It’s very easy to fall in love with this book and its characters. An enjoyable storyline that is equal parts sweet and cute is filled with plenty of emotion and charming touches of humor. Kinsley and Dylan’s book will quickly pull you in and sweep you away. This opposites attract romance touched my heart, made me smile and just feel very happy. A wonderful read and a great start to this new series.
Kingsley King made a pact with her friends to put their careers before love, but that was before her Aunt Cora died and left her the animal sanctuary Forever Wild and she meets the caretaker Dylan Reese. Dylan dated a woman who wanted him to give up his career and become an accountant with his father in New York City and he made his own pact to never be with someone like that again. But Kinsley comes to see there’s more to life than her real estate career, how important the sanctuary is, and forms a romantic with Dylan. Dylan sees there’s more to Kingsley too as he spends time trying to convince her not to sell. There were plenty of funny, sweet, and romantic moments in this opposites attract romance.
Kingsley is a city girl, a successful broker, and one of the No Brides Club, along with her singles friends. When she has to go to the countryside, to Camille, after her aunt Cora’s death she has to face a tough decision, sell Forever Wild sanctuary, her aunts dream, or keep it and try to make it work. Can she do it while avoiding to fall in love with Dylan, the charming manager? A sweet love story about wishes coming true.
I always enjoy books that evoke emotion in me, no matter what that emotion may be! After reading No Time For Love I feel giddy with happiness, bubbling up with it. Yes, it was that fun to read!

I was given a complimentary copy of this book by the author, thank you. All opinions expressed are my own.
Excellent. I can’t wait to read the rest of the books in this fun, new sweet romance series: The No Brides Club
When Kinsley inherits a wildlife sanctuary she wants so sell it as soon as possible because what has a city girl to do with a small village. But it isn’t so easy when she meets Dylan who lives and works there, he even inherited a piece of the land. They are so different but get along great until……. And when they make some wishes together, can they really come true?
This is an great story with likable characters, humor and animals. I really enjoyed it.
Such a wonderful story!!! Absolutely fell in love with this book from the moment I started reading. Be a dream come true for me!!! Love books like this!!!! Deserves more than 5 stars to me!!! Holds a special place in my heart this book does!!! Cherish all animals even wildlife!!!! They need us and love too!!!!
I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this story! The character’s names (human and animal) were great choices and fit perfectly. I love the wildlife refuge setting and seeing how a city girl can not only appreciate but find passion in something she didn’t think fit in her world. Maybe she will even find a love of her own. I can’t wait to see what happens to the rest of the No Brides Club as I continue this delightful series.
this is a good romance story I was given a copy of the book but this is an honest review. if you have read any of her books you will like this one.
I enjoy opposites attract stories and this one did not disappoint. Add to that both characters not wanting a relationship and kind of being blindsided by their attraction to each other and you have a sweet romance. I loved the setting of the wildlife sanctuary and was really jealous they got to hang out with wolves and bears, but that just added to this beautiful story.
This is such a sweet, wonderful story rich in fun, some seriousness great characters some not human but wild animals and women who decided to not marry because of their careers hence they formed the No Brides Club.
Our heroine is a member of this club, a rich and very successful real estate broker in Manhattan, and our hero is the manager of her aunts wildlife sanctuary and which our heroine now owns bequeathed to her by her aunt.
Wild animals, handsome hero, beautiful heroine, and wild animals that one can’t resist make for a wonderful and beautiful story that I loved.
How can two people a country boy and city girl ever get along when and fall in love or leave the whole thing to damaged hearts?
I assure you this is a must read and one that you will love as everything that makes a great romance story with excitement and some twists and turns will keep you turning the pages.
I was given an ARC by the author but was not pushed to put write this review, but I do so because I really love this story and want others to know that it is a really good book to read. I write this review of my own opinion with no pressure to review it and no compensation to do so.
The best gifts are the ones you feel in your heart, but never saw headed your way. It’s those surprises that keep us interested in the merry go round that life has in store. That’s why I find the No Brides Club so inspiring. English has created a world full of strong women, but lost souls. No Time for Love is the beginning of one woman’s journey. For Kinsley, her life is her career. It took tons of hard work to make it to the top and she has no plans to bow out now. Can a surprise bequest give her the life she never dreamed of or cost her the one she worked tirelessly to build? One act of love changes the course of her life and sets her on an unforgettable quest. Kinsley and Dylan are the best of what makes reading great.
A very sweet story. You have two people who are total opposites and live for their careers and jobs. One in the city and one in the country. It’s a turbulent journey to come to the end of their path, and there are some unexpected bumps in the road. Dylan is made for the animals in the country and Kinsley is made for the high powered real estate world, selling to Sultans. They are very passionate about their lives and are not willing to change. The writer provides a wonderful journey for you as the reader to follow and it’s enjoyable and a great read.
I received this advanced reader’s copy in exchange for an honest review.
An inspiring read of Kingsley King’s resolve to have it all – save the Wild Life Sanctuary, keep her career on track and find love. Raine English blends facts about foster care and animals – coyotes, bears, wolves and dogs with believable characters, page turning plot, and a believable resolution. As a reader I identified with Kingsley and admired her spirit, resolve, intelligence, and kindness. I received an Advanced Reader’s Copy for an honest review, which is my own opinion.
“No Time for Love” is book 1 in the series “No Brides Club”
Kinsley King and her friends have formed a club. They are all professionals who don’t believe they have time in their lives for love.
Then, Kinsley’s aunt leaves Kinsley a wildlife refuge in her will with the desire for the current male manager to continue in his position and live in his house in the middle of the refuge.
Sparks fly when Kinsley gets to the refuge to begin trying to get it ready to sell. Kinsley discovers that she needs more in her life than what her professional life offers.
I started the book expecting to finish it over the course of the weekend. Instead, I found myself staying up very late the first night finishing the book. It held my attention for the duration and was such a sweet story.
I’m excited to read the rest of the books in the “No Brides Club” series as they are released.
I was given the opportunity to read this book before publishing in exchange for an honest review. This is my honest review.
The majority of this story takes place on a wildlife sanctuary. Kinsley is one of the top real estate brokers in NYC. She loves her job and doesn’t believe a man will fit into her life. Then, she meets a very special manager and the sparks begin to fly.If you enjoy animals and romance, this book is for you!
I received an arc of this book. My opinions are my own.
No Time for Love is a captivating start to the multi-author No Brides Club series. Author Raine English sets the stage for this collection by introducing us to Kinsley King, a very successful New York City real estate broker. Kinsley, along with several other women, has formed a club based on their career-oriented goals – a goal that does not leave room for relationships which could lead to marriage.
While at lunch with other members of the club, Kinsley learns that her aunt has died. She finds that she is the primary beneficiary and will inherit her aunt’s wildlife sanctuary, Forever Wild. Aunt Cora also requested that the current manager, Dylan Reese, be allowed to remain as manager of the refuge.
As you can guess, Kinsley and Dylan make an instant connection. Of course, it isn’t that easy since the sanctuary is approximately three hours from the city and Kinsey feels that she cannot be away from her New York City office. Dylan is devoted to the animals at the refuge and absolutely feels that it should remain open instead of being sold to a new owner or to a developer who would close it down.
Ms. English does a beautiful job of developing her primary characters and helping the reader get to know them. Secondary characters, while not quite so completely fleshed out, fill a purpose in the story that does not require us to know them as well. We see Kinsley, Dylan, and others as real people and I found myself pulling for them to work things out.
As I have enjoyed some of her other stories, I requested an advance copy of this book from the author with no promise of a positive review. This one did not disappoint me, and I look forward to reading more of her books.
A sweet romance story in a unique setting filled with animals makes for an original story. Very enjoyable
Will she take a chance on the animals and on him?
No Time For Love is a sweet little romance set in a rather unusual location, a wildlife sanctuary. There were definite Hallmark movie vibes, big city girl falls in love with small-town guy, but it was still cute. It’s not a deep read by any means so if you are looking for a light romance the first book in Raine English’s No Brides Club might fit the bill. I will confess to getting annoyed with Kinsley several times as she behaves quite stereotypically for a high-powered New York City businesswoman. I also felt her belief that she “can have it all” was a bit silly, instead of just realizing that her priorities will continue to change and evolve as she goes through life. Anyway…
I listened to the audiobook version of this story and found it to be an easy way to keep my mind entertained for a few short hours while completing other tasks. The sound and production quality were good. I did appreciate the fact that there were two narrators, though the male narrator was much better than the female narrator. She had a way of tacking on phrases like ‘she thought’ and ‘he said’ as if they were a separate sentence and her enunciation was a bit off. However, I will say that her voice was a perfect match for Kinsley. As I mentioned, I did like the male narrator and he had a good grasp on creating different voices for the characters.
All in all this book was neither a hit nor a big miss for me. I was glad to have something to listen to while my hands were busy but I doubt I will go out of my way to read more of the series.
(I received a copy of this book from the author/publisher. All opinions are entirely my own.)
I loved this first in the series – the characters were wonderful and the romance left me with a giant smile (and wanting to visit an animal rescue centre).
