Libby is trying to keep from losing her ranch, the only home she’s ever known. She wants nothing to do with Holt, and has no intention of saling her land.
I have read every book in the “Heroes of Heart’s Edge” series and have loved everyone of them. This is Holt and Libby’s story. It was well-written with wonderful characters and an interesting storyline. Holt is one sexy alpha male who has definitely met his match in Libby. Libby is a strong sassy heroine who doesn’t back down from anyone and has a secret that she trying to keep hidden. These two were great together and had intense chemistry. The story had great secondary characters, plenty of drama, secrets, mystery, suspense, mayhem, emotions, romance, love and steam. Highly recommend!

Good romance full of twists
4.5
Excellent simple romance at times, but full of twists and turns. The story mixes an enemy / lover romance with criminal threats. I really liked these characters: Libby who is extremely stubborn, tough, but at the same time touching enough to protect her heritage, and Holt, who often says that he is not a white knight in front of a obstinate Libby, but who nevertheless intervenes regularly to protect her, even against his own interests.
Holt requests to buy Libby’s property which has a ranch. He comes back from New York and has an extremely bad reputation as a playboy and that, since his childhood, because he comes from their small town. When Libby discovers that her sister, under pressure from her boyfriend, wants to sell the property and that she called Holt, Libby goes into defense mode. Holt tries to find solutions that would be right for everyone, but libby is stubborn, and for good reason : she protects the secret that her father hid on the property. However, this secret is misunderstood by a criminal group and threats and incidents multiply around Libby, bringing Holt closer to this woman who at the same time annoys him and seduces him.

Liberty is struggling to save her family ranch and is drowning in debt in the process. Colt need to but part of her land in order to build a mall. This playboy has certainly met his match with this sassy girl and the chemistry between them is undeniable. This is a beautifully written tale which is filled with secrets, suspense, mystery, drama, witty banter, which all leads to an all-consuming and steamy read. I was totally hooked and intrigued throughout, and I highly recommend for all readers.
Loved the H and really liked the h. I loved that the H made mistakes, owned up to them and was doing everything he could to make things right and help, to become a better person. I liked the h, but her pride definitely got the best of her at times, which got to me. She’d rather go broke and lose everything, even have her horses be one homeless, than accept any ‘help’ or compromise. I don’t get people like that. Holt was constantly helping her, bending over backwards and showing how he felt- it took her a bit to do the same. I’m happy he got his HEA and that she realized how incredible he is and became a true partner to him. The sister, ugh, didn’t like her and I don’t think I’ll ever like her. She’s terrible through the entire book, does one tiny thing to help at the end and suddenly everything is right as rain with them. I’ll definitely keep reading this series, I just wish sometimes certain characters truly paid for the hurt and harm they’ve caused.

It was good to return to Heart’s Edge. Another good story with good characters, if long.
The author has brought back some of our favorite people from Heart’s Edge as well as introducing us to new people. The story pulls you in and never lets go. This book has it all: lust/love, suspense, action and danger.

Holt and Libby burn hot like the stars in Super Nova style
No White Knight (Hero’s of Heart’s Edge Book 6) by Nicole Snow is a well written and spectacular combustion in Heart’s Edge featuring characters that will MELT your kindle or just plain set it ablaze and a plot that will incite urgency to keep the pages turning.
As with every Nicole Snow book, I’ve read, her characters are exceptional! Holt and Libby are no exception as they play off one another, first as a sort of one-sided enemies to reluctantly banding together. It’s safe to say the chemistry is this book is off the charts hot, no holds barred and raw. Libby is not the sweet rancher’s daughter. She’s totally tough and self reliant. There’s a gooey inside though, she just shows is with her snarky attitude and fighting words which Holt figures out quickly. Holt on the other hand, does a one-eighty, becoming a one woman man, doing whatever he can to make Libby’s life easer and problems his. Bonus, Holt is all growly alpha perfection with a dominant streak that Libby matches and challenges to create the sparks that ignites a wildfire every time they touch.
This plot is thick and mysterious in true Heart’s Edge style. Just because Galentron is kaput doesn’t mean trouble doesn’t find Heart’s Edge anymore! Trouble comes back with a vengeance and Holt, along with Libby’s stubborn pride and all of Heart’s Edge’s heros put that trouble and all it’s cronies in their place making all kinds of wonderful possibilities.
Overall, Nicole Snow delivers a fantastic, thrilling and thoroughly entertaining read with wonderful characters (new and old) and a beautifully sweet, surprising and fulfilling HEA for Holt and Libby.
I read an ARC of this book and voluntarily share my review.
After reading and absolutely loving “No Fair Lady” I didn’t think Nicole Snow could totally top that, but she brought out “No White Knight”! I shouldn’t have been surprised thow, she is absolutely brilliant writer and author!! But OMG!! This book is spectacular! Nicole Snow has a way of writing that brings you into the middle of the drama of the story! The story flows perfectly and is thrilling with well developed characters and some fantastic secondary characters too! Has lots of action, drama, chemistry and romance which helps to propel this story to another level! Bring on the next book, can’t wait to get my hands on it. I love this author and she is totally in my top 5 favourite all time authors who’s books absolutely love to read. Every time!! You need this book in your library and on your TBR list today. Happy reading everyone!!!

Nicole Snow delivers another winning read that hooked me from the very first page. Libby and Holt had me snickering one moment and fanning myself in the next. The action begins immediately and follows through clear to the end. This is an absolute must read!
Holt is a bad boy heartbreaker that rolls into Hearts Edge in his fancy car and money. Libby ( Liberty) is one sassy woman that is trying to hold onto her family ranch from being sold. In this book you get a great enemies to lovers small town romance packed with secrets, drama, lies and a whole lot more. This town of Hearts Edge is known for bringing people together which means that Holt and Libby is another couple that bit dust when it comes to finding romance in this small town. Can’t to read the next book in this Hearts Edge series.

In Heart’s Edge, the heroes are sometimes unwilling but always bada$$. Here they fall hard and fast. As with the other books in this world, there are some action and suspense with Holt the protective man stepping up to do the right thing by Libby. If you are perhaps a bit tired of the old Galentron backstory, don’t fret, as this book has a brand new villain and mystery to be solved.
Libby is a strong female lead; fighting to keep her farm and horses. I loved her personality from the start- she is a real firecracker with the softest, loneliest heart very afraid of putting her trust in Holt. Holt is the smooth talking heart-breaker; back in town for his own redemption. The characters are well developed with the backstory of each fleshed out enough so that their actions in the here and now makes sense and are not just a plot ploy. You will meet some couples and characters from previous books – but this book can totally stand on its own.
I really appreciate the way the author plays with words, descriptions and underlying themes in her books. No White Knight is no exception. The prose is eloquent and the astrology theme pulls a thread of silver through the writing that is mesmerising.
A well written gem of a book with both heat and heart.

When Holt first returns to Heart’s Edge, he tried to ensure we wouldn’t like him – he had been a cad, a rake, a man only out for himself. In “No White Knight” we get to see the real Holt, the brother and man he never had a reason to be, until now. The real Holt was Libby’s White Knight, protecting her from unknown dangers, and from her own dark musings from the past.
To say that Holt and Libby had great chemistry is an understatement. Their passionate, frenzied encounters leapt off the page keeping the reader enthralled and Intrigued about what could possibly come next. Libby had a certain style of bravado that never seemed to soften until one started to wonder how much was real and how much was just protecting her fragile heart.
I loved how Holt let Libby bluster all she needed to and still made it clear he wasn’t going anywhere. I found the mystery of this story to be a unique plot line, although the importance of it to Libby and the story trickled out a little on slow side without many new clues or bits of evidence being revealed in a timely manner. I like a story that has me testing my own theories and still be guessing until the end, and “No White Knight” does not disappoint in this regard.
This book was a great addition to the Heart’s Edge series. I am hoping there is another story still to be told of Felicity and the sheriff.

I love the Heart’s Edge series! That little town has been through its share of trouble, that’s for sure. Holt won my loyalty through his sweet romance with Libby. She was a firecracker that put him through his paces to win in the end. So enjoyed their story. I’m hopeful for more. Alaska has piked my curiosity! And Felicity NEEDS a story! Please!?!?!
He’s no white knight.
Libby is smart and strong-willed. She has to be to put up with all the fools who either want her to sell her land or to buy her land to develop it for a mall and a road.
Holt is much older and rolls up into town and tries to buy part of Libby’s ranch.
What I liked? How well crafted this enemies to more read was. It flows, fast paced and with a dash of secrets and a touch of suspense all rolled up in snappy banter and sparks.
So while Holt is no white knight, he might just be the one for Libby.
Highly recommend.
Nicole Snow has given us another enjoyable book with terrific characters. The story line was great and the book had a good flow to it. I am eagerly awaiting the next one.

Sleepy Heart’s Edge-just when you think the action is over, you find out there’s more to come! This story features Blake Silverton’s half-brother Holt and Libby Potter. We meet Holt in No Damaged Goods-he’s returned from New York, back to his roots, to make amends and find redemption. In this book, we get more of Holt’s backstory. Far more interesting, though, is Libby Potter and her ranch. Secrets abound, and Libby has no idea who to trust-her sister Sierra is a likely ally, but Sierra brings her sleazy boyfriend Declan as well as Holt to her door. Good thing Libby is fiery, strong, and aggressive, because she’s going to need all those qualities if she’s going to save her family’s ranch and her father’s secret. I loved Libby’s straightforward, no-nonsense attitude towards Holt, and Holt’s enjoyment of every second in Libby’s company, even if she’s prickly. Holt does a fantastic job of deliberately acting with integrity, making Libby and the town folk see him with different eyes. Libby learns to lean on and trust Holt, and it’s this trust that gets her through the action-packed ending that I’ve come to expect with these Heart’s Edge stories. A long, satisfying read.

He is an alpha male who comes back home to try and save his business by building a mall. But he needs part of her land for the right away to the mall. She is a feisty, stubborn female who is not going to sell no matter what. Even though her family wants her to for devious reasons. She has a problem on her farm that is dangerous. They have an attraction for each other but too much in the way. Intrigue, danger, twists and turns, emotional situations, suspense and so much more. Very much recommended. I received a review copy and voluntarily review it.
Holt is sexy, complicated and in need of redemption. Libby is tough, tough, tough and just awesome. Their story has lots of secrets, danger, humor and steamy scenes. I loved their romance and getting to read about the characters from the previous books as well. Fabulous series!!!
We got to meet Holt a few books ago in the series. I thought he couldn’t be trusted but proved there’s more to him than we realized. He’s trying to be a better man. But he makes Libby, a local ranch owner, madder than a wet hen! She’s a force to be reckoned with and she’s a force to be reckoned with . Libby and Holt are like oil and water but there’s an underlying spark that ready to combust! There are nefarious things going on and Holt will do whatever he can to protect Libby. Love how all the hero’s of Hearts Edge also come to the rescue to help!! Nicole you are an amazing author. This series is one of my all time favorites! You outdo the last book every time!
