Well 3.75 but can’t do that. Really enjoyed this book
Luci Kincaid is back with Sean and his brother Krane being kidnap. This is only 140 pages but a page turner for sure.
Allison Brennan has done it again and has delivered an incredible Lucy Kincaid novella. No Way Out was a real page turner and I loved every page. Allison Brennan has once again proven that she is a master storyteller. No Way Out is the story about Kane Rogan and Siobahn Walsh’s wedding. Sean, Lucy and Siobahn’s sister, Andie are the only invited guests to the wedding. But before the wedding can take place, Felipe Juarez hires men to kidnap Kane and Sean, in retribution for Kane assisting Siobahn when she rescued Felipe’s daughter, Hestia and prevented her from marrying a much older man nine years ago, which caused Felipe to lose respect among his business partner. Juarez discovered that Siobahn attended Hestia’s college graduation, and now Felipe wants her back. Lucy notifies Rick Stockton of the kidnapping and Juarez’s involvement, and he sends in the troops to help Lucy find Kane and Sean before it is too late. Fortunately, Juarez used local men to assist him with the kidnapping. Lucy was able to track down leads, but had to do it all without Sean’s help. I loved all the details that went into discovering where Sean and Kane were being held. No Way Out is filled with all the suspense and plot twists that I have come to love and expect in her Lucy Kincaid series. I also enjoyed that other members of the Kincaid and Rogan families joined in the effort to rescue Kane and Sean. I love the relationship between Sean and Kane and between Sean and Lucy. Even apart, Sean and Lucy were continually thinking about one anther. Once again, Allison Brennan did not disappoint and delivered an incredible story. My favorite part was the ending!
I love these novella’s that feature the Kincaids, Rogans and other characters from her RS series.. Always full of action pretty much from start to finish.
Ms. Brennan does it again. Gives me an ugly cry. I stayed up way too late, but had to finish. Excellent page-turner.
You can’t put any of her books down must read them all the characters are fantastic
This is a well-written, fast paced, entertaining romantic suspense novella. I truly enjoyed Kane’s story, with its twists and turns and wonderful sense of family. It is a great addition to the Lucy Kincaid series, and is excellent as a stand alone novella, but even better when read in order. Ms. Brennan never disappoints her readers!
Heart pounding action! Wowza! I couldn’t put this book down. Lucy and Sean Rogan find lots of trouble prior to Sean’s brother Kane’s wedding to Siobhan Walsh. Kane and Siobhan helped the thirteen-year-old daughter of a Mexican crime lord escape from an arranged marriage a number of years in the past. Her father wants her back and plans to pull out all stops to do that. That includes using Sean and Kane to get her to Texas.
No Way Out by Allison Brennan is #16.5 in the author’s Lucy Kincaid series. This is a fast-paced thriller and I loved it! There are lots of tense moments and also lots of surprises. Lucy, Sean and Kane do what they do best and the rest of their family and friends pitch in to assist. The Lucy Kincaid series is one of my all-time favorite series.
