A fantastic, heartwarming story of forgiveness, healing, and the importance of family and service. Clem Blackwood is a rich man in wealth and family but along the way lost his friendship with his wife. Kaitlin Blackwood loves her husband but doesn’t understand why they fight. In the midst of gaining the town of Blackwood back and serving others, Clem and Kaitlin discover what their marriage was missing. No Regrets was a great story that taught marriage is hard, everyone has ups and downs but it’s how couples react to struggles and the communication that is very important. The Blackwood clan is a family that takes care of each other and supports each other in good and bad times. Filled with heartache, tears, frustration, laughter, witty banter, passion, and love. No Regrets is a heartfelt must read that readers won’t want to put down.

Clem Blackwood has lived in hell since his wife, Kaitlin, filed for divorce. He doesn’t know what went wrong in their marriage, since they lived well for several years.
When Clem and Kaitlin decide to give their marriage another chance, they begin to realize that the main factor to succeed is communication, as well as keeping things simple, following Mrs. Jensen’s tip.
While struggling to save their marriage, Clem also struggles to get the town back, in addition to organizing various activities for the villagers.
I loved to see the characters from the other books again, as well as knowing a little more about Jennifer, Clem’s younger sister, and Deena’s baby.
It’s a great story with incredible characters. I highly recommend the reading.
This was my first book by this author and I am so sad that I haven’t read anything by her before! Which I have quickly rectified by buying several of her books.
Within this story were three story threads within this book. A tiny mountain town that is dying, a wealthy family with newlyweds facing major life changes and a very unhappy couple struggling to figure out their dying marriage.
These may not sound like the best of circumstances for anyone but Kelly was able to make these circumstances full of life and much more than lackluster. There was emotion, witty banter, sizzling between some folks and plenty of details.
A second chances romance, one that takes a married couple through the process of healing their broken marriage. Even though Clem is hiding out in his family mansion in small town Blackwood, Kaitlin follows him there using one pretext after another. Both Clem and Kaitlin are hurting and the reasons for their pending divorce leave both of them confused and questioning what went wrong. Despite their wealth they aren’t pretentious, nor do they waste money, but obviously their money has got in the way of things somehow. It takes some wise words from one of the elderly citizens of Blackwood to make them take a second look at themselves and the future they both desire. The story is sweet and comes to a happy and successful conclusion, drawing in characters from previous books in this series. I received a copy of this book as a gift and this is my honest and voluntary review.
High School sweethearts, Clem doesnt know where things went wrong. He gave Kaitlin everything, but they argue and grew apart. With divorce papers ready to sign Kaitlin tries one last time to kindle the flame. While helping to save the town Clem and Kaitlin find common ground and learn about themselves. Love the characters, the goal of buying the town to save it. Stories about married couples that find their love again is heartwarming.

No Regrets is the third book in the Small Town Big Love series. Clem and Kaitlin had the perfect marriage, until it wasn’t, and everything started crumbling around them. They’re both still in love with each other, but can’t stop fighting. Wanting to take back Blackwood might be the perfect setting to get them back together, if only they could open up and be honest. Could Clem and Kaitlin find their happiness again and a new place to grow roots?
I really enjoyed reading this romance that was all about finding your purpose, seeing the simple things, and fighting for your love. Clem and Kaitlin had some really great chemistry and solid foundations in their relationship, but their communication and their drive was missing. Clem had some really great and big ideas, but didn’t always think about his actions and where they might lead, and that bled through into his marriage. Kaitlin let things bottle up inside of her, but I loved when she was able to live in the moment. It was fun to watch them restart their relationship, thinking of others, and finding what truly worked for them. I liked that they mentioned going to marriage counseling to fix what wasn’t working properly. My biggest complaint about this book would just be that I felt like things got started in the beginning, but there was hardly any follow through, such as with everything with the town and the lawsuit. Otherwise, this was a good book and it made a great addition to the series.
This is the third book in this series from this author.
And with each book the series is just getting better.
Fantastic plot and chemistry between the characters
is very believable.

No Regrets is a well written, entertaining small town romance. In this book we get Clem and Kaitlyn’s second chance at love story. Clem and Kaitlyn are separated but they are still in love with each other. They can’t seem to get over the rough patch they are in. Both are back in their hometown of Blackwood trying to save it from bankruptcy. Can they save their marriage at the same time? Great writing, believable characters and a small town romance … perfect combination.
Kaitlyn and Clem had a tempestuous relationship. They’d fight and make up and never really talked about what was wrong. They seemed like wealthy party people who led rather shallow existences until the town of Blackwood was sold and Clem’s family has sellers’ remorse. They both acted childish in the book and their wanting to help Mrs. Jensen and other people in town redeemed them some. It was nice to catch up with the characters from the previous books in the series.
The third book in the Small Town Big Love Series a well written story this series just gets better with each book. Billionaire Samuel “Clem” Clemons Blackwood and his wife Kaitlin Blackwood are ready to sign divorce papers. But saving the small town of Blackwood gets these two to look at where they started not talking to each other. I enjoyed reading how these two get their happy ending. I love a second chance! Clem and Kaitlin have been having problems in their marriage, but neither are quite ready to call it quits. The situation in Blackwood gives them the opportunity to focus on what’s been going wrong. This was a comedy of errors as the pair stumble their way back together. These two are so unbearably cute together. I spent so much time smiling, giggling, and saying “awe!” over the antics of the whole extended Blackwood family. I’m not nearly ready to say goodbye to these characters just yet.
I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.
Samuel Clemens Blackwood married his high school sweetheart, Kaitlin, fifteen years ago. He has loved her since he first saw her, so why are they living apart and contemplating a divorce? It doesn’t make sense, but he doesn’t know how to fix things. Kaitlin is not sure what went wrong, but she knows that she needs to talk to Clem before they take the final step and so she follows him to Blackwood. In Blackwood they are surrounded by loving friends and family members…will this help them figure out what went wrong? When Clem realizes that the developers that bought the town are not living up to their end of the bargain, he decides to purchase the town back. Clem finds himself talking, really talking to Kaitlin, will this be enough for them to help save the town and their marriage? A very fine finish to the series as Ms. Collins updates us on characters from the first two books – I really like when an author does that. I received an advance review copy at no cost and without obligation from the author. (by paytonpuppy)
Clem is a Blackwood and rich. Kaitlin is his wife and for the past year they’ve been off and on in their marriage. Neither really want a divorce. Will they have a future together? I enjoyed this book. The main characters matured and were interesting.
This book is about Clem and Kaitlin, Damon and Jennifer and Mrs. Jensen. Clem and Kaitlin were on the verge to divorce, but the love they shared was stronger than the problems they faced. Clem is a Blackwood who along with Maya is determined to get their town back. Jennifer is Clem and Maya’s sister who decided to stay in the town after Maya’s wedding. Damon is the town’s bachelor and owner to the only saloon in town. Mrs. Jensen was once the nanny that took care of the Blackwood’s children when the parents traveled, but now lives alone in town.
This story has a little bit of everything from individuals finding their way to save their marriage, babies being born, negotiations for the town, funeral for someone beloved and the union of marriage. A true circle of life meaning. There is a lot to take in, but overall it has a great conclusion, just wish there is more for this town and these people.

No Regrets #3 – I enjoy this series, which I find relaxing and entertaining. Ms. Collins’ writing style is conversational, like you’re sitting around the kitchen table with friends you care about. The characters are all likeable and don’t do the stupidity formula that too many authors insist on following; just realistic people doing the best they can. There’s humor and a good range of emotions, and caring about your neighbors is a big player in this series, too. Entertaining, heartwarming and some bits of heartbreak, but always a positive flow. There’s glimpse of sex, but mainly good sexual tensions and everyone’s language is clean. I contacted the author to review her books and received this one through Booksprout. 5*
Small Town Big Love Series:
What If #1 – I always enjoy being the spider on the wall with any of Ms. Collins’ books and this one is no exception. Already sick for three days, I did not feel like reading any of my ARCs but chose to read this book. After finishing this quickly read, well written, funny story I felt so much better. I love the town, the families and the storylines. There was one character I felt got a bit of damage to his character in the beginning, when he appeared to be a wonderful character.
There’s sex, which I always skip – I find written sex boring and unnecessary. There’s a touch cussing but no vulgar language. To top off the smile and heartwarming feeling I was left with, I got to chain read the next book. No matter how yucky you’re feeling, this is the medicine to put a smile on your face and laughter in your belly. I contacted the author to review her books and received this through Booksprout. 5*
Imagine That #2 – Just before my Internet and I crashed for four days, I received this book from one of my favorite authors in this genre. Well written, quickly read and funny, this romance set in a small town filled with loveable and likeable characters, except for that one – he’s a predator – and good storylines was a pleasure to read. Please read this series in order, you will enjoy the series so much better, but stand alone is OK too.
There is a bit of intrigue and suspense, but plenty of heroes and romance. My favorite character from the previous story gets his shot to shine brighter than before; he’s the wonderful character I mentioned in What If. The characters from WI are still there and working together to fix the town and help their friends and families. Another happy, feel good read by an author who always delivers a good story with a twist and plenty of laughter and romance. This is my favorite so far, it’s a bit meatier with the intrigue. Sadly, I don’t have No Regrets the third book of the series. 5*
Small Town Big Love Series end.
The push and pull of a marriage ending.
Clem has been married to his childhood sweetheart for fifteen years. But now, on the cusp of their marriage ending they both blow hot and cold and can’t make up their minds if they want to be together or not.
They had it all but now it’s crumbling.
Kaitlyn followed Clem to Blackwood and goes to his gym regularly. She works hard for her body but keeps gaining weight.
Um, there’s a test for that. Because the one place they are completely compatible is in bed.
Clem is great.
Recommend.

This is an awesome series and this book has a special “second chances” theme that will make you smile, feel good and then shed tears. The small historical town of Blackwood was sold to developers; bought back by the family; and, this series is the “coming home” of the Blackwood’s. Each member of this powerful family has issues; there’s alcoholism, too much pride, lack of personal worth and sort of emptiness in their lives. This story-line is Clem finding Kaitlin’s love once again plus so much more going on in Blackwood. I loved Damon, smiled at Caleb, laughed with Deena, absolutely adored Mrs. Jensen and welcomed a new member of the family. It’s a wonderful story and I highly recommend not only this book but the series. Thanks for a great read.

My Rating:
4.5
Favorite Quotes:
“You’re lucky Kevin isn’t here. He’d arrest both of you for indecent exposure.” “I’d say what is exposed is pretty decent,” joked Damon, suddenly listening.
Nothing killed the mood like an old lady in loafers and knee-high stockings.
Mrs. Jensen, who was all set with her coat and gloves. Without them, she might freeze to death as she moved through the store in slow motion. It seemed she squeezed every peach and smelled every apple. No pear went untouched. Her gloves came off and were put back on between all the feels.
His impulse was to barrel through the grocery aisles and toss one of everything into the cart, but there was no way he could. She was a little old lady and if he was honest, she was funny. She went through all the bags of grapes, taking out the best ones and putting them in the bag she would buy. “I don’t think that’s allowed,” Clem whispered to Kaitlin. She giggled. “We’re all going to grape jail.”
Counseling is an excellent idea because the two of you are either causing sparks or throwing spears.
“I’m not ready for anyone to call me daddy except for Jennifer.” “Okay, TMI.” Clem shook his head like he was getting rid of a bug in his hair. “TMI.”
I’ve never been a father. I’ve never been married but my advice to you is to never refer to your wife as a cute butterball again.
My Review:
There were three main story threads in this installment; a wealthy family full of newlyweds facing major life changes; a dying tiny mountain town in flux; and a restless and dissatisfied couple struggling to decide the fate of their broken marriage. Each of which sounds rather mundane and lackluster on the surface yet Kelly Collins spins them into amusing and engaging storylines with humorous descriptions, witty banter, emotive insights, sizzling sensuality, and mind snagging and vibrant details. I didn’t expect to enjoy this couple as much as I did. Kaitlin and Clem initially seemed rather childish and highly volatile, however, they were impeccably well matched and adorably in sync well before the concluding chapters and brought a satisfying closure to the series.
