I thought this was a cute romance. I knew it was going to be funny from the first paragraph.
A quirky delightful romantic comedy.
Loved the dialogue; laugh out loud funny! Great characters.
I adore Penny Reid. Her sense of humor and word choice crack me up.
a little to wordy for me. I understand backstory is needed, but this was to much. it is worthy to read though
Funny. Very entertaining.
I like this Author so very much. I started with Penny by reading the Winston Brothers series thru my local library. Enjoyed the awkward, funny main character. Nice to see a realistic depiction of a normal human being.
It broke all the rules of writing and I loved it.
Entertaining
Our high tech society has impaired the ability of 20-30-year-olds abilities to connect with potential significant others. Enter the matchmaker of the future to help them and herself find a great life match.
I couldn’t finish it. The story just kept going and going without anything new happening. Then it got predictable with more than 150 pages left. Long book, over 300 pages.
The characters were unique and so fun to follow. I particularly loved the knitting group beating up the thugs!
characters were totally different
Enjoyed reading it. Funny. Interesting characters.
I read only part of it. I couldn’t waste my time reading such trash. I would never recommend it.
I fell in love with the characters in this Book! I picked it up thinking it would be a mindless, easy, “beach-read” book, but found that it was so much more. The characters were flawed and funny and interesting and likeable. I could go on and on. I am looking forward to reading more of this series and this author.
Cover does not make you want to pickup and read. A pleasant surprise from page one.Loved the portmanteaus. Don’t read fast, you will miss something.
Great read. Looking to download more in series
A funny refreshing new read. I liked it so much I will continue to look for this author.
