I just love Edie Claire’s series of Leigh Koslow books. They’re easy reading, delightfully funny, and some of her characters remind me of people I know. I’ve followed the series for years until life got in my way of reading on a daily basis and took me off track for a while. I have more time to read again, so I’m going to binge on the books I’ve …
An entertaining cozy mystery. I enjoyed it.
Go boy go!
Easy read. Enjoyed the story line. Of course I have a Corgi too!
I loved Never Con a Corgi. The characters were quirky and the self criticizing internal voice, mostly of the protagonist is really entertaining. The internal voices are only trumped by the things the assessments of other characters in the book… i.e. “the emotional intelligence if a boiled clam.” The best part is the relationships the …
Part of a series but can stand alone. Leigh’s on the case to prove her cousin in law is innocent and the whole gang of family tags along.
Fun
I liked this one, maybe because I envy people with oddball families. Loved the characters!
Original and unpredictable.
I really enjoy all of the books in this series.
Funny and enjoyable
I originally got the book because I have corgis and the cover caught my eye! Enjoyed the book, had a twist in it . Was a different type murder story. One that I could understand how people could get upset about the land issues, and the inter-workings of the people. Then in the middle of all that someone finds a body!
Loved this book. Great story.
Great beach read.
Enjoyable read! The story had characters I liked and lots of funny situations. I will be reading more by this author.
I adore this series from my very own home town.
Easy to read and some parts are funny.
It was cute even though it was a murder mystery. We have had Corgis and it make the book more interesting.
Just a fun read. Nothing deep, but fun.
The least likely suspect was the killer.
