Well written and thought provoking.
pretty much unreadable and I read a lot
Predictable. I figured it out 1/2 way through the book.
Some interesting characters, but I almost didn’t read it past the opening several pages because it starts out with a depressing and vulgar portrayal of the main character, who never really becomes very sympathetic, just pathetic.
I really enjoyed this book and found out how we might come in contact with people throughout our lives who actually are not who they want you to believe they are. I couldn’t put this book down. It was written in a way that made me want to keep turning the pages until bam it was over. I cant wait to read more from him.
It was an enjoyable read with enough twists and turns to keep it interesting.
Even though the book contained informative psychological facts, the sentence structure was weak. Mechanically, his book could have been written by a high school student.
Just a bunch of trash with no real character development. Would not read this author again
Good read
Great reading and surprise ending! Loved it.
A little racey for some, but not main part of of story . A new twist on a sociopath.
This book was a good read, but more than that. As the story progressed, I began to realize how twisted and utterly selfish one of the characters was. There truly are people like this in the world, unfortunately, and so this story also serves as a heads-up warning.
Couldn’t put it down.
Took a while to get into, but glad I did.
What I liked about this book is how it helped me to understand that there are some people in my life that I will never be able to reconcile with and that that’s okay. I know that it’s not my fault and all I can do is bless them with love and be on my way. That’s huge.
Not impressed
Loved it!….a real “page-turner”!!! Williams has you hooked from the first paragraph!
I read in bed at night. But as I got into this book, I was carrying it with me to get thru it faster as I couldn’t wait to see what would happen next.
Then the author asked for a critique. Well, then I saw things but I loved the book and the small things weren’t important to me but I wished he hadn’t asked. I’d still recommend it and stand by my rating of it.
twist you didn’t see coming. enjoyed it
Definitely an interesting topic- the writing was a little choppy, and I found the amount of detail about the characters wasn’t really “fleshed out”, you know? It held my attention , but I think it could have been a little more exciting.
