Praise for NOTHING MORE TO LOSE:
“I was profoundly moved by this book in a way that I haven’t often been moved by a romance novel. It speaks of redemption, forgiveness and the transcendent healing power of love. I know that I will be reading this one again. All About Romance
“Once in a while a book grabs you so much that you can’t think of anything else. You want to finish it because it’s so good, yet if you do the characters will be out of your life. This book is an amazing story for anyone who has been touched by the 9/11 tragedy and how life is too precious to waste.” Christine Pearson

i loved this book except i felt she could have eliminated the curse words, it just ruins a good story
Sex, sex, sex. Yuk!
I didn’t like this book as much as I have liked other books by Kathryn Shay. The conflict in the plot was unnecessary and didn’t seem logical.
eNJOYABLE READ.
Great book!
Who doesn’t love a well written story of survival and overcoming life changing event? The hero is truly that. A real hero who will bring tears to your eyes. His physical trials are insightful and humbling. This book is a wonderfully written book of how love does conquer all. Read it then order more Kathryn Shay books.

Am enjoyable read by a fantastic author
It was great.
Loved this book and every book written by Kathryn Shay!
Shay is a great story teller. I do skip over the more racy scene’s. But other than that, your in for a story that’ll grab you from the start.
I love Shay! This one seemed shorter than others. Not a lot of twists, but an enjoyable read none the less!
Kathryn Shay’s books keep you reading fast to see the outcome.
To many converging players.
It was nice to see a real hero overcoming, adapting and living. Life is about more than just survival and this book really brings that home.
The overlapping stories really are a wonderful bonus, also.
This book is about two guys who don’t think they deserve the women who love them. One guy,Ian, was a firefighter who was hurt on the job and is now in a wheelchair. He feels like he has nothing to give to anyone. He learns that he can still contribute to his fellow firefighters by teaching them what he knows. Lisel, who loves Ian, doesn’t give up on him!
The second guy, Rick, has not had a stable life growing up. On top of that,he has made some bad choices. Because of the bad choices, he is no longer a police officer and has to do community service. Faith is a teacher and Rick has to do community service in her classroom. She falls for Rick but her dad is a preacher and he doesn’t feel that he deserves her love and pushes her away.
Did I mention that Rick is also doing security to try to keep Liesel safe from her stalker?
I have read several of Katherine Shay’s Hidden Cove Firefighter Series. I love the character’s and the great storylines!
Great read. Nice moving and great characters
Love this how characters from previous books showed up. Not necessary to have read the books in order but does help the back story!
