Axell James is the oldest of the James brothers. He was forced to grow up after their mother passed away but luckily he always had one constant in his life, Sadie.Sadie moved to town during their senior year of high school. She caught Axell’s attention immediately. Sadie somehow calmed the raging storm for Axell. However, her fear of losing him through racing causes them to be torn apart. After a … apart. After a couple of months Axell realizes the only thing he really needs in his life is Sadie so he walks away from racing.
Now, years later they are married and living their happily ever after until Sadie’s past comes back to haunt them. Axell has always had Sadie on pedestal, believing she is perfect but when the lies from her past catch up to them he’ll realize she is far from perfect.
As the truth comes out, Sadie must go back to South Carolina to take care of things. In her absence and in light of the lies surrounding Axell’s life he finds himself returning the race scene he left so many years ago. Tragedy will strike Axell and Sadie once again but will their love be able to survive?

I have been waiting for Axell and Sadie’s story and I definitely was not let down. Their story is so relatable and felt so real. This can be read as a stand-alone but I recommend starting from the beginning so you can get to know all of the James brothers.
Axell and Sadie’s story may be my favorite one in the James Brothers series. Their love is just so amazing and everything they have gone through has just made their bond even stronger. They are the definition of soul mates and I loved reading how their life together began.
Loved Axell and Sadies’s story. I really enjoyed this story line with. All it’s drama and angst. This series has been such a roller coaster to read. Great characters and different story lines for each couple. Can’t wait for more.
Sometimes love is worth fighting for and the characters is this book proves just that. I love this addicting series and author keeps getting better and better. Let just say I am addicted to the series.
Absolutely LOVED Sadie and Axell.
I didn’t think they were gonna make it from everything that happened between them, but made it they did!
Their story just goes to show you that you should never give up…on anything, especially a love that’s meant to be!
Yet ANOTHER phenomenal read in the James Brothers series.
Onward to the next one!
This is book four in the James Brothers Series and Axell and Sadie’s story. Axell and Sadie have been together for years and seem to have it all. However, Sadie has secrets she hasn’t shared with Axell. When Sadie’s secrets comes to light, will their relationship make it through? Such a beautiful story and a definite must read. Highly recommend!
Sadie and Axell seemed to have it all from the outside looking in. A good marriage, a good family, good friends…and a huge secret between them. So when Sadie’s past comes pounding on the door to the present, she’s got a very hard decision to make and some truth to share. But will that truth cause her to lose the only thing she’s ever really wanted?
This story was painful for many, many pages. Sadie and Axell had a lot of thinking to do, and even some forgiving. Granted, I felt that they both did the wrong thing a few times, but that only made their story more realistic. After all, marriage isn’t perfect. It never is. But the true test of love is how a couple weathers the storm, and going through this misery only served to make everyone stronger by the time the sun shone again. I’m a little sad to be done with these brothers, but I think Sadie and Axell were the perfect way to end it. And I still expect to see something for Jovi and Drake in the future, so maybe it’s not totally done yet.
A well written but at times a bit too confusing and fast paced for me. Nice storyline and plot. Likeable characters. Well defined.
A lot of secrets from her past comes back to her and she has to settle all things right.
Drama, emotions, secrets, twists and turns makes this an enjoyable and captivating read.
I have read some of the other James brothers books, but this was really got to me. It has a well written storyline and I loved the characters. Axell and Sadie have taken on the role of parents since the passing of his motheryears ago.. Even Jovi, the youngest brother, calls them mom and dad. They love each other deeply but Sadie has been keeping a deep secret from Axell and the guilt is wearing heavily on her heart. Axell know something is bothering Sadie and when she finally tells him of her past, he is stunned and deeply hurt that she didn’t trust him enough to tell him years ago. Is their love strong enough to get them through the lies? This is an emotional read, there is hurt, pain, distrust and uncertainty. I couldn’t put it down.

Another great janes brothers book full of twists and turns on a long dark winding road, causing those butterflies and knots in your stomach. I love the ride this family is taking us on. You never know what’s going to happen next!!
Need for Speed is the fourth book in the James Brothers series. This book focuses on Axell and Sadie. They have finally gotten married and things should be smooth sailing. But the past always has a way of coming back. Sadie isn’t the perfect girl that Axell things she is. She has something from her past that she’s kept to herself. How will Axell react? Will their marriage survive? This was a good story. I did feel like the ending was a little rushed, but overall a good read.
Axell and Sadie’s love story is well established. Axell loves to race he loves the speed but made a choice to have Sadie and her love. They are married, their careers are set, the brothers that Axell has raised are happy and in a good place and then a secret from Sadie’s past has to be told. I enjoyed that this book was full of love, for each other as well as family. The characters were well-written and very likable.
Need for Speed by Stephanie Nichole is a great story to read. I am glad I read this story cause it has great strong characters and a great story line that I enjoyed reading a lot. This is book number four in the series and I can not wait to see what comes next from this author.

Loved this book!!! Tragedy, sad, love, faith, hope, suspense, etc. I love this series but definitely cannot pick a favorite…they are all awesome!!!!
This book was a draining for me. The love story of Axel and Sadie was one that we were waiting for. They started their romance years ago, as young teenagers and they never had really easy but their love and devotion and persistance is was what helped them overcome. But unfortunately Sadie has a kept a secret from Axel since before they even met and she honestly should have come clean years ago, she had her reasons but I felt she still should have confided in him even though I understand that she didn’t want to lose him and she almost did. I liked how Seth came to her assistance and then explained her reasoning to Axel..To the next one…

This is part of the James Brothers series this is older brother Axell and Sadie’s story and Sadie has been hiding some things from her past from Axell. A book that kept me on the edge of my seat I had to know how it would end. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Sadie is everything to Axell. She calms him. She’s his anchor. Sadie has a secret and she’s afraid it will tear them apart. Will their love be strong enough? Great story and characters. Got this book free for honest review.
Finally we have Axell and Sadie’s story. If you’ve read the other three books, you know much of Axell’s story – how after his mother died and his father couldn’t handle things any more, it was up to Axell as the oldest to take over raising his brothers. And Sadie was by his side the whole time.
But it turns out that Sadie has a secret that she hasn’t told Axell. Will their be able to survive her secret or will it fall apart? This was a pretty emotional read and you’ll want to have your tissues handy.
