If you struggle with binge eating, emotional eating, stress eating, or if you repeatedly manage to lose weight only to gain it all back, you may be approaching things with the wrong mindset.
Most contemporary thought on overeating and bingeing focuses on healing and self-love. But people who’ve overcome food addiction and weight issues often report it was more like capturing and caging a rabid … a rabid dog than learning to love their inner child…
Open the cage even an inch—or show that dog an ounce of fear—and it’ll quickly burst out to shred your healthy eating plans, undoing all your progress in a heartbeat.
From his perspective as a formerly food-obsessed psychologist—and previous consultant to major food manufacturers—Dr. Livingston shares specific techniques for isolating and permanently dis-empowering your “fat thinking self.” He reveals much of his own personal journey in the process.
If despite your best intentions you find yourself in one or more of the following situations then this book is for you…
- You’ve tried diet after diet with no permanent success…
- You constantly think about food and/or your weight…
- You feel driven to eat when you’re not hungry (emotional overeating)…
- You sometimes feel you can’t stop eating even though you’re full…
- You sometimes feel guilty or ashamed of what you’ve eaten…
- You behave differently with food in private than you do when you’re with other people…
- You feel the need to fast and/or severely restrict your food to “make up” for serious bouts of overeating…
Never Binge Again can help you:
- Dramatically improve your ability to stick to ANY healthy food plan so you can achieve your weight loss and/or fitness goals…
- Quickly recover from mistakes without self judgement or unnecessary guilt…
- Free yourself from the prison of food obsession so you can enjoy a satisfying, delicious, and healthy diet for the rest of your life!

I like the Pig frame of mind set, everything stated makes a lot of sense and I also have to agree with the Never list though my inner pig does not want to. I learned a lot of helpful tidbits and and have added them to my arsenal of tools to combat the great diet conundrum. I also read The Obesity Cure at the same time and combined the info from the two books, down 4lbs in one week. I only have 20 to go until my goal! Thanks Glen!
Call anything you don’t want to eat “pig slop” then tell yourself that you don’t eat “pig slop” There I saved you the effort of reading this book.
Make it so we can read the book if we canot read it whay do you put it up their for us to read also but it sems like this book is interesting.Im not trying to ufend you im just im trying to put this in the nicest way im a big fan of your work
Repetitive in why you do not want to binge eat again and how to change. Have read better books on the subject.
Author’s writing style is too “cutesy” for me although his program has a good chance of success.
Loved it! It really helped
hey
He teaches self discipline in a very original way. He also explains very well what aspect of ourselves is working against us in our weight loss efforts. Those that rate the book poorly aren’t getting it. It’s truly about overcoming our own negativity by seeing it as separate from who we are striving to be. Self-mastery explained.
So far, the techniques in this book have actually WORKED for me.
I liked the way the author externalized the food craving monster within!
Can anyone help me with how the proces of buying is here? I’ve just created an acount and am not familiar with it.
good
i dont want to pay for thr books
Goood Book
This book had some very different and in my opinion good view points. It was quite repetitive as most self help books are. Repetition was definitely the author’s intention though, to really get the point across. I also thought it was a tad juvenile which also seemed to be the author’s intention. I will definitely take away some knowledge from this book. I would absolutely not recommend it for someone sensitive or easily offended though. It’s not something I will read again but it was informative and a fresh outlook.

Good
I was hoping for some new insights, but it was pretty much same old, same old wrapped in a enticing cover.
Just okay.
