Match Me If You Can is another awesome tale from the No Match for Love series. All Lindzee Armstrong books have amazing, well written, well developed characters. This story works well as a stand alone, but I really enjoy reading an entire series. Tamara, a realty TV star, ends up as the real estate agent for Wyatt, a pro football player, who has just been down traded to a CA team. Both Tamara and Wyatt have been betrayed by former loves. This is a clean, fun, romance with several twists that keep the reader glues to the book until it is finished. Very entertaining.
Match Me By Christmas is another sweet romance from Lindzee Armstrong. Shawn is the cruise line’s VIP coordinator for the first ever Tourjours single cruise. Natalie is almost finished earning her journalism degree when she gets an opportunity to write an article about this cruise for a national travel magazine. She wants to see the world as a reporter for this magazine. Natalie is leery of men since it seems they only date her to get close to her pro football player brother. Shawn is eleven years older . He is ready to leave ship life, settle down and start a family. What will they do about their attraction?
Never Say Match is yet another delightful romance from Lindzee Armstrong. The characters are so personable I almost expect to meet them on the street! I lost some sleep because I could not put down this book! Cassidy, whose actor fiancee disappeared the night before their wedding, has overcome a lot to open her dream bakery. The last thing she thinks she needs is another actor in her life. She cannot believe her brother sent Jase to the ranch for four months of immersion in ranching. Jase proves to be a country boy, a caring, gentleman – nothing like Cassidy’s ex! Come along on their journey. You will not regret it!
I have read 2 of the books in this series and gave both 5 stars.
Match Me By Christmas:
This is a wonderful sweet romance that is perfect for the holidays or any time of the year! Lindzee Armstrong always delivers compelling characters and situations. I’ve read many urban clean romances by a range of authors and I don’t often give them 5 stars.
Natalie is on an 8 day cruise to write an article about the matchmaking singles tour. She’s a skeptic that people can fall in love in such a short amount of time. She crashes into Shawn who turns out to be the coordinator of the event on board and who has been working for the cruise ship for the past 10 years. She’s almost fresh out of college and he’s about 10 years her senior. She’s young and energetic with a whole life ahead of her and he’s mildly disabled with a desire to finally put down roots. Natalie and Shawn have great chemistry, but is the attraction for real or worth fighting for?
Never Say Match:
Cassidy was jilted in the worst possible way by her actor fiancé, so when a famous co-star arrives on her parents’ farm, she’s livid. She still lives with her parents, so avoiding him will be impossible. The story unfolds in a natural way with great characters and fun dialogue. If you like horses, cowboys, cakes, and movie stars, then you’ll enjoy this full-length romance novel by author Lindzee Armstrong!
I received an ARC of both books. This is my honest and voluntary review.
Match Me If You Can
I love this series and it was great to have some of the characters from previous books make an appearance in this story. There was so much in this story – heart break, humor, gamesmanship, sexual attraction, and friendship. There were a few times toward the end where I was holding my breath wondering what was going to happen next between Tamera and Drew. Thank goodness Wyatt wasn’t above taking advice from his little sister.
Match Me by Christmas
This book is a great addition to the series. The story takes place during Toujour’s first singles cruise. You get hooked not only by the premise of the story but also the characters – both new ones and recurring characters. Love how the characters have realistic issues that they are dealing with and enjoyed the friendship between Natalie and Jase which allowed her to get a male’s perspective on the situations she found herself in with Shawn.
Never Say Match
While the books in this series are stand alone, I would recommend reading Match Me For Christmas before this one since Jase makes his first appearance in that book.
I absolutely loved getting to know more of Jase, including his relationship with his mother. Even though Cassidy was ditched by her fame-chasing ex-fiancé, she learns that she needs to get to know Jase for who he is and not lump all actors together. This was a quick, very enjoyable read.
