Being a princess doesn’t matter, Not if I don’t value all life. As my sister drags me out to another festivalContinuing her hunt for a husband,I find myself drawn to an injured stranger. Funny that I barely noticed anything besides his injury. Because once I really started to pay attention to himI started to see what other people saw. A gorgeous stranger with startling green eyesAnd a heart that … stranger with startling green eyes
And a heart that is as soft as my own.
But will it be a deal breaker when he finds out
I’m not fully human?

This story introduces to the Dragons of the Northern Realm. Where a princess find a hurt man and proceeds to heal him. We learn about human shape shifters that cause damage to themselves every time they shift. How they are trying to destroy the shifters of the world, but don’t stand a chance against dragon shifters. The first alliance between shifters will be Marcus and Princess Paola. It’s an okay read, but I didn’t really get into the characters. Paola is not a very smart princess and has no real depth of character. Marcus is alpha, lets kill em and get it done.
