(This is NOT a stand alone novel. See end of this description for details) Josh is convinced he’ll never find someone who’ll love him the way he is. He’s not exactly a catch with his PTSD, which has transformed him into a homebody most of the times. Sweet, maybe, but also boring as hell. Plus, there’s that submissive tendency he recently discovered and is dying to explore. His complicated … relationship with Noah and Indy doesn’t make it easy, either. When Connor shows interest in him, he can’t believe the sexy cop would look at him twice, let alone make an effort to get to know him. When he does, Josh discovers they have more in common than he’d ever thought possible.
Connor had survived the ordeal that left his best friend and fellow Marine dead, but that survival came at a price. He’s a robot, going through the motions, but barely alive. Until fate intervenes when he meets Josh. The vulnerable man triggers all kinds of protective and dominant urges in Connor, but what would a cute guy like Josh want with an inexperienced, closed-off, bossy steamroller like Connor?
When Connor discovers his past endangers Indy, all hope for a future between him and Josh seems lost. After all, there’s no way Josh will ever choose Connor over Indy’s safety and Noah’s lifelong friendship. When a crisis hits, can Connor prove he’s strong enough to deal with everything that’s thrown his way?
No Limits is a steamy M/M romance that ends with a HFN, but has a continuing storyline as well. It’s the second book in the No Shame Series, and IS NOT A STAND ALONE NOVEL, so make sure to read the first book (No Filter) first. It contains hot sex, a little BDSM kink for beginners, more hot sex, and a beautiful friendship that transcends labels. Also: trigger warning for mentions of sexual abuse and sexual violence, including rape.

This is book two in the No Shame series and they do need to be read in order.
In No Limits, this is predominantly Josh and Connor’s story, but we still get a lot of Noah and Indie.
I loved Josh and Connor’s romance, how they grew in each other and Connor came out with no issues whatever for Josh.
I loved how Nora Phoenix deals with both the PTSD of all the men, There was a kinda of gut-wrenching twist that did evoke some emotion in me having me question my favorite character of this season so far…Indie… but in the end, he redeemed himself to me and I still love him. I cannot wait to see what is next in this series.
No threesomes in this book, just loving couples growing and learning about their needs.
I do suggest if you can to grab the audios. Kenneth Obie adds a fabulous voice to each character ( two to Indie) and he really acts out the book not just reading it. (Be sure you’re not in public on the sex scenes because oh my!)
If you like mild BDSM, Dom/sub, stories of broken men, healing, hurt/comfort, friends, and some very hot man-sex this is for you!

ANOTHER MASTERPIECE!!!
And the story just keeps getting better.
oh my, how intense it all was, loved the angst!
The twists and turns kept me on my toes and anxious for more. Amazing narration as always by Kenneth Obi.
a great story. I love Indy, Noah, Connor and Josh. Their love, strength, protectiveness, and understanding is beautiful. there are moments I laughed, moments I found sweet, moments of hot steamy sexytimes… my attention never wavered from this story. I definitely would recommend.
So much love in this story – book 1 included. The relationships are beautiful and unique. I can’t get enough!
No Limits is the second book in Nora Phoenix’s No Shame series, and a far as I’m concerned, this one’s just about perfect.
I love a continuing story where the main characters stay involved in the plot. New folks come and go, sure, but the relationships between the guys we fell in love with in the first book keep evolving and become more interesting. It’s a fantastic way to do a series.
Also, I gotta say, the ratio between ridiculously hot sex and plot development is ideal. Watching Josh and Connor discover what works for them was fantastic. The connection they make helps them become a happy couple, as well helping them come into their own as strong and healthy men. They’re so passionate together, and Nora Phoenix truly captures all of this in No Limits.
And speaking of capturing the essence of the story, I’ve got to give a huge 5 stars to Kenneth Obi for his spectacular narration. He truly brings these men to life, all their emotions and each character’s unique personalities… it’s amazing.
I highly recommend this fantastic series, and if you’re an audiobook fan you’re going to really enjoy Kenneth Obi’s performance. I understand the audiobook version of the third book in this series, No Fear, is due out any day and I cannot wait!
A great continuation of the story. Connor, seems to fit right in to the family dynamics of Noah, Josh and Indy. The family unity vibe, and the secrets they are being to unveil truly draw you in, and keeps the pages turning. Looking forward to reading book 3!
So good!
I love my boys. They are so much stronger together. All four of them are a unit. I am half the time enjoying their moments together and as couples and the other half worried Indy’s past will come crashing in. I hope they get a lot of help. Can’t stand the thought of any of them getting hurt. I have to start No Fear now.
No Limits is the second book in the No Shame series, and this time we focus on Josh, now that Indy and Noah have their HFN. Josh is happy for them, but wants a man of his own. At the same time, he doesn’t want to lose Noah and Indy, so he doesn’t really know what to do. With some ‘subtle’ prompting by Noah, Connor contacts Josh in the hope of going on a date. Josh deals with him in his usual blunt and honest style.
This story adds more to Indy and Noah’s story, whilst filling in the blanks about Josh and Connor. Once again, this is original, so don’t expect a ‘normal’ storyline. Nora Phoenix is pushing the boundaries between what you might expect and what you get. I for one think that it’s absolutely brilliant, and once again, can’t wait to read more.
Excellently written and with no editing or grammatical errors to disrupt my reading flow, this was once again a book to sit and read, whilst thoroughly enjoying every twist and turn. Absolutely recommended by me.
