Georgie broke up with Xan Valentine, the lead singer for the rock band Killer Valentine, the guy that Rolling Stone calls “sex incarnate.” The magazine isn’t wrong, but they don’t know the half of it. He’s the alpha-est male who ever walked onto a stage or into a bedroom and might be crazy, and Georgie is definitely in love with him. Plus, he hired her ex-boyfriend, her first “real” boyfriend, to … boyfriend, to play in the band, and now she’s stuck between them.
So she tried to leave. That’s what any sane girl would do.
And just as she feared, the Russian mafia kidnapped her.
She prays that Xan won’t try to rescue her because they said they’ll kill him. But she knows he will, even if it costs him everything.
The nail-biting conclusion to the Billionaires in Disguise: Georgie and Xan series, Nothing Else Matters explores the depths of the heart and the healing power of love.
INCLUDES: Two bonus Georgie and Xan epilogues, “Dream On” and “Keep Dreaming,” plus Notes from Blair Babylon about the writing and influences of the Georgie/Xan series.

Couldn’t stop reading until I read all of the books in this series.

And we now have the next story of Xan Valentine and Georgie. I love this couple they have been through so much and in this story its a living a hell for them. Georgie has finally been kidnapped by the Russians. Do you think Xan /Alex / Alexandre will leave it be? Nope he won’t. Adrien and Alex
and a few others are off to save the day if they can. Alexandre will lose many things close to him in this fight. Anything that could go wrong does and many things will transpire that will take this couple to the next level. A wedding of a dear friend stirs emotions in Alexandre / Xan he didn’t realize he was missing. Can Xan talk Georgie into not leaving him?
She still has plans to go to Atlanta even after all that has happened but Alexandre will need her now more ever.
Because I have read the previous books in this story this book was very emotional for me. My heart bled for Alexandre and the life he has had.
Absolutely loved this book.
I wrote this review in October 2015.
No more cliffhangers for Georgie and Xan but I hope this isn’t the last we hear of them.
I’ve had a hard time writing this review. I think there are many reasons for that and a couple of them are: I love this serial so much and didn’t want to see it end; there are some really mind boggling things that happen in this episode and I’m having a hard time sorting things out in my mind. I finished reading this book more than a week ago and still feel overwhelmed by it all – in a good way.
Reading this series has been worth every cliffhanger as Blair Babylon delivers a fantastic story. When Georgie was kidnapped at the end of episode three I wondered how Blair could possibly finish this series with only one more book. Well, the way she did it was by writing an epic story over 350 printed pages long.
As the book blurb says, Georgie didn’t want Xan to try to find her because Tatiana Butorin, the Russian who kidnapped her, has threatened to kill him if he does. Of course, that doesn’t stop Xan. This part of the story is heartbreaking and I couldn’t believe what I was reading; I just couldn’t wrap my mind around it. I’m not putting in any spoilers; you’ll have to read it for yourself. All this happened in just the first 10% of the book!
This story left me with a book hangover for days. All I can say is: Blair Babylon is a master storyteller. The way she has connected the characters in her BID: Rae, BID: Lizzy and BID/RID: Georgie and Xan series is incredible and yet each of them can be read independently of the others.
It’s been a wild ride with Georgie and Xan, Ms. Babylon. I’m not sure that you can ever top the Georgie and Xan stories but I can’t wait until your next book/series comes out so I can find out. Thank you for many wonderful hours of reading enjoyment.
I received an early copy of this book from the author for review but I also pre-ordered my own copy.
Nothing Else Matters is a beautifully outstanding conclusion to this masterfully written series that follows the tumultuous journey of Xan and Georgie. There is nothing easy or calm about any step throughout this astounding series. Their pain will become your own and their heartache will threaten to overtake all of your senses. When you emerge at the end, you will not be the same, but you will be so much better for it. This is truly an inspiring and magnificent work of art!
Georgie finds her worst fears finally coming true. She is staring at her worst nightmare in its cold, dark eyes, and she finds herself somewhat calm knowing that she has tried to do all she can to right a terrible wrong. Her last wish at keeping Xan safe has been gratefully fulfilled, and she can’t ask for anything else. Her dreams and wishes never mattered, and she won’t let them interfere now. All she ask is that no one will walk into the crosshairs to try and save her. She isn’t worth saving, and she can’t live with the blood of another on her hands. Will the end come on the wings of swift justice or will it tarry long enough to cause one more last complication?
Watching Xan and Georgie slowly but surely discover the courage, the power, and the motivation to reclaim their life is beyond anything that I could have ever imagined. These astounding characters will shred your heart and encourage your soul as you watch their individual struggles and their inspiring journey to pull the other from their own quicksand while trying to survive in a world filled with sharp pain, unforgiving suffering, and harsh judgment. Nothing worth accomplishing is ever easy or pain-free. When survival and happiness are on the line, only a miracle and perhaps an angel can pull you back from the edge of darkness and begin to mend a fractured soul.
Blair Babylon has proven that without a doubt she has the literary mastery and the incredible heart to write a story that will touch even the darkest recesses of the soul while shattering any literary boundaries that exist in your mind. After reading this marvelous story, I am confident that there is absolutely nothing that she can’t accomplish on paper. Her genius is a breathtakingly extraordinary gift to experience, and I hope that no one misses out on it! This is a journey that should be read and cherished by all who understand the power and the importance of the written word.
“The nail-biting conclusion to the Billionaires in Disguise: Georgie and Xan series, Nothing Else Matters explores the depths of the heart and the healing power of love.”
As the last book in the story of Xan and Georgie, we pick up right where the last book left off. Georgie and Xan broke up and then she was kidnapped right in front of his eyes by the Russia Mafia. And, even though she is totally in love with him, she hopes he will not try to come after her. Tatiana has already threatened to kill him if he tries to interfere.
But of course, being in love with her as well, Xan/Alex/Alexandre cancels the concert they were getting ready to play and chases after her, with a few of his men and Peyton. He knows that he could be throwing everything away that he has worked years for. We’ve all known for a while that Blair was coming to the end of the story for Xan and Georgie. I just didn’t realize how heartbroken I would end up being throughout the story.
We finally get to see Wulf and Rae have their huge religious ceremony and we know that their little one is still hanging in. We also get to see a little bit of Lizzy and Theo, and find out where things are headed for them. I know that there will be other stories involving some of our current secondary characters, so I hope that we will see more from Wulf and Rae, along with Xan and Georgie.
I would definitely recommend ALL of Blair’s books in the Devilhouse (Billionaires in Disguise) and Rock Stars in Disguise Series. If you haven’t read any of them, you really need to get on the bandwagon, especially since the first ones in Rae, Lizzy and Georgie/Xan are free.
**Complimentary Copy provided by Author for an honest review, but I also purchased the book, it’s that good!**
I have enjoyed all the books in this series. I think I may have to start at the beginning of the whole series. Thanks for a good read.
