tell her dad about them but she tells him to wait a bit before telling him. They cannot deny the sexual chemistry between them & can no longer hold back but being conscious of her weight she worries he doesn’t really want her but he proves to her he does. It looks like her dad has figured about what’s going on with them & at first he isn’t happy but then Alexander tells him he really does love her & promises he will treat her like his queen giving her a happy ever after. You can’t help but smile reading this book especially the end with their children.

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I enjoyed this story about Samantha and Alexander. She’s a nurse and he’s in the Bratva. He’s attacked by several men and shot, so he heads to the ER. Samantha spots him and think he looks like her dad’s friend. Turns out it is. She’s crushed on him for a while, but her insecurities are serious. But true love prevails and the have a truly wonderful HEA.

This one was a really great short read. Insta heat and I just love reading about these strong alpha males who love their curvy ladies with such passion. Nobody writes hot alpha men like Flora Ferrari. I love all of her books. Go and read them all, you wont be disappointed.

This May December romance is full of hot action! It’s well-written and the characters are great as well. I really enjoyed the hot quickie.

I really enjoy reading Flora Ferrari’s books, even though I’m not a mafia fan. Samantha and Alexander are interesting,well-developed characters with chemistry. The story is interesting, well-written with a happily ever after. I especially like the extended epilogues. In addition to receiving an arc, I purchased the book for my collection.
