New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Melody Anne continues her sizzling and heartfelt series about billionaire Joseph Anderson’s long-lost nephews.
Salt-of-the-earth navy veteran Noah Anderson is just starting to understand what it means to be exceedingly wealthy. Since he and his four brothers received a huge payout from their long-lost billionaire uncle, they’ve been hard at work … uncle, they’ve been hard at work building a new veterans center—and hard at play with the lovely ladies in their lives.
Noah, in charge of designing the center, has been mostly focused on work. However, coarchitect Sarah Jennings commands more of his attention all the time. Sparks fly whenever they’re together, but she’s wary—even afraid—of love, and Noah isn’t the biggest fan of commitment.
When they reach a creative roadblock, Noah and Sarah decide to jet across the United States and study the buildings that most influence them. The trip quickly inspires more than just a love of architecture, and with a little help from Uncle Joseph, the reluctant couple gets ever closer to discovering what they’re really looking for.

Noah is one of the Anderson brothers who didn’t know he was related to the billionaire Joseph Anderson until just recently when Joseph made them all millionaires and now the brothers are working together to build a new Veteran’s Center. Noah, along with Sarah Jennings, the co-architect, have a past but after a car accident in which Noah was driving left Sarah injured Noah ran and they decided to not see each other any longer. That is what I surmised at the beginning of the book, it was pretty glossed over with little explanation. Sarah now doesn’t want to work on this project but Joseph is not taking no for an answer and no one tells Joseph no. Sarah and Noah have spectacular chemistry and even though they try to deny it, they cannot and it keeps creeping up on them. Will they be able to work together or not?
Two stubborn, but lovable characters with intense chemistry! I was literally hooked from the first page and had to force myself to only read so long each night so I could sleep. This is the second book in the Anderson Billionaires series and I absolutely love Joseph and his meddling ways! Noah and Sarah have a past that keeps coming back to haunt them, but how long can they fight the inevitable while trying to finish the project that could make/break both of their careers? I immediately bought the next book and can’t wait for more in this series!
I don’t know what it was with Noah and Sarah, but they did not hold my interest at all. The steamy scenes were boring. I was more interested in what was going on with Noah’s brothers, Crew and Hudson.
I felt no chemistry between them, and to be honest, I just didn’t care if they worked out or not. I tried to read the book. Then I switched over to the audio book. That was worse. My mind drifted through entire parts of a chapter. The narration did not hold my attention at all. I have never had that experience with a Melody Anne book.
I would recommend you read the book and judge for yourself.
I thought this one was just okay. I love the books this author publishes though I haven’t had time to read anything by her in a while. This one fell a little flat for me. The excitement wasn’t there. The characters didn’t capture me and hold on. It started out in a way I thought had so much potential, but then it just didn’t hold all of my attention the way her books usually do. I really wanted something spectacular to happen but with the way Sarah’s character was so repetitious and Noah was the only one holding up the story and not that well, I honestly looked forward to simply finding out how it ended. I liked the beginning and the end, but I thought the middle just wasn’t as up to par as I expected from one of this author’s novels.
Good read but a little bit long.
You can’t go wrong reading anything Melody Anne does. Could not put it down
Noah by Melody Anne is book Two in the Anderson Billionaires Series. This is the story of Sarah Jennings and Noah Anderson. I have read the previous book which did add to my enjoyment of this one, but I did feel you could make this a standalone book. Noah and his brother inherited a lot of money which they are using some of it toward a veterans center. Noah and Sarah are working together on the project but they are in a friends with benefit relationship too. Both have commitment issues along with other personal issues that hold them back from being more. There isn’t much drama in their story. Joseph our matchmaker has his work cut out for him. Enjoyed their story.
I was a little disappointed at the lack of drama in this story. Every time I expected something big to happen, it just kind of faded away. The story is a good one with two determined characters and I think it could have been even better with a few more surprises.
This is the next in the series of Anderson siblings who find themselves with $$ and possibilities from an uncle and family that they did not know growing up without a father. Each one of them is being pushed into a relationship by that meddling uncle and sometimes it’s pretty fun to see what happens! You’ll always get the HEA you expect!
I received an ARC from the publisher through NetGalley for an honest and unbiased review. No compensation was promised or provided for the review.
Noah is Book 2 in Melody Anne’s Anderson Billionaires series. I really enjoyed the first book so I couldn’t wait to dig in. Very well written but I struggled to connect with the characters. I felt like I was being told their story rather than the story coming to life and pulling me in. With that said though, I did enjoy revisiting with past characters in the series!
Really enjoyed this sexy, fun and action packed romantic adventure filled with engaging charters, witty dialog, heart racing twists, well intentioned family and undeniable passion. A great read overall and highly entertaining journey.
Tough one to review. I did enjoy it. It’s a fun easy read that brings me all the joy the rest of the Anderson stories have. The problem I had was the connection, or lack of connection I felt between Noah and Sarah. Still reading this book was an entertaining way of spending a relaxing afternoon so based on that I would recommend.

I had a hard time staying interested in this book.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC from NetGalley.
What a back and forth story! Sarah and Noah meet in the last book and their explosive accident happens at the end of it as well. Throughout this book, it seems that it’s mostly Sarah going back and forth on her feelings and actions towards Noah, although at the end he does his share of running away from his feelings as well. I definitely felt frustrated throughout this book because I just wanted to shake these two and get them to be honest with each other and be together. The focus of the book was their continued push and pull and while some of that is ok, I felt like it was the focus of the entire book and really pulled me away from enjoying it as much as I typically do the Anderson books in the past. I’m interested to see what happens next with the next brother and the last of Sarah’s friend group in Chloe with her being as reluctant to a relationship as Sarah was.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
Joseph strikes again! This time his new found nephew Noah and Sarah were his target. In his own special way Joseph navigates these two right into each other. Although it was a bumpy path wrought with many disappointments. Since neither Sarah or Noah had ever wanted the happily ever after things weren’t easy. But if everything was good all the time, then how would you truly understand or appreciate it. After many disappointing starts it looks like things are finally on the right path and things fall apart for the final time or will these two finally admit they were made for each other and live happily ever after.
If it’s worth having its going to take work.
3.5 stars
Noah is a former Navy man and is now an architect and also the long lost relative of the famous Joseph Anderson. Sarah has just graduated from architect school and is hired to help build a Veteran facility with Noah. Noah likes his bachelor life until he meets Sarah. He wants more than a fling with her but can she let her walls down and let Noah in?
Now I’ll be honest, I wanted to slap the crap out of Sarah. She would pull Noah in with one hand and push him away with the other. Then when he finally has Sarah where he wants her, he pulls back and breaks up with her. I really don’t know what to say, I enjoyed the story and there are sexy scenes.
* Voluntarily read and reviewed this for NetGalley *
I couldn’t really get into Noah and Sarah’s story. First, the beginning of the story seemed out of place. There was nothing leading up to it and it almost seemed like a part of their story that belonged later on in the book.
Second, Sarah was almost annoying in how hard she fought against wanting to be with Noah. And I have no idea how Noah stuck around as long as he did. He seemed to know what he wanted but she was so wishy washy.
Of course this is a romance but the story that went along with it was not enough to keep me interested.
3 stars.
Noah and his brothers never expected to become instant billionaires but that’s exactly what happened when they found out they are related to Joseph Anderson, having come into wealth they decide to put the money to good use and build a new veterans centre because after all that’s something that close to their hearts. To get the project off the ground Noah needs to work closely with a fellow designer Sarai Jennings, could Joseph Anderson be up to his old tricks and matchmaking once again……
Sarah and Noah become close as they try to come up with a design that works for the centre and durning that time feelings bubble to the surface but this couple is not ready for a relationship and they spend a fair bit of the time fighting the attraction and the chemistry they both share for each other. Has Joseph once again found the perfect match ?
I love catching up with the Andersons and their extended family and friends and I enjoyed this entertaining read. Good addition to he needs Anderson Billionaires Series.
A very cute read about two people who seem to be total opposites aren’t that different from each other. Sarah is a new architect fresh out of college and is hired by The Anderson family to help with a huge project for vets. Noah is part of the Anderson family, ex military, who works hard. He hardly takes time off for just relaxation and he expects this project to be the very best it can be. Sarah doesn’t seem like she can see eye to eye with Noah but their issues lie that they are both hardworking and expect perfection, but they are trying so hard to fight their attraction to each other. Fate seems to step in and give them a helping hand by sending them on small adventures so they can see other buildings and compare their project to them. These adventures bring them closer together and the tension just keeps building until they can not stay away from each other much longer, but can they set aside their pride long enough to make it last or will they have to walk away?
Noah isn’t my first read from Melody Anne, however, it is not my favorite. I struggled to connect with the characters from the start.
Noah and Sarah have somewhat of a friends with benefits relationship at the start of this story, neither of them willing to take it beyond that. Then the accident happens and things change for them both. They continued to work together and Noah did what he could to prove to Sarah that they can be together, that there is something between them.
While I struggled with connecting to the characters, there is no denying that they did have chemistry. Plus, I do love Joseph Anderson and all his meddling ways.
Noah and Sarah’s story just wasn’t for me, but we’ll see what the future holds for the rest of the Anderson brothers.
Love, life and laughter make for an irresistible romance. Melody Anne continues to speak to the heart as only she can. Noah and Sarah put emotions on notice, that their story will run away with your heart. It’s been eight years, and multiple heartaches later, I remember why those captivating Andersons had me at hello. They prove that if a heart truly believes, love just may have the strength to conquer all.
