#1 BEST SELLER IN HUMOROUS FICTION!
Gemma Summers is unlucky in love.
She’s known it since third grade, when her first crush blew a spitball into her hair, and a decade-long string of bad dates, boring sex, and abysmal morning-afters has done nothing to improve her prospects.
But when a random radio call-in contest lands her courtside tickets to the hottest playoff game of the season, Gemma’s … playoff game of the season, Gemma’s luck may finally be on the upswing — even if it doesn’t exactly seem like it when the dreaded jumbotron kiss-cam lands on her and her date, who’s too busy ignoring her to notice…
Chase Croft doesn’t date.
Despite ample opportunity as Boston’s most eligible bachelor, the reformed bad-boy would rather put his energy into taking over the family business than weed through a world of gold-diggers to find an honest woman.
But when the beautiful girl in the seat next to him becomes a courtside spectacle at the hands of her loser boyfriend, he can’t help but step in and save the day.
One kiss. Two strangers. No strings attached.
The only problem is, Chase is used to getting whatever he wants. And after kissing Gemma once, he knows one thing…
He wants more.
NOT YOU IT’S ME is a full-length, standalone contemporary romance about a girl who doesn’t believe in love… and the man who changes her mind. Due to sexy-times and strong language, it is intended for readers 17 and up.

I LOVED this story. Seriously! It was cute in the best way possible. Even though I read it yesterday, It still makes me smile.
For the most part, I liked Gemma. I laughed at her antics, especially in the first chapter. But there was one point that I thought she was dumb. It was just once and Chase still cared for her so it didn’t affect my enjoyment of this book. And Chase. What a fantastic man! He was determined to run the company and make his family proud but I felt sorry for him because of his painful past.
Overall, I really enjoyed Not You It’s Me, I laughed a lot and even teared up a few times. So for anyone wanting an easy read that will make you chuckle then I highly recommend it.
It was entertaining. I just wasn’t invested in the characters. Not really sure why. It’s a good book though.
Oh man. I really have no idea how to review this book. It had some great pros, but also had cons. So I guess I’ll start with the pros. I loved the characters. Both of them had their issues and even though it was only in the heroines POV, I still was able to feel the emotions come off of Chase. I would have loved his POV at some parts because I think it would have rounded out the story, but even with out it it wasn’t bad. There was an epic action scene also. I loved it. The author really bright out that heart pounding feeling that I look for. The secondary characters were great. They added humor to the story and helped both the main characters in more ways then one.
The cons. It’s hard to do it without spoilers but I’ll do my best. I don’t like the fact that both of their jobs, which are paramount parts of the story in a way we’re pretty much thrown to the wayside. When it comes to Chase, his job, taking over as CEO was one of the factors that made the villain worse. Gemma loved her art, but we never got to see that part of her which I did not like. I wanted to see her in that Element, or Chase being able to see her art and falling in love with it. Another thing was once everything (the mystery, suspense aspect) was over, it seem like the book ended right away. I didn’t feel complete closure. There were also other little things that drug the story down for me but the two things I mentioned were the huge ones for me. I would be willing to read the next book in the series because they have me intrigued when it comes to Phoebe. 3 stars #2OCCJD
All I could say throughout the whole book was “I want to be Gemma, I want to be Gemma, I want to be Gemma”! Great story line and characters. It was hard putting the book down!
I loved the characters so much! Loved the ending even though I hated it to end.
I liked the book it was funny entertaining witty and didn’t lag and drag on like some books. But it was for me another one of those books that I really enjoyed reading & listening (audio version is good as well) to at the time but it didn’t have that lasting impact to stay with me where I run to my friends and say OMG I’m going to remember this forever, you HAVE to read it. But it really was a pretty good book. I usually read/listen 25-30 books a month or more so it’s hard to find ones that have the lasting IT factor for me.
A real page turner. Enjoyed the book.
Very strong characters who inspired reader to persevere in my own life. Very interesting and held my attention
This was a great read. Original and fun! I laughed out loud a few times. Definitely worth a read!
not much sex, but a good romance with plenty of drama and humor
I liked it, the book was a different kind of read for me….I really liked it, happily ever after!
I wasn’t to sure I would like this in the beginning, but it ended up being good. While the situations were really unrealistic, sometimes it’s still okay to just get lost in a love story.
I liked this book, but felt the ending was a little rushed.
A good beach read. These characters keep your interest. Who doesn’t like a good happily ever after ?
This book was pretty good. The proof reading could have been better as I found several missed letters and grammatical mistakes but other than that a pretty good read.
Enjoyed it! Will probably buy more from this author.
Crazy, zany, fun loving characters made this book fun to read.
It was a fun read
Enjoyed reading the book. Lots of twists and turns.
So, I grew up outside of Boston. The book brought back lots of memories, especially Celtic games in the Gahhden. Fun read. Try it, you’ll like it. Amazingly naive character meets Mr. Worldly for some interesting opportunities.
